Nicole in pharmacy on 11/4/2021 is extremely helpful! She helped me navigate the entire store to find necessary post op medications. In times where there is not many helping her genuine care helped cvs live up to its motto. For that, she deserves to be recognized!
Very clean and well organized. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating customer service representatives.
Why are the phones off the hook and cant get through today?
Not an easy to deal with place. I will be changing pharmacies after several aggravating experiences and rudeness from staff.
Even during our current year of isolated life, CVS has managed to keep the flow movingi n a steady pace. I did shop there regularly until this pandemic came about.
Had a RX to be filled. I was only person in the store so I was in and out (RX in hand) in under 10 minutes.
Pharmacy is great. Never have any problems there. My prescriptions are always filled in 30 minutes or less. Even though its not in my area, Id rather drive here than go to the CVS on Ryan Street. I always find great buys here. Very clean & employees are always nice.
Very rude cashier on day shift at front cash register and very rude pharmacy tech on days in the back at this Lake Charles location, rude attitude from both on more than one occasion. Manager on days has stepped up and interceded with excellent customer service when they were rude and discourteous to me. Pharmacy issues all the time, cannot even get pharmacy to answer the phone at SEVERALLOCATIONS Lake Charles LA and one in Starkville MS Ive done business with. Overall CVS customer service is VERY POOR. Will be transferring our prescriptions to another pharmacy and ending business with CVS.
I just took my medicine today from the drive thru, the lady is so nice .
So rude. Literally was so sweet and nice to them and they made me feel like a burden and like I was just the biggest inconvenience! Then said they would call me when it was ready so I asked if they needed my number and that said no your gonna wait in the store so we will call you over the radio. I didn’t say I was going to wait inside the store... you don’t even know me or what I’m going through. Compassion and professionalism should not be an option.
Dropped off prescription at 10 am. Told it would be ready in an hour or so. Went back at 1 pm to pick up, systems down. Attempt to pick up at 7:30 pm, after finding out at 5 pm system was up, still not ready. Sat in line for 15 minutes to be told to loop around in the line again.Go to the CVS in Target. They are awesome!
I have had my prescription filled at this location for several months now, it is the nearest location to where I live. Every time i have been waited on by a pharmacy employee they have had an attitude and been incredibly rude and unhelpful. Im seriously considering driving the extra several miles for decent service.
Customer service was awful. I got the run around for two day trying to get a prescription filled. They acted as if I was bothering them. No please or thank you. No sorry for the inconvenience. No offer to help me get the script filled. I called twice and they hung up before I could even finish my sentence.
I’ve had better customer service at places with NO service. Between my experiences at this location and the Ryan st location, it seems apparent that the staff has a disdain for dealing with the general public at all. I understand someone may have a bad day, but every visit has been the rudest staff I’ve personally dealt with.
Excellent customer service on my last trip. Unfortunately I didnt get her name but lady working in the pharmacy went above and beyond and helped me save on my prescription.
Cheap place for meds
Easy run in and back out. Everything is very easy to find with a large variety of things for everyday needs. People that work at this CVS are very helpful and nice
It never fails that I encounter a rude employee at the pharmacy.
They have been very rude, and actually told me that it wasnt there job to let me know that they are having a problem with my prescription. Wow I think I should know if they are having a problem with filling my prescription. I have had several problems with them not calling me and letting me know about my prescriptions. I work in customer service and if I acted like they do I would not have a job.
Very rude workers. They need professional development on customer service!
Friendly customer service.
Pharmacist Steve apparently can’t help people who curse. Maybe someone with such a social impairment shouldn’t be working daily handling medication of people under various stress from life threatening illnesses and mental health problems.Mind you, that wasn’t even cursing at him. It was me muttering F* to myself finding out my doctor hadn’t sent the meds I needed.
I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for years. The past 4 times I was charged. Ive explained every time that my prescription is free through the Shire Cares program....Ive been ignored until today!!!I told the thick guy with glasses at the drive through that my medication is free & wanted to know why I have been charged the last 4 times. He said maam, your gonna gave to take that up with Medicaid. I told him I am NOT on Medicaid. My son in law has my bank card & I had no cash on me. He stood there until I scraped up change. I was 2¢ short & he refused to give me my med. I pulled around & went inside. With Shire Cares on the phone. They refused to speak with them. The guy at the window said he couldnt tell me he reran my card bc I drove off when the truth is, he didnt rerun it until I told him I was coming inside. They didnt apologize or offer to pay me back what they have charged me already. She said... Ill make a note of it. That guy lied. I told him several times & all he would say is Do you have the rest Yeah.... Im LIVID!
