Im 70 years of age and when I need any office products, my first choice will always be this store over the Ryan Street location. I hope Office Depot pays this manager well because hes worth it!

I have been dealing with and purchasing supplies and equipment from this location for over 12 years for business and personal use. All of the employees are very personable, especially Katherine, and are always willing to help. Most of the time they make me forget that Im shopping a national chain store. There have only been a few times over the 12 years that they didnt have what I needed at this location, but they had it at their other location in town. I was able to pay for it at this store, have everything on one receipt, and pick it up immediately at the other store. Customer service and convenience is why I give this store 5 stars.

I was looking for a clip board for work that fits isometric drawings. A young man came over to help. He found exactly what I needed. I was overheated. Just left my job site. I was ready to get home. THANK YOU JUAN. YOU GOT ME OUTTA THERE FAST.

The quality of customers service needs upgrading. Obviously the printer has been out for awhile, according to associates.Went to the store next to Petco. And it was a fiffteen minute wait and my projected was completed. They were awesome. The staff is truly a team at that store.

I picked up a label maker. The sales person suggested it. It was a great solution.

Below average, cause I had 2 sets o fax papers the girl helping me whom is white put the first set 2 be faxed she then went over to help this man whom is white and didnt know exactly what he wanted, after a while she looked over at my fax which was done and she continued to assist him trying to figure out what he wanted, Im like dang. She couldve started my second fax bu the way Im black guess what came to my mind. Thats unacceptable and pitiful what we go through all of our lives might be connected 2 our high blood pressure and the stress we acquire n our lifetime. P.SV.P.

Every time I go in to shop the employees are always friendly and very helpful and if they dont have the answer they will find someone that does.

If I could give half a star, I would. Brought a small box with 2 keys to mail and was the first in line with 2 cashiers. It took both of them 30 minutes to print the label and cash out due to ignorance on their part. Will not return.
