Initial experience was great however once they have their money and/or the year warranted expires they wash their hands of you. They pass the buck from one individual to another. Called to see if I can get materials from the manufacterer. Was told my file would need to be pulled from storage even though my trailer is only 4 years old. The manager acted as though I was bothering him. He told me hed pull it and call back but never has. Also, the quality of the home is extremely poor. There are hurricane requirements to the external of the home so they clearly cut corners on the interior.

Great service from start, middle and finish. They even check-in on you after the home has been sold almost a year later.

There are no pushy salesman, as a matter of fact they are absolutely great. They showed me just the homes that I wanted to see and I was able to find the home of my dreams! Now theyre helping me set up financing and getting my land ready. It is so easy to work with them!

You definitely can buy a mobile home feom them. Its just the homes are not quality built. Cabinets have came off the hinges, the settling of floors have lifted.. I have a 4 year old home from them and it looks 10 years old and like I bought it used.

An older woman gave us a key and said they were short handed and busy and to go look at them by ourselves, when we gave her back the key she told us that we wouldnt find anything more affordable or better, I guess because we told her thats the first place weve been to, but I quickly found out she was lying. Would not recommend this place. They are obviously too busy to help anyone.

Bought a home from them was told they hav in house maintenance to fix any problems I had with home also paid for the 5yr warranty as soon as I moved in I had a few issues needed to be fixed window needed to be replaced cause there was a window unit installed while it was on lot that bent the window frame so it wouldnt shut, crown molding missing, carpet had ripples missing shower door, missing ceiling fan fixture etc. A year later Im still having problems with the service people coming out an fixing the issues I have.

The person I spoke with was rude and rushed me off the phone.