Have called twice and spoke to one of the pharmacy techs, very rude over the phone. Act as though you are bothering them when you ask them to do their job. Do better
Pharmacy customer service is horrible, rather laugh and talk to coworkers then help customers waiting. Very unprofessional
About the only thing this drive thru is good for is to tell you to come inside. No receipts given even when demanded. Rude pharmacist told me to come inside if I wanted my receipt and then promptly walked away. This is not the first occurrence of being told I have to come inside. I can gladly tell you Rite Aid and Walgreens do not have these problems. Please, shop else were.
Smug and unprofessional...they take pleasure at your at your expense...dont walk...run to a different pharmacy...
My husband forgot his prescription medicine in Houston and called CVS if he can get 1 Metropolol pill to take for tonight and we will pay since I know insurance is not gonna cover. I was told that their pharmacy run out of Metropolol. I was only asking for one. How can a big pharmacy like CVS not provide just 1 pill for a customer.Called the other CVS in Ryan St. and we were given the pill. Paid the full price but it doesn’t matter. The people in Ryan St. is accomodating and awesome. Thanks for an excellent service from CVS in Ryan St
Customer service is Terrible! The pharmacy techs at the window speak to you like you’re an idiot. The tone of their voice is condescending. You have to practically have to beg them to use coupons. This is not the first time that the customer service from the pharmacy techs has been unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere.
(Went to the CVS off Nelson Rd. In lake Charles Louisiana)Instead of telling me in person about what happen about my medicine being put back they wrote all over my prescription information. Telling me I was late picking it up! The lady at the drive thru does tells me what happened n when she hands me my bag n as I pull away I see this message. Very unprofessional. I will NEVER use CVS again! If I was u I would go somewhere else or u might be done this way for not updating ur phone number. I guess I made them mad, bc they had to refill it again. Whoever done it needs to be fired!
1) THEY REFILLED MY PRESCRIPTION WITH THE WRONG DRUG!2) When I called corporate to get the problem fixed I was supposed to get a call back from the division manager. Never got that call, even after calling corporate a 2nd time.3) I was in Lake Charles for business and live 3 hours away. CVS wouldnt transfer the refill to my local CVS and so I had to drive 3 hours back to Lake Charles to get my medicine.I WILL NEVER TRUST CVS AGAIN!
Pharmacy sucks
Im new in town and use CVS 4 times I love it...
The guy worked on 12/29/2018 around 12:00 midnight was rude taking to my spouse and I, took his time to arrive at the drivethrough window., moving slowly to fix our medicine, we werwe really sick, he was joking in the drivethrough window, with his buddies, stated the job didnt pay him enough to move faster, only one operso work at night he stated.
I have had my adderall prescription shorted 11 or so pills. When I confronted them about this it was like pulling teeth to get this fixed, and then I received harassing phone calls at 1 am. They’re always out of it (prolly because someone there is pocketing it) I was told they’d fill my prescription when it came in... I waited just under 2 weeks to call and they said they are out again and never filled it.. was finally told to come pick up my original script to take elsewhere. Which I’ll just be taking all my Prescriptions else where. As for the store part, management is lacking. An item that was listed for sale online wasn’t ringing up as such in store. The cashier had no manager to speak with at the store and had to call another store for help. This CVS would get no stars if I could
Surprised this place has 3 stars, awful customer service like Im inconveniencing them. Ive had better customer service at Walmart pharmacys.
Kinda surprised with the comments of lazy staff. Respect to those who wrote those but I have been using this CVS pharmacy going on eight years now and have never had any problems with the staff. Theres been some come and go but ALL have been extremely nice and respectful to me. And sometimes I have seen pple embarass themselves by just being rude in general and the staff never be anything but nice. They do get busy but you can drop your scripts off and ive never had to wait more than two hours. All pharmacies get busy. So from the eight years Ive used this CVS and its staff, nothing short of 5 stars!
Steve the Pharmacist has very poor bedside manners! He is rude and comes across as a very prejudice person!! He refuses to fill my scripts each time I have went. I sent a caucasian friend to go fill her scripts and he did it w/o question!! Prejudice POS!!
Full service pharmacy with good staffing and convenient drive through.
Came threw the drive thru at 6:00 am Bobby was very dry short and rude as if he didnt wanna be bother at work told me it would be a hour for my prescription told him thats okay drove to Walgreens in sulphur filled it with no issues under 10 minutes
Friendly staff and good service
The pharmacy has horrible service. It is as if you are bothering them.
Why wouldn’t you tell me you were out of the prescription? You let me drop it off and now it will be ready in 4 days? Waste of time
Terrible. Lazy pharmacist telling me i have to wait an hour for a simple script at 10pm on Sunday because sorry we are very busy..
Rude racist and just plain horrible.
Horrible customer service
Friendly employees.
Love it
Horrible
