Batman was super nice!!! Being the only female in there, i was very comfortable! I felt like I’ve always been a customer. I got treated to chocolate covered strawberries ☺️ My service was very quick with the best prices in town.

Rodney Bass was so helpful! He recommended the correct oil type when I had no clue what I needed and got my oil changed quickly. He called me as soon as my car was ready, less then 30 minutes later. I also bought my tires when they were Allied, and they honored the free tire rotation policy. I would highly recommend The Tire Choice (and Rodney!) to anyone.

He even helped me get something unlocked that I couldn’t do myself. He was amazing, very cordial, and very helpful. Had a wonderful experience there today! Ran over a nail this morning and went to Tire choice to see if it could be patched up, they definitely helped me out. They changed two tires while we waited in the spacious waiting room. The owner came and talked to us the whole time we were on site. Hes a funny guy. The prices were great and the service fast! I would recommend trying them out.

I want to thank Allied Tire for their quick service and help in getting us back on the road. We were traveling from Houston to Baton Rouge and blew a tire on our travel trailer. We found Allied to have the tire in stock and we were on our way. We arrived approximately 30 minutes later and it seemed they were waiting for us. My spare was out of the back of my truck before I was able to check in. They replaced 2 tires on the trailer and put my spare back on in less than 40 minutes for a very reasonable price. If I am ever in need again when in the area they will definitely be my first choice.Thanks again!!!

I wasnt sure where to bring my vehicle for service, so I did a bit of research and came across The Tire Choice (formerly Allied). Based on the reviews, I chose The Tire Choice Lake Charles and its the best decision Ive made regarding vehicle service. Rodney is awesome! I had only been gone for about 25-30 mins. when he called to discuss the repairs I needed. I needed to purchase a new tire, had others rotated and balanced and needed an alignment. Everything was done quickly, professionally and, most importantly, it was affordable (even fixed a tire leak at no charge). If I had wanted to, I could have had my vehicle back before lunchtime. Thanks Rodney, for the HONEST, fast, friendly and affordable service! Ive found my new go-to tire and service center in the Lake Charles area.

I went by the Tire Choice on Prien Lake today. I was greeted and helped by a US Army Veteran named Wayne. I got my tires rotated and balanced without an appointment and so fast I barely had enough time to sit in the waiting area and drink a cup of coffee! This place is great and we are beyond lucky they are here to help, thanks again it meant more than you know!!

This place is A1!!! Staff was very friendly, answered all of my questions, talked me through what was going on with my car. I took my car to another shop and they told me a list of things my car needed: tires, alignment and brakes. When The Tire Choice checked my car the only thing I needed was tires. Im so grateful they were honest with me instead of just taking my money. Went to get brakes fixed here & they let me know some other underlying problems . Let them know that was I thankful for them telling me that & I would get to that at a later time but was only here to get my brakes fixed today. after 5 and a half hours they finish & tell me that theyve finished and hand me a 400+ bill! Confused they tell me what theyve finished & Ive only asked for my brakes to be fixed! Im really upset that I was just taken advantage of like this. Middle of a pandemic & they assume I can just afford things I didnt agree to pay.

I find it hard to go to an automotive shop and not get taken advantage of because Im a woman but I didnt have to worry at all here. They were super honest and helpful. No matter how much help I needed, they were always courteous and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Loved my tires and the service they provided. I highly recommend them.

I was super impressed with the Lake Charles location, Rodney and the staff. Other places in town should take a lesson about care and honest service. Ladies or anyone who may know some or nothing about tires, struts, shocks, front end alignments, go see Rodney and the staff, I found out yesterday (confirmed by them) that what I suspected was true and doing UNNECESSARY work that wouldnt have worked would have been a waste of my money. Someone may say, thats just a way to get more money from you, I say NO that was a way of keeping me safe on the highway, since I probably average about 25,000 miles per year. Thank you Rodney!!!

I went in thinking I needed a new tire, the representative came out gave it a look and all I needed was a plug. He couldve easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge concerning the situation but didnt. Even gave me a helpful tip of what to do when Im ready to change it out...wow just went in to pay him and he said no charges! Excellent service!

