Love These Guys! Great quality at a great price. They installed a drop dead beautiful floor for me throughout my home about a year ago. Couldnt be happier. Even the process of setting it up and getting it done was super easy. Debbie is great and shell work with you in choosing what works best for you in your home, as well as scheduling the install date. Her guys do a fantastic job, are considerate and polite, and leave with the job complete and everything tidy and in order. Theyll be fixing up my kitchen and baths next. Cant wait to see the final outcome!

I am very thankful for all of Debbies help. I had ordered cabinets and countertops from Lowes which was a horrible experience. Debbie had my countertops installed within 2 weeks. Stevie and Shane did a great job installing. I highly recommend them. They were very courteous, helpful and professional. My kitchen and both bathroom vanities turned out perfectly.

Horrible experience...So I have met with Debbie a few times and I called her on Feb 26th and advised her we decided to go with her company for a project. When I met with her the day before she only had chopped off pieces of granite to display for me outside her shop and on the ground, which I found very unprofessional. She advised the granite she will sell me may differ in color. So when I spoke with her to move forward I advised I want to see the granite before I sign a contract. She told me she would send me a picture. I told her I wanted to see it in person. She flat out said no because its at a different location and they do not allow ppl to go there. I asked when would I see the granite in person? She advised after her sons cut and polish the granite and bring it to my home to install it...this would be after I have paid. I advised I did not want to sign a contract until I saw the granite in person. She then yelled well dont and kept yelling we are good! I guess she is saying they are good without my business. Debbie has the worst attitude! I have seen other reviews about her attitude but I experienced it first hand. I was going to have this company remodel my kitchen and bathroom but due to her unprofessional attitude, Ill pass! Who in their right mind will sign a contract for granite to be installed that theyve never saw in person?In response to you Debbie:You seem confused..after you advised I couldnt see the granite in person I inquired about having countertops installed from Home depot or Lowes...however that was not the issue...I did not have a problem with you installing the granite bc it was a good price. However, the issue started when I advised I will not sign a contract until I see in person what is being installed at my home ahead of time. I understand you do not want ppl at the location. However, you could have grabbed a sample and presented it, if you valued us as a potential client as a professional business would.. Theres no reason to go back and forth but you did raise your voice...its all said and done and you dont need our business so we will take it elsewhere and I agree there is nothing else to be said. Just want to leave a review and warn others. Keep treating your potential clients this way and the word will continue to get out! Take care.

I have used the flooring zone on several flooring projects. Debbie is very knowledgeable about all the different types and brands of flooring. She goes above and beyond. She is excellent at matching flooring to fit your needs. Highly recommend using them. It is a family business and all her boys are great workers and are very professional with installations.

Chalk up one more. These people were very hospitable and gracious until the sale was complete. Adjustments cost more and the installation was much less than professional. Dad sent the boys to instal the granite counter, and the youngest of the 3 seemed to be in charge of the install, which was less than desirable, resulting in uneven surfaces and a healthy gap which wasnt fill to level.Years later when we change the slide-in stove we discover that they didnt cut the standard 24 depth for the stove; they cut 23. when they cut the original they didnt measure and cut outside, but did all the cutting for the stove indoors, using no shields or vacuum system, resulting in granite dust literally ALL over/through the house. When requesting a call for what/how the install was completed, it never happened.Nice people, nice service, great prices..... very unfortunate and inadequate install service and customer care.

Oh man, Debbie at the flooring Zone is the best! I stopped in to look at some tile and she showed me several samples that were in line of what I was looking for. She gave me great advice on how to save a few bucks and she let me take home a sample to review and think about. I never felt pressured into a sale and i was perfectly happy with the service.

Debbie was very helpful picking out the right flooring for my needs and the crew that came to my house was very professional. I feel like they went above and beyond. I will definitely be back to finish the rest of my house.

Our experience with the Flooring Zone has been great! They were polite and completed laminate flooring and carpeting quickly and affordably in my in-laws condo. We had issues with a few of the thresholds breaking off but they came out and replaced them and theyre fine now. Out of all the jobs weve hired out, theyre the only company thus far with whom were satisfied with both price and quality of work.

While I cant speak on the flooring part of the store, I will say that my family and I have no issues with the pool items. Anytime weve ever had a problem, we just explained or showed pictures of what were dealing with and theyve went out of their way to help. We much prefer you guys over the other pool stores in town.

We went in there looking for some carpet and were immediately refered to other businesses in town. The owners and staff there were extremely nice and very helpful but it was clear they did not want the job. They also mentioned how they are months behind on work. It was nice to have a local business not try to pressure me into a sale but I also didnt like being turned around immediately. I cant write a 5-star because I have no idea of the quality of work. I can tell you that they are not a business that is going to lie to you and take your money. I even asked about their pool business and again I was told they dont provide the services I was looking for and they were also backed up till after April on pool work so I found it impossible to give my business to them. We went down the road to another very reputable business that the flooring zone recommended and had our carpets installed the next day.

Since we’ve purchased our home with a pool this year... using this comapny has been a Blessing! Our questions were answered, never pressured to buy and always treated fair and exceptional by every member of their “family..... Servive calls available too 😁 Have and will continue to recommend them!!

Just moved to Lake City and tried a large box store but dissappointed. Then came across this family business and they exceeded our expectations. Debbie was a wealth of information and guided us thru a process of elimination came up with the perfect solutions and product for our needs. The boys were a pleasure and did a great job of installing and even helped to place furniture.We have other projects coming and will definitely will be using this family. We are now steady customers.

Whatever you do dont use the flooring zone...they did a terrible job on our tile floor and kitchen remodel...were finding tiles with no mud under them and the grout looks like a child did it..they blame everything but themselves for their mistakes...they tried to blame me for their wiring errors...basically they do a terrible job..they will rip you off so please stay away...theyre cheap for a reason...stay away or waste your money
