UPDATE!! YALL DONT WANT TO MISS THIS!So here we are 3 weeks later…. I finally get home to another store to repair my phone….. They tell me that my face ID shouldve worked and that TIM shouldve made sure….. Well I call Tim again to ask about this and he ADMITS that the reason it didnt work is because HE DAMAGED my original part when chamging my face ID part….. Never said this before though….. The new place charged me HALF of what they charged me with a screen protector. Tim has called me twice since then trying to offer my old screen back but what good will that do when he damaged it and lied to me???? I am giving 24 hours to get a full refund and speak to an owner regarding this. If not…. ill leave another update!Evacuated to LC for Hurricane Ida… Phone only way to work. Screen cracked. Brought into CPR and paid $220. Never once told me I couldve made a claim with phone company until after he charged me. Once I left I noticed Face ID didnt work. I called and he proceeds to tell me that it isnt an Apple screen…. Not even 2 hours later phone barely fell and hit counter…. bam cracked soooo easy. They have lifetime warranty but refused to change again because it was physical damage. I couldve got a $50 screen on amazon that wasnt made as cheap as this. They refusing to help me and change my screen again with the warranty. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they are using really cheap parts to fix phones.

Allan and robin where totally amazing. I went in to get my screen fixed on my iphone xr last week and they informed me it would possibly 30 minutes to complete, about 15 minutes later i got a call letting me know it was ready. They did let me know i would possibly need a battery replacement and offered to do it without charging me labor since they where already fixing the screen, but i just couldn’t afford it at the time.They showed incredible customer service skills and i will most definitely be going back to see them if i need a repair in the future!!!

Robin was awesome. My iphone 11 pro plus fell to the ground while i was working on a latter, i was worried it was completely destroyed because all the glass was falling out, but i had him take a look and he had it fixed in about 10 minutes, I will be getting my back glass fixed in a couple of weeks.

Tim was absolutely incredible. I brought in my laptop the other day because it was running very slow and i just couldn’t do anything with it, tim knew a lot about the operating system and had it running properly in about an hour. AND IT WAS AFFORDABLE!!! the computer show about a mile down the road wanted $150 just to look at it. Tim was very updron and said he would only charge me IF he couod fix it ajd said it most likely only needed firmware and antivirus updates. It was only $50ish. So much better and twice as friendly as everyone else. Highly recommend CPR for everything digital or electronic.

I took my xbox one s in to get looked at because is would bot turn on after a power outage, i was afraid it wasn’t fixable but figured i would get another opinion before tossing it out, robin was very educated and helpful from the moment I walked in the door to cpr, he told me the xbox one s power supply has a built in surge protector which I honestly didn’t know and suggested that i let him test out a new power supply unit before throwing it away, not only was he able to fix my xbox, he had it fixed that day!!! So happy woth the service provided by cpr. Highly recommend them for all electronic repairs!!!

The lady that helped me, Megan, was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMINAL!!!!!!!!!!!! As long as she is your companies representative/employee, you will have a forever customer in me! I assure you, I will never go anywhere else but to her. Not only did she promptly fix my phones (yes I meant phones as in multiple), she was extremely caring and knowledgeable and I will gladly recommend CPR to everyone I know!

The associate was great to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable about my game system, friendly, and professional. While she was unable to fix my specific issue, due to company policy, she suggested some ideas for replacement and gladly answered my follow-up questions. CPR also graciously refunded my diagnostic fee. I will definitely be returning for any of my electronic needs!!

I was misquoted a screen repair., so I had been in contact with Ms. Megan general manager and the sales rep in the store. They were very friendly and handled my refund request. They’re very friendly, they were able to fix my phone with a cracked screen right away. They helped me register my screen cover and also gave me a case for my phone. The only thing I have a problem with is that my iPhone 6s Plus phone cover that they give me didn’t have a hole for my headphones. So I have to uncover my phone in order to put my headphones in. It’s the only one they had it does fit the phone but it’s not the right one and I didn’t know about the Plug-in for the headphones not being accessible.

Where to begin?I have to start by praising the customer service from this store. Every time I have visited this location I have had, bar none, the best cell phone repair customer service in Lake Charles. The employees are knowledgeable and quick and have always hit the sweet spot of professionalism and affability.It would be a great injustice if I failed to mention how affordable their services and products are. I have always paid less than what I was expecting. Besides how inexpensive they are, they are very fast as well. I had my battery replaced today in less than fifteen minutes from waling into the store today. I have to commend the associate Matt, for such excellent & speedy help with my battery.After receiving such exceptional service time and time again, with out reservation I can say that they have my trust and am now a loyal customer.TL;DR They are great- 11/10 would recommend

Best place in Lake Charles to repair any phone related issue. Went in to replace my screen and battery. Then my Touch ID had a couple issues after the fact, but Donovan and Keagon were able to fix that right up and now my iPhone is working seamlessly.

