This place is great... Dont judge the outside facade. Its the inside that counts. The lady at the front counter, her name is escaping me, but Ill never forget how hospitable and courteous she was when I first entered the store. Overall I will return to patronize this business, because I feel good spending my money there.

Small place but friendly, where you can found the essential things for your life

Ok. DO NOT let the location or appearance fool you. Hurricanes Laura & Delta scarred up lots of buildings in LC. Inside you’ll find a friendly staff knowledgeable owner. Great selection of good cigars priced fairly. Of course you can go on-line & save 4-5%. Who cares. Do business with a locally owned company. It’s worth it.

I saw this bad rating by Christopher Wentworth which is un called for. He doesn’t realize the sales clerk is the only person at the store and she would be leaving the counter un-maned if she was to go inside the humidor. That’s why patrons have to go in person. That lady is friendly and a very hard worker,I never have an issue there what so ever!!!

I love my cigars and understand they have a large selection. I live over an hour away and this is the closest cigar shop to me. I called to ask about prices and brands and all I got from the lady on the phone is she wouldn’t check for me. Told me I had to come look instead of her taking a sec to look for me. Horrible customer service I will never buy from here when someone can’t lend a simple hand. This lady wouldn’t even give me her name. So if you are the shop owner and see this I called the shop at 1414 on March 12, 2018. She should be reprimanded I tend to buy a hundred or two hundred dollars in cigars every two weeks but this will not get my business till she is dealt with

Best prices and best cigar selection in lake charles staff is always helpful plus they will speacial order a cigar if they dont have it

This place is pricy on cigars I just go online way much cheaper for the same stuff, about 3 times more I can wait a few days for shopping to save that much
