With our a doubt. This is THE COLLISION REPAIR SHOP you need to bring your vehicle to. During the hurricanes they made sure they were fast. Efficient. Honest. And made sure the insurance companies werent screwing you over. The owner is by far the most genuine man Ive ever met. Were lucky to have people like this around. And his business has been established for YEEAAARS. That alone says what a great place this is.

My experience with final touch was horrible. My vehicle was wrecked and they were the one shop that would take the job after saying it would only take 3 weeks. Well 3 weeks turned into 3 months with the only excuse being “well we had problems with your vin so we can’t touch your vehicle until that is corrected” ok. That took 8 days to be exact and after 1 month they continued to blame my insurance about some that took several weeks ago. Finally after 3 months and 2 weeks I get my vehicle back only to be half completed.... I will never do business with Final Touch again!!!

Overcharged, months before anything completed, unprofessional when speaking with me and my insurance over the phone questioning charges. Forced to pay questionable charges due to vehicle being held hostage otherwise. Never returning, never recommending.

Horrible experience, would not recommend getting your vehicle fixed here. They’ve had my vehicle in and out over 5 times for issues they have caused while fixing minor hail damage. It has also had to be in and out of the dealership while in their care because of all the electrical damages and the issue is still not resolved. Keep in mind this is a brand new truck. VERY POOR communication. Nobody knew what was going on ever and no direct answers, It was like a circus!!

They pick up my vehicle from the accident site, they give a estimate on the damage and talk directly to the insurance company.I only had to go there to pay my deductible and then to pick up my vehicle.They made it completely hassle free.For 15 years, Ive never used a different collision repair shop. I brought my wrecked car there to be fixed . One month later still not fixed. Extremely poor communication. I’ve called 4 times to see if I need to extend rental car and no one called me back. I’ve driven to the business twice to be able to get an answer, I kept being put off. I will not use this business again.

Went to get a quote on some vehicle damages; the staff is excellent and very professional. On top of that, they will quote you a fair price (compared to 2 other quotes I obtained which wanted over $1000 more). This place has honest workers, if you see this I want to thank you.

I was very pleased with the service at Final Touch. I was able to drop off the parts requiring replacement, have them painted and bring in my truck once they were done. They had the new bumper and tailgate installed the same day I dropped my truck off. The paint and install look like new. Great job!

I have had repairs for both myself, and my daughter (multiple times), not only was the work impeccable, but they even battled with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. The ladies in the front were welcoming and helpful, and our vehicles were repaired so well we could not find a trace of the damage. Totally a Final Touch fan!!

Repaired vehicle fast. Great customer service. Very friendly and communicated well during the whole repair process.

I have heard many good things about Final Touch so when I ran into a deer last February, I brought my car there. The repair took way too long (2.5 weeks) and I had to bring it back because the bumper was 1/4 inch mismatch with my fender. 2 months later, I had to replace my radiator because it was not fastened down correctly and vibrated to failure. I also discovered that glue was used to repair the fender mismatch instead of a required bracket support. I give the place 3 stars because Final Touch offered to make it right. Perhaps my case is an exception but it was not a pleasant business experience.
