Convenient location. I usually pick Shell gas. Staff was polite and helpful. Bathroom was clean. They do not have Little Debbie snacks so that was a disappointment. Be careful the parking lot has tons of pot holes. FIX THE CONCRETE. It would be a great store.

Besides the parking lot needing work, the store was very nice and clean. Bathrooms were cleaner than I have seen most inside store ones. The cashier Julia was very sweet and had an amazing customer service. Very friendly and willing to help. Pumps could use an upgrade but overall it was a good experience. Will come back.

I use shell fuel quite often because of the Shell Rewards program.This station is on the needs a remodel stage. Pumps quite old, and no pay at the pump options. One has to go inside an guess how much fuel you might need to fill your tank. Inside the CS service area, also needs to be updated desperately! The lady at the counter has possibly had a very busy perhaps a bad day, and could have used some extra assistance. The driveway and the approach, entering and exiting are full of pot holes, and gravel. The station is located in a heavy traffic, and leaving quickly, while dodging pot holes is not possible returning to the main street. Be extra careful of the heavy traffic!

This gas station had one of the lowest prices today which got better by using their rewards card. Didnt have interaction with the attendant for it was just pump and go. Establishment could use some retouching on the outside and the ground needs some work, in particular the area surrounding it

Parking lot looks like a war zone—more pothole than surface. Old pumps with bad displays. Dirty restroom. Plenty of better places nearby to buy gas.

The bathrooms were clean and smelled nice. Brandy was awesome and very helpful. Best gas price in the area as well!

This location has WON ALL my business...because of ALL the SHELL stations in LAKE CITY, FL...they are the ONLY Shell station that has NOT GOUGED their prices like a YOYO.They have stayed consistant at $2.39 ($2.34 with Rewards card) during the PRICE WAR of ALL the Shell stations in town.I have a private Transport business, and I use a LOT of gas, but USE ONLY SHELL in my car. THIS station doesnt play the game of GAIN at the expense of its consumer!THANK YOU for STAYING TRUE!

Their pumps have scanners on the credit card machines! Saw this and immediately left without getting gas. Do not go here!!! This is a sketchy gas station that is not well taken care of and THERE ARE CREDIT CARD SCANNERS AT THE GAS PUMPS!!!
