Very organized department store. I never seen any employees except one at checkout.

Inventory was low in home goods. However, there was a sale going on. Would like to see more variety

The cashier was helpful and very nice. The only thing wrong is that you have no shopping carts. The older you get the more you rely on them so you can do your shopping without having to carry your merchandise in your arms which can cause some to lose their balance and fall.

Soooo.......no shopping 🛒 in the store in Lake City Florida to carry your selections, I for one think thats ridiculous.....I dont think thats a good idea, who wants to carry an arm full of clothes around the store....not me!!!!

Used to love this store, now the have so much stuff in their walkways that you cant maneuver a wheelchair through the store. Must be some kind of fire and safety violation there. Lost all my business and I used to shop there weekly.

Absolutely horrid place! They would not exchange my christmas gifts because I did not have a receipt. Willing to swap out for same items correct size in store. nope. would not even offer a gift receipt. so now Im stuck with shoes that are a size too big and shirt a size too small...

Had a return to make today and got really good service. It turned out that the item I bought so the clerk helped by making sure I receive the discount as a cas refund. Much appreciated, I now have $2.26 more in my pocket. Great customer service!

Poorly marked pricing on their items. Be prepared to have a price switched on you at the register. I decided on some silverware with a clearly marked sale price, no other prices anywhere around, and no other items there that matched the price. Took it to the register, they couldnt scan it or the other 5 same products on the shelf. Didnt give me the sale price, made me wait 20 minutes to get a manager to find a similar item online and tell me that was the only thing they could do. The online price was 7 TIMES the price listed in store. Better off shopping somewhere you dont have to guess a price or have a bait and switch.

Two terrible salon experiences. The worst one was Fallon. She did a terrible job straightening my hair. Two weeks later I called back and wanted a sew in because I had discussed it with her while she did my hair previously. Anyways. When I called she told me she would have to do it at her house and it would be $100. Afterwards it ended up being $140 because she curled it. She did an awful job. There was glue everywhere and the frontal did not look natural. She is a liar and doesn’t know how to do a sew in

Being a 6ft 6 male, there was nothing in the store that was any use to me.

Lots of new items. A little crowded in the aisles. Hot a fee items. Sales people friendly but not pushy very helpful.

My choice for Levis and Big and Tall clothing for my boys.

Shyann in the jewelry department was so nice and told me everything I needed to know about the jewelry I bought and also helped me in making my payment

Only one register open, waited half hour in line to check out. Wont be shopping there again soon.

This store leaves a lot to be desired period.

I shop at the local Sephora within the JC Penney store and the employees there are so nice, accommodating and helpful. The girl color matched me and gave me really good advice. I will always go here for my makeup. The JC Penney store is also great too. 5 Stars!

Walked in with my spouse and children with there diaper bag which is a bookbag and the older white lady told her fellow employees that they needed to keep an eye on us because we look like we were there to steal. She said it loud enough that we and several other customers heard her from by the jewelry counter.

Horrible experience. If not for my wife selecting a Christmas gift at JC Penny I would not have gone into the store. I had to wait for 20 minutes to pick up a gift I had already paid for at the jewelry counter. There were only 2 associates working the counter at 2:00 on a Saturday the week after Thanksgiving break. They finally helped me and had an attitude when they did. They had quite a few associates walking around, but none were very helpful. In the future I will pay more at a jewelry outlet than shop at Penny. The savings do not outweigh the thoughtlessness of this store or its personnel.

Found 2 pair of tennis shoes 40% off. 1 pair of sandals on sale for more than 40% off. Great Sales lady Mrs. T.

The childrens clothes are kind of expensive when theyre the same quality of a lot of Wal-Mart and The Childrens Place clothing. You can find a wide variety of things though if youre looking for something specific. Everything always appears to be on sale, but a childs cotton workout top should have never been $40 only to be brought down to $20 on sale. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This store never removes the alarms off of the clothing when purchasing!!! I am sick of it and have to make another trip to get them to remove it!!! Do your job!! I used to love this store but prices are high now!! They dont have many clothes for kids especially size 6 in girls.

For the second time, I couldnt use coupon downloaded on my phone. Sales associate was stumped and could not even type in the numbers on the bar code. Ridiculous! So, I paid full price with no discount! Last time I will ever spend a dime of my money at this ghetto fabulous store! It will not give an option for ZERO stars rating!

Just walked in to salon 1:30 pm Sunday June 3rd and asked for a hair cut as I have a job interview. I was told that the earliest time for mens cut would be 2:30pm. Bottom line: if youre a male JC Penney will not make you a priority. It is due to this visit that I did not, and longer will purchase my van housen shirts from stores.

I went to the hair salon. Kandace is a very nice stylist who took her time to understand what I wanted, & didnt want.

I had a ball to go to so I went to JCPenney and the staff was great. I had to get a complete suit, shoe,belt,socks and all for my husband. One off the staff helped me from the beginning all the way to the end.

Didnt have what I wanted but the staff was very helpful.