If you need tires these are the guys to go to. They’ve got the tires available or they can get them delivered quickly. And the customer service is absolutely top notch. Any trouble and they fix it ASAP. Whether it’s rotating and balancing or a nail causing a flat, they fix it fast. Ask for Rodney, he’s taken care of my tire needs for years. Good honest people!! Took my mother in-laws car in for oil change. The oil plug was stripped from previous service. They could not get plug out. They checked everything out, added fluids that were low and did not charge me. They also recommended place that had special tool to remove damaged plug.

These guys were extremely nice and efficient first thing in the morning after a rough night of tire issues. They gave me great deal on a patch job, and quoted me for two new tires with options for lower cost if I needed. I was grateful and didn’t feel like they were trying to scam at all. I will be back to get those new tires very soon.

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would! I blew a tire while making the long drive from Texas to Florida alone. I called Allied looking for a not commonplace tire for my Volvo and spoke to Christopher. He found what I needed and told me to come right over. Every single person I had contact with at the shop was kind and courteous; both to me and my dog. They had no problem letting her chase her ball around the empty waiting room to stretch her legs, out of the cold.The tire was changed quickly and the price was excellent. They even replaced my luggage in the trunk after they put the spare back. I would recommend them to anyone.

Well I wanted to take my vehicle here, but apparently answering the phone is too difficult. Called three times and was immediately put on hold. One time it seemed like they picked up, but then they hung up on me. I’ll take my vehicle somewhere they actually answer the phone.

My man Mr. Wayne MAC took care of me at closing time. I had a flat and somewhere to be and he didn’t along with his great team Nathan and the crew! I appreciate them for helping me out in a time crunch and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother thank you guys great job!!!!!!

We blew two tires at 3pm on a Saturday. Allied Tires helped us out despite it being very close to closing time. $189.99 for 2 new tires. The workers were courteous as well as professional. Not only do I recommend them, well also be returning customers.

So I called almost every tire place in lake Charles looking for a cheap price for a 245/30ZR22 and this place first gave me a price of 129.99... But as their store says if you find a better price somewhere else ... Which I did ... They will lower that smaller price by 5% so all together with tax my tire would be 101.88 I called all last week... Making sure they were able to order... When my bf got paid we went up to the store to place the order on Friday, they werent able to find the tire in their system at the time they said they would give us a call... Its now Monday and me and my boyfriend have contacted them now over 3 times and they said they would call us back but never did each time... We found a cheap tire at Auto Xpressions so thanks for your crappy services ... 10$ more and it will be well spent !!!

I had a flat tire on Friday morning, changed it planned on taking my car to replace it and my other front tire on Friday afternoon. Fast forward to Friday afternoon, water was pooled up in a giant hole on the road in LC and my other front tire went flat AND it bent my rim. My roadside assistance couldn’t get to me to tow my car in time, so my step mom had to take me here to have them change the original tire from the morning so we could bring it back to my car and get the other one changed. When I say that these guys are hands down the best, they seriously are. The older man got the tire out of my trunk, changed it, and put it back in there for us in probably under 15 minutes. They let me leave to go back to my car, without making me pay for the single tire, because it was so close to closing and we were in a huge rush to get it done. Then when we got back they immediately started working on the other tire, checked the one I had put on, and were absolutely the nicest while doing it. Also, they had found discounted tires, so it was less than half of what they originally quoted me. I am so thankful for all of their hard work and kindness (I was having a super superrrr bad day.lol) and I really can’t say enough about how great this place is.

Found out from other people, they are known for ripping people off on repairs. They quoted me $1209 for brakes. Meineke was only $489.. (They gave me a $50 off coupon). They seen a working single woman and saw a victim. Shame on them. Hearing from locals this is comment practice from them

Affordable, time reasonable and free Wi-Fi. Overall the employees are friendly with great (non-robotic) personality..made me feel real comfortable and not like I was an inconvenience just by walking in.

Wouldn’t even bother working on my car, so I did it myself. One star for saving me money.
