We’ve had a horrible experience with them. In the beginning, they were great. They worked with us and finance agent. We signed papers on a lot model. We were told that it would be 2-3 weeks to get it moved depending on the weather. We understood that. We still do. However, over 6 weeks later when the mover was there to hook to the trailer, the company wouldn’t let them cause all their furniture was still inside it. We signed papers over six weeks ago and they received their money that day. They had plenty of time to get the furniture out and didn’t. It cost us not to get our trailer delivered and now we have to wait on the weather - again.

Terrible place and terrible people! Took a year to get my father’s house. They tried to make him take a cheaper house even though the house he wanted was paid for. Then failed to send off the paperwork for the title causing problems with the mortgage company. They never return calls and treat you like trash. Even they guy that delivered their houses said he would never deliver for them again. He said they lie and cheat people left and right! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

These guys are absolutely AMAZING!!!! Very patient and they truly get to know what you like and dont like and they will get you exactly what you are looking for. Wayne has help my mother on law and me so very much!!!! Highly highly recommend. I wish I would have gone to them to get my trailer instead of Oak Creek......OC was a train wreck! Awesome experience for a first time home buyer mr. Wayne was always willing to help any way he could and the staff are nice ppl and always willing to help I would definitely recommend.

Looking and buying the home went perfect. It was the aftermath that has been horrible.Whoever the contractor/employees they use for their installation does not do what they are suppose to.1) We have had major plumbing issues, including but not limited to:- master bathroom piping completely coming undone so all water poured straight into the insulation and the concrete beneath- the kitchen sink on the interior had major leaks completely ruining the interior of the cabinets under the sink and the stuff i had in it. (I was able to fix it myself)- the master bath shower shared a wall with my kitchen, there was a major leak causing the entire sheetrock having to he replaced and cabinets as it was filled with mold and water damageThey forgot to order new parts so we sat for 3 months with mold in our kitchen in our BRAND NEW TRAILER- now we are finding out the entire guest bathroom piping and washroom piping under the trailer has massive leaks again and it runs across the whole trailer so the insulation has to be replaced again for over a third of the trailer and piping redone.- there was multiple tines we discovered trash thrown in our ditch or in the yard throughout the installation process- the floor had nails poking up and my wife had stepped on them before we noticed. We hammered them back down, luckily she wasnt scrapped up badI highly reccomend shopping somewhere else unless you want nothing but problems post purchase