Really the best experience. Always the nicest people. All of whom are very smart. Also cheaper than any other phone repair place in town.

A bit pricey for repairs, but great if you insurance to protect your phone. You have to pay for repair up front, insurance pays you minus deductible.

I want to preface this review by letting you know that my first visit to these guys went great. I had a cracked screen on my phone that they replaced and all was great.Now onto my most recent, and regrettably likely my last visit to these guys. I had an iPad mini that my daughter used to watch movies on trips. Thats basically all its ever used for. The iPads glass cracked after an accident. We had a screen cover on it and we continued to use it as is for about 5 months with no issues. Before a big out of town trip we wanted to go ahead and get it fixed. Mind you, the display had been working fine for about 5 months since the cracked glass before we brought it in. The glass was replaced and the work done looked great. I could not tell at all that it was an aftermarket repair. After one week we noticed that screen would not turn on. We thought maybe it had died and the charger had been messed up (this is the only Apple device we own). We ordered a new charger via Amazon and tried that. The screen still wouldnt come on. Since this device really is never used often we just put it to the side and continued living our busy life for about 6 weeks until I had a chance to bring it in (in hindsight this is probably on me for waiting, but again, its rarely used and was not a high priority). I took it in and let them know what was going on. They said theyd take a look at it. The next day they gave me a call saying it appeared the screen was not working and theyd have to order a new one to troubleshoot. The new screen took longer to come in than what they initially told me, but whatever, not a big deal. We werent really missing it that much. When the screen came in they called me and said that they werent exactly sure what the issue was, but it wasnt anything that they did when doing the previous repair. They blamed a probable faulty screen. (A quick sidenote, Ive owned about 25 mobile devices over the years alongside my wife ranging from iPads, iPhones, Google phones, tablets, laptops and a surface pro 3...Ive never had a screen go out on me randomly because of a faulty screen.)I was a bit frustrated that they werent taking any blame on the screen not working. They said I could send it off and have their specialists look at it or the other option would be to buy a new tablet due to the cost of the in depth repairs that could be needed.We got Apple to look at it and they told us what was wrong but said they wouldnt attempt a repair because we had someone else work on it other than them. They said that the issue was common for new repairers, and the motherboard would need to be replaced...which is expensive.So, we brought it back to CPR (Another side note: they were above average in just about all aspects of their customer service. Polite. Never rude) and told them what Apple told us. They said theyd take another look at it. Again they said it wasnt anything they had done, and if it had been the aforementioned issue, then the screen wouldnt have gradually gone out over the course of 2 months, but almost right away. We explained that the screen did indeed stop working within a week of getting it, we just didnt bring it back due to being busy (again, this is where I kind of screwed myself in that I had no way to prove that). Im not sure if they actually did mess up and just didnt want to buy us a new device, or if they genuinely felt bad for us, but I believe it is the former. We settled by getting a refund for the original repair, but we still have a broken iPad. I dont know enough about these things to know if what theyre telling me is true, but I have it on good authority that the initial repair caused something to break....I cant prove it. Go ahead and bring your device to them if youve used them before with good results. I dont want to say to avoid them, but Im obviously not endorsing them. I wont be going back, but thats due to my experiences with them. I also recognize theyre likely dependable for most.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE! I paid $110 to get my cracked screen fixed here and they told me they would have to order the part for the phone but that it didnt take long and the phone would be ready in 3 days. A whole WEEK went by and I hadnt heard from them so I called and they told me they had to order another part and that it was on its way. Okay fine understandable. But now its been 2 WEEKS and they still do not have my phone fixed! I called again today (2 weeks) and they gave me the same run around story that the part is on its way. Like seriously? Yall told me that last week. THEN they tell me my power button is broken now and they are going to fix that free of charge BUT my power button wasnt broken when I took it in! They said while fixing the screen they accidentally messed up the power button. So basically They are fixing their own mistake as they should and slapping free of charge on it to make it sound good. Oh and the power button part that THEY broke wont be in till next month! My phone is fairly new and only had a cracked screen. And the manager is saying he called me and told me but I have not received ANY calls from them in the past 2 weeks. I paid $110 to have my screen fixed in 3 days not to get a broken power button and no phone for over a damn month! I asked for my money back or even a discount and he said he couldnt. Never again with this place!

Thank God I didnt have any of my things in storage, I would have lost everything.
