We have an adventure here every time we grab an H cart and load it down with the next project.We are always greeted warmly and feel welcomed as we enter the outside Garden center. I try not to take home a plant with each trip but it’s very hard not to. The Mums during this season are stunning but the impatience have my heart. Halloween decor is a must to grab a couple of items. Just can’t leave without something to spook the neighbors. 👻 🎃💀

My mom and I were in the Home Depot in Lake City, Fl. looking for the bolts for the toilet seat. We asked on guy he told us to look down 2 aisles.We did with no luck. My mom asked someone else, his name was King, he not only told us which isle, he walked with us and picked them out and suggested we use both of them so they would match. I was really impressed with his knowledge. I hope someone sees his positive attitude as we did. Thank you King for being so helpful

I was greeted within moments of entering the store asking if I needed any assistance.. I asked an associate where a different item was and he walked me over to where I needed to be and when I checked out the clerk was very nice. This is good customer service. I am very pleased with the professionalism of this store

My husband and I went to this Home Depot around 7:30pm. We had to get 12 kitchen cabinets which were up high, mid level and down below. It was a comedy show until checkout. Sharon was hilarious but King was the straight man. She had an infectious personality and King was the best and the muscle man. We didnt leave till store closing and they helped us load and secure the trailer.. Were way in Dowling Park and will ride there again in a heartbeat.You dont get that at Lowes ...IF you can find somebody to assist you

After being a Lowes girl for forever I have switched to home depot...super friendly folks...awesome at helping you find what you need. Cant get that service at Lowes anymore.I own a mobile home park in lake city Florida and need something about every weekend...it is so nice and refreshing to walk in and get greeted by helpful smiling faces. Allowed my dog to go in and walk around with me. All the staff welcomed my dog. Exchanged some paint. Had no problem to exchange the paint.

Good stuff, Good customer service, nice products, However Horrible delivery SERVICE.They, sent me a notice to my email that my stuff went out for delivery, the driver called to approve the address, and say that he will arrive late afternoon, At 16:30 some women called and claim that the driver couldnt find the address, therefore they cancel the delivery, after I waited from 6 am to 16:30pm, when I start to complaining, she hang up the call.So bad and so opposite behave than home Depot stuff store .

Im new to the area and remodeling a home we just bought. I have been shopping at home depot across the country, building and remodeling and NEVER been treated so horribly. 1st denied military discount with no explanation, employee turning her back on me and walking away when I asked what their policy is. I explained Im new to town and still refused to speak to me. I asked for a manager and when they asked what I wanted to discuss, said go talk to paint dept?? Manager couldnt be bothered to speak to me. Then I tried to return something to rental dept and was made to wait over 20 min because the employee needed didnt come to work on time!! Same nasty cashier said its not her problem people cant come to work on time, but its mine?? I had an appt!! I have never been treated so terrible at home depot. Seems the rude behavior comes from the top down at this store. Yes, you have every right to decide to not give discounts but to no excuse for the rude, unprofessional attitudes. I have spent over 10k at lowes in the past 3 weeks that 100% would have gone to home depot as I ALWAYS shopped but not anymore. The discount isnt the issue, its the severe disrespect, period!! I will drive to gainesville before going here again.

My experience yesterday at Home Depot was more that GREAT ! I want to give a shout to a man named Jerry. I wasn’t able to catch the other mans name that helped me, but also was extremely helpful ! Back story, my boys and I had a difficult project we were working on and Jerry went out of his way to find me the right thing I was looking for (which was near impossible). He said “we are going to find you something that works right for your project but I’m not letting you leave without knowing it’s going to be safe for your kids” and that touched me that he cared so much to make my kids happy and make sure they wouldn’t get hurt. Thank you Jerry for your amazing service.. Definitely need more people like you! :)

Its like every other retailer. They cut staff to keep prices down but you can never find anyone if you need help.

