Associate was very rude. Barely looked up from his phone while we were in the store. We asked questions and he gave answers like we were stupid. After sharing our experience with a friend, it turns out we werent the only ones who encountered this same employees attitude. We enjoy going to GameStop but we will now avoid going to this one.
They seem to know their electronics, try to help as least as possible...or blame things on other associates.
Great little GameStop, the people here are extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommend
Very friendly n helpful
My boyfriend and I go here all the time & every experience has been very pleasant. However, we went again a few days ago and when the person checking us out asked if my boyfriend wanted to pay extra to get warranty for his game and my boyfriend said no thanks the worker was extremely rude and acted annoyed with us and then proceeded to ask several times why we didnt want to pay extra for the warranty like it personally offended him. Now looking at the reviews I see someone else already wrote about a similar experience with the same guy. Dont try to harass your customers into buying something they dont want to buy, it just makes them uncomfortable and makes them not want to come back.
Extremely rude worker behind counter, came in and asked for a wired controller, was told theyd have to order it, no problem, so I asked how much a wireless would be, when she responded I said ah okay lets get that then she then responds with umm like I told you Ill have to order it so I asked for other items which was met with a passive aggressive okay like I said, ill have to ORDER it. It could have saved us both a lot of time if she would have just said they had no products in the store (which would have been understandable) there is no excuse for how much attitude she had, it really hurt my nephews feelings. Gamestop has been going down hill lately but I never could have imagined it was so bad that they are now hiring the rudest people imaginable to run their stores.
Great selection
Could you repair a phat PS Vita?
Worst game stop I’ve ever been to!!For one the store is crowded, the employee at the front is extremely rude and uninterested!!!We were asking a few questions about new games and his opinion on them.. he had a face of bother, and an attitude he couldn’t even pretend to care about customers!! Never looked us in the eye, kept looking away or down to who knows what!!! Will NEVER be back. I’d rather make a drive else where and go somewhere a customer isn’t a bother!!
It is hard to keep up with all of the games. These people at this store are much higher quality then others in the area. Positive interaction and honest communication.
I thought the employee. Was very nice. But I needed games for switch. And. Picked. 1. Game right and 2 wrong. So. Frustrated. Im 67 years old. I know nothing about. Todays pop games. oh well. He was sweet. Just. Could have. Pointed that out.
This is the ONLY place I buy games from. The employees are always knowledgeable about the new and upcoming games. They give awesome pointers in games. And their always friendly.
Love it. Very helpful. Very informative sales clerks. Very nice also.
Nice people. Found what I was looking for great price.
Son loves going to GameStop. He gets his games early and reserved for him to pick up. Thumbs up,
A good store. No other problems except that its sort of cramped.
Never a big store and has ripoffs, but they had some nice stuff I didnt see on their website
Friendly staff. May seem distant unless you start talking to them. Its my favorite GameStop in the area, as theyre very helpful at asking questions.
The staff was nice and they have a great selection of games and accessories. They also have video game themed toys and collectibles.!
The place was packed and had one cashier. Customers were patiently enough to wait their turn in line and she handled everyone professionally and very calm.
Love the store. But today i went to buy Bioshock. A heavyset white guy, pretty tall, checked me out. He asked if i was looking forward to any games. I talked about i was gonna buy kingdom hearts three once it came out. He asked if i wanted to put 5 dollars down for preorder. I told him no. He asked me why would i not when, and i quote, “ima buy it anyways” in a rude way. I told him i have to beat the first two first. He responded, and i quote, “but you are going to buy it anyways”. I told him no. He said “why”. My friend whispered under his breath “cause he doesnt effen want to”. Finally he mentioned “free merchandise”. I thought about plushies and posters. Put five down. Then i said there better be a plushy. After he took the money already. He said “normally they do in game content”. Better know im not paying the rest of that 60 something dollars. A no is a no. He basically harrassed me for a commission.Edit: guys name is Jeffrey, Associate ID: 402546
I buy my grandchildren games here everyday and they love it
Great selections on statues and used games, a must stop
The Staff are very friendly, helpful, and put up with a hole lot from children..lol. they kinda shy at first, but they hvae to watch for so much, an in my opinion, they should give the stores more employees..they all have way too many customers for 2 employees, and alot of times, just one.. very helpful to every customer, not just me..
A wide variety of new and used games. Buy two get one FREE?? Count me in!!
They have everything my 13 year old needs! LOL
Great staff, good selection of games and gear.
Small and slightly cluttered, but staff was super helpful and friendly
