Old time hardware store, but don’t let that fool you. This family owned business is wonderful. I’ve used this hardware store for about 15 years now. Love the cast iron pot selection each time I go on I have to browse every aisle to see what they got. Any and everything here. Staff odd very friendly like family. The welcome is always huge and service is amazing

This is the place that you go when you cant find it anywhere else. From now on Im going to check here first. They have tons of stuff that most places dont even think of carrying anymore. So try them out for sure before you go to the big box store! If you cant find that one thing youre looking for, then you have came here first. Its hometown friendly, something most places lack.

It is one of the last places that you can go and get professional friendly service and they have stuff you cant imagine in there you can build or fix anything out of what they have there and old stuff they dont even make any more

I went in for hardware, some 3/8 nuts and bolts. The first time I went in I was greeted by a young man who asked if I needed help finding something. I told him what I was looking for and he guided me to the hardware, then proceeded to ask specifics of what I wanted. I wasnt sure of the lengths.... thats why I wanted to LOOK. Anyway, I ended up getting the hardware I needed, purchased it, and left. A few days later I stopped in to pick up some more hardware. Again, I was greeted, this time by an older lady. She asked if I needed help finding anything to which I replied No thank you, I know where it is. and I walked to the hardware aisle. I guess in my business casual attire I mustve looked un-trustworthy because she decided to follow me down the aisle and question me as to what I was looking for. Again, I said Nothing special, just a few pieces of hardware. She just stood there looking at me. As I was reaching in to grab the hardware I needed she said Well I need to write down the price of whatever you get.... Um, maam, I know how this works. I get the hardware, I take note of the SKU # and price, and bring it to the register (I didnt say that, but thats what I was thinking). Three 3/8-16 nuts, $0.10 each, and she had to stand there and watch me like I was about to steal her nest egg. The beauty of it all was that when she rang me up she only charged me for two, so I had to correct her and let her know that I had gotten three. This is a good little hardware store but it was a very uncomfortable experience. I expect that kind of tenacity and invasion from a car salesman, not from someone selling me $0.33 worth of nuts. I hope they read this review. If someone walks in there it is very nice that they are greeted and asked if they need help, but if they say No thanks I suggest leaving them alone. Personally, if I know what Im looking for, I dont want you standing over my shoulder watching me like a hawk as I shop. If Im unsure of where what Im looking for might be, Ill let you know, but once we get there, back off and let me decide which product I want.