I went to the Home Depot on Friday to purchase fencing. This is something I had no clue about! Associate Tim was very helpful in helping me purchase all of the materials that I needed. He was not only helpful but he was honest. He scanned my items and even loaded them into my vehicle. I appreciated his helpfulness and professionalism.

Good, employees very helpful but some supplies they have been out of for a bit. A limited supplies of other goods or none available at all. Good and yet a bit disappointing.

Short of finding assistance its a good place to shop.

I was offered assistance by no fewer than 5 associates within 10 minutes while I searched for 3 random items. All were quick and knowledgeable and made me feel like a guest. At self checkout, a cashier whose name I cant recall was exceptionally helpful and managed to deftly shave $25 off of my $70 purchase. I left reinvigorated in my belief in customer service and took lessons learned to my own staff at work.

I do a lot of painting as well as home improvement and gardening. Home Depot is one of my favorite spot for everything home improvement, gardening and more. They carry an excellent selection of plants exotic and traditional. They carry a massive selection of yard upkeep and improvement materials. Paint supplies have competitive prices as well as great ideas for updating the look of your home. I absolutely love the flooring, countertops, cabinets, etc. And the window associates are knowledgeable as well as very helpful. I love that the employees dont skulk around behind you giving dirty looks if you are there to get ideas. Kudos to you Home Depot!

I have always loved home depot. I wish I had a few thousand dollars to spend in there. Its been my experience that theres always help near by and for me its like being at Disney world....sooooo much wonderful stuff to see but unfortunately my wallet keeps me from bringing what I want home.

Got NO SERVICE in the Christmas tree tent. Then in the garden center the shrubs had ax wasp nest and my daughter got stung. When i told someone, he told someone else to take care of it. That guy stated he was allergic to bees. NO ONE asked if my daughter was okay. THANK GOD she didnt have an allergic reaction. Went to Lowes and got great service.

Seems Lowes never has anything that I need and I am finding myself going to Home Depot for all of my needs lately. Their staff is very helpful and customer oriented and their prices are fair.

They had a lot of great things. I have a lot to buy for kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, etc.. over the next year or less depending on my outstanding handymans availability. I bought a cool new variable height shower head with a wand as well. The place was clean or as clean as a home improvement store can be.

I went into this Home Depot to buy some service entry electrical cable to connect my meter to service panel. The employee in that section was condescending and disinterested in helping me find what I needed. Even after I told him that he was being difficult, he chose to ignore me and pick up his phone.This isnt the first time thay Ive had poor service at this location. I chose to shop at Lowes.

Lake City Store service was terrible. Over 45 minutes for assistance for roofing tin & over 30 minutes for composite decking boards and would not cut decking board.Although employees seemed interested in assisting, my experience was very poor at this storr

I think that a good majority of folks think that home depot and lowes are exactly the same, I know I used to but Ive come to find they are actually very different when it comes to the variety of choices in terms of inventory. I recently dove head first into breathing a bit of life into the apartment I share with my Husband and have spent more time walking the isles of both home centers more in the last 6 months than I have collectivity in my 33 years of life lol. So the experience Ive had if that home depot has lacked in variety and Im many ways quality, and we have shifted most of our business to Lowes for our home renovation needs.

We stopped for rain barrels but were informed that item was only available for an online order. However, we were also directed to another local business which carried several types of said barrels. We did manage to accidentally discover some flower pots my wife has been wanting for some time. Overall, the trip wasnt a waste and the customer service was spot on.

Had everything I was looking for. Home Depot has just about everything you could be looking for if you were building or doing repairs on a home or other projects.

Went there to purchase a new hvac unit advertised for approximately $2000. They had another company call me to discuss installation, said company said they dont install those and want to charge me $8000 for a new system.

We walked around in the outdoor plant dept area an found some Mexican Heather plants as well. They have many fruit trees there an there all bearing fruit already. Thats where Im going to buy my fruit trees next time.The Home Depot in Lake City always has what I need an its worth the extra drive there just to get it.. Btw there on hwy 90..
