Best spot I have found for bows!! Im so excited my MIL showed me this store. I will forever be buying bows from here instead of Amazon! Im thrilled they had the bows on the elastic head bands for my baby girl. Thank you so much!!!

While both locations do have tons of inventory on and I do wish they had more option for Caucasian hair but it is what it is. I will say the staff could work on their customer service as I have been to both locations multiple times in the past 2 weeks and I have spent quite a bit of money each time the only friendly employee that I actually encountered was a lady that was not even working the register. Other than that cashiers do not welcome you or thank you at all. They do have great sales however unless youre watching when they bring your stuff up you do not get the sale price. I had to go in and get a refund for two items because they were supposed to be on sale for $20 and then a back to school special buy one get one free .but ......I got charged full price of $59 each so I brought them back in with the receipt immediately and while the man was nice there was a bit of a language barrier and he did not seem to process what I was telling him and only gave me back $40 out of 120. So whenever I should have only spent $20 on these two packs I still end up paying $80 but by this point I was so frustrated from clothes shopping with two children I just took my forty bucks and left with it. Lesson learned from now on I will buy on Amazon.

They have most of the things and then some that youd expect from a beauty supply store. I get my haircare products, wigs, Shea butter, etc. from here. Best beauty supply in lake Charles. It has two locations.

The price are good but I went during the Fathers Day sale and I was charged full price for all my makeup and had to go back to get my 30% discount on my wig
