DO NOT SHOP HERE! So this store does not honor the 90 day return policy that is clearly stated on the corporate official website. I bought these glasses 20 days ago, they were kept in the case when not being worn and I only ever used the supplied lense cloth to clean the fingerprints and smudges. I was sold on these glasses by the manager because she literally stated that the lenses were very durable. Again it has only been 20 days and there are what looks to be permanent water spots on the lenses right along the transition line. She stated that it could have been my hair product that caused the problem to which I replied that this issues is only on the outside of the lense and if that is the case it is not a durable product at all. I mean they are meant to be worn on your head. I honestly did not know about the 90 day return policy until another customer pointed that out. The manager said that the store stopped offering that service over a year ago. After leaving the store unsatisfied I went to the actual website and took screen shots so you can see for yourself what their policy actually states. I proceeded to call customer support at corporate but it is all automated and there is no option to speak with a customer support representative. These are not cheap glasses, I feel like I wasted over $200. The manager actually told me that she could do the standard uh oh warranty replacement which would take 50% off the purchase of my next product. I am extremely disappointed in the management who happens to be same person that sold me the glasses, I am disappointed in sunglass hut for not honoring the return policy and I am disappointed in Ray Ban for making such a poor product. I will attempt to contact Ray Ban but to be honest this was a horrible experience. I urge you to do research on the type of glasses you settle on and get clarification on the return policy prior to making your purchase. Also, consider shopping somewhere else as the manager herself was unable to resolve this issue and made inaccurate statements throughout the process.UPDATE: 2018-08-06If you have an opportunity to go to the sunglass hut at the Mall in Beaumont TX go there instead. Go check my review of that location to find out why.
