Staff extremely nice. Took my car in for an alignment. If you want it done quick get there when they open and before noon or there is a possibility of being turned away til the next morning. I would suggest setting it up where you drop it off and they will call you when it is ready if they have a few cars ahead of you. Once they started aligning my car it went pretty quickly!

IV gone here for the last 20 years. It has now gone to sh#$. I dont know if its new ownership or new worker in the front. I own 6 personal vehicles 4 company vans I cant get them in for nothing. Use to you pull up the nice lady in the front say what can I help you with then you sit and its done. Now you just wasting your time making the trip. Good things dont last this is a prime example.

Opened late and the guy at the front desk wasn’t very friendly at all. The guy who took my car back for the alignment seemed nicer. Alignment was done in about an hour. More than likely just going to go to automotive alignment next time.

They did a great job and even came to my house to get my wheel locks off for me when I had to change my tire after the service.

Called and spoke to someone days ago as I have commercial truck that needs alignment. They don’t do appointments here. Says first come first serve and to get there early. I send guy today at 630 am to “get in line” 730 rolls around we r next vehicle to go and they pull a few vehicles from back of line and jump ahead of everyone. Guy says to my employee yea they were here yesterday they are going now he asks what’s the deal as you don’t do appointments and it’s first come first serve then you don’t follow that. This mechanic shops is a joke. I’ll find someone more professional than this place.

Told me 50 -60$ than at the end came said it was a 100$ never use this guy again lies all lies for real

Ive brought my truck here several times, and Every time I go in for a simple alignment they say my truck needs 800 dollars worth of repairs. And I mean every single time. Being pretty mechanically inclined I know better. So I go down the street to Automotive Alignment. They seem to be pretty straight shooters.

First thing Secretary needs to be FIRED RUDE. My truck is 25 years old gave me an estimate for $3300 REALLY. All I wanted was front alignment.

Dont be fooled by the name; they are also a full body shop. Honest & friendly - will try to work with you and your budget. From now on I intend to go there first when I need work done.

This is one of the worst places I have taken my vehicle to. A few days after getting my vehicle out of there and drove off 2 hrs off, my tire came off the shaft and customer service there it is so terrible that old lady there shes just so rude and nasty and those other guys there they just gave me this angry nasty look this place is just full of negative vive I would not recommend it at all.

Received high labor estimate for repair before alignment could be done and then told me couldnt get to it for a week. But receptionist was a very nice lady.

These folks have been around a long time and really know what they are doing. Their pricing is very fair and they treat your car like it was their own!!

Went in for a tire rod replacement and alignment. Whatever he did made it where my steering wheel now locks up when i try to turn right. And of course theyre closed for 3 days so I cant call and have them fix it, will change review based on service from there

A part had to be obtained. They wanted $95 for it. We got the part for under $15 at Auto Zone (however, that was a special mechanic rate.) A normal customer still would have paid a lot less getting the part from somewhere other than LC B and A.LC Brake and Alignment Service were very curtious, even though we decided not to do business with them.

Always treated as a valued customer here and the job is done right. Ive been a customer for years and will continue to not only be a customer but recommend others.

Had all the suspension on my truck replaced, was told this place would make up something that was wrong with my truck, and they did so I went back to the shop that did the initial work and told them, w or it in the lift and found that there were no issues as I knew, so be careful of people trying to make money off of those that dont know better

Horrible service, rude people, im here walking with a back pain, man i think his the owner told me to move my car since i parked in the front with a rude attidude first one i let it pass second im already parked in the back im walking back in to get service rude man i think his the owner employee comes over here asked me where i parked i said the back i guess he wanted for me to go moved my car again i said look you got to put a sign where you want customers to be parked they do have a sign in front only saying donot block the driveway i parked in front not blocking driveway i said to him look man i dont have time for your fooliness here i am walking with a back pain and he specks for me to be playing around with his fooliness moving my car around i dont think so wanna have a bussiness treat your customers righ or they go some where else its my money i choise a better place better service i do not recomend this place poor service rude people i dont even give them a 1 star i give them a zero zero zero rating

The number one place for all your alignment needs

Terrible place to get work done. Got estimate done then was told work couldnt be done until 2 weeks later when mechanic came in. Changed one part that was said to be one of the problems but problem still exists and is getting worst. Went back after those 2 weeks to get rest of work done and was then told to come back the next week because they were too busy. Do not go here. Now Im left with a vehicle whose wheel could fall off at anytime.
