Overall the staff is very pleasant and always helpful. Their ice cream selection is very good, and always tasty.Their coffee and espresso drinks are good, but recently I have been receiving sub-par drinks. I almost exclusively try to go when Alexis is working since she does a phenomenal job making espresso drinks and have never had a problem with espresso drinks made by her. Furthermore, I have told people all over Lake Charles that the best cappuccino in town is from Giggles in Grand Lake, but that only seems to be the case when Alexis is the one making them.I would love to see a consistently good espresso drink come from Giggles, but at the moment that is not the case.4/5 stars for having a friend staff, clean establishment, and occasionally the best espresso drinks in town.

Great place to bring your family anytime of the week. This place is not that busy on Saturday mornings, so that is usually the best time to go.
