I went to Office Depot on Ryan St. in Lake Charles to look for an office chair. I could not have gotten better service. After I found just the right chair salesman, Doug, went out of his way to see how I could get the chair as the store did not have it in stock nor was it available in the warehouse. When I thought all was lost, he asked me to check with him the next day as a shipment was arriving. When I called the next day, indeed the chair had arrived and he had set it aside for me. I am very grateful to Doug for his kindness and persistence. I feel any other salesperson would have said its not available and left it at that. Thats usually my experience. I never do surveys but felt compelled to write about this fine person.

Cheaper than anywhere else

Went in store cause i needed a poe switch and the store was extremely clean. Workers were all around to help guide me to where the items i needed. Found a 16 port that was cheaper than an 8 port . Great experience will be back.

First off, NEVER send your computers to a store like this for repairs: I initially got INTO computer repair work because these stores are crooks on the topic. Geek Squad is also overpriced, but you get what you paid for, typically. Still, youre better off going to someone who personally works on computers: Chances are they need the money, and will be more honest.Computer repair center aside, this store often has good prices with their sales, making it a good place to go to pick up a storage or other device quickly: its only positive. If you dont need it right away, I recommend online (eBay and Amazon).For the stores employees, maybe one in five actually does anything other than WATCH you walk around looking at things.

Needed 100 copies made right before closing using two different types of paper and the staff was awesome!! Printed it right away and was very personable and kind despite the late hour!!

Absolutely the worst customer service. We had to use them because there was no Staples in that area. We ordered one simple poster. When my cousin went to pick it up they realized they didn’t have the paper so they sent her to another center and was told “oh we didn’t think you’d actually show up”. We never got an email saying they didn’t have the paper or it would be sent somewhere else. The epitome of horrible customer service. Both Lake Charles copy centers had awful customer service and should never treat their customers like that.

I always use Office Depot and have been to several all over the US. I guess the one in Lake Charles has a different way in communicating with customers, more of an indirect approach like whenever they feel like it between gossip and other things the staff feels are pertinent. There is nothing wrong with saying Excuse me I’ll be with you in a minute

It bothered me when the lady walking around spoke to everyone else in the store except me. I mean, I didnt need help, but it felt like she went out of her way to ignore me. Other than that everything was fine.

Sorry to say but the print shop never over the years had managed to do a job for me, this time, only one machine but seems to me little interest in doing the work. Dont know why I even tried. So went to the other location by the pets place, they were on it, even though they had a ton of work to do, they have always done well, so Southgate is off the list.

Great customers service. I came in just before closing to have some family photos printed. The Print Supervisor, Christine, stayed late to finish them.

Jada has excellent customer relation skills. She saved us in a pinch with name cards for our graduation invitations!!

Terrible service, terrible management for this store. Great smiles, but totally incompetent. Great products and prices, but wont waste my time in this store. Every time we go in the store, there will be 6 peopke working and to check out, we have to go ask a employee to page a worker on their walky talky. Spent a month waiting on business cards, charged me $125 for 100 cards, came in on paper thin stock and had to put on glass to read the words. No i didnt except, did get my money back. Go down a few stores to Fedex for printshop services.

They were a over an hour late on my print order and then when I finally got there I had to stand in line for another 20 minutes. There were no other customers in the store so Im not sure what the hold up was.
