As usual there was stock all over the store. Items littering the floor. The worst part was the bathroom. The toilet was brown and there was fecal matter floating along with toilet paper. In the mop bucket there was trash due to the lack of a trash can. Oh and should I add that the employees have their own bathroom that is locked and probably clean.

Always love the dollar tree. Love that they have charging cables for cheap.... Charging cables go out so easily its nice to get one here for $1. Usb type C and micro they might have the other but I only look for these ones.

I went to 2 different locations looking for processing caps & both locations were out. I ended up going to a local store, they had what I was looking for. Ya cant count on the Dollar Tree to have products in stock.

The pictures are from a month ago so I decided I would not go back to that store. However, I went again today thinking maybe it had gotten better. I was wrong. Lots of freight in the aisles and lots of empty shelves. Very junky!This is the Home Depot Drive store in LakeCity. I give it one star only because it makes you give at least one.

I was so pleasantly surprised to visit this Dollar Tree store in Lake City, Florida. I live in a neighboring county, but this was my first visit at this location. The customer service was excellent. The selection was also very expansive. I had a wonderful shopping experience. I will go out of my way to visit here again. If you are nearby, I recommend a side trip.

Went to dollar tree on Main. The store is so much better now. The managers Shay and Jay helped me locate the items I needed and were super friendly. Excellent customer service is key to repeat business. These two people took the time to help me find what I needed. They seem to have a great chemistryThanks Dollar Tree.

I like the dollar tree but lately there are a lot of boxes in the aisle you can barely get in the aisle. Then you have to stand in a long line.only one person on the register. They never have enough help.

The Dollar Tree had those things I went looking for and needed. Spent 12 Dollars came out with 5 bags full and very heavy. The store looked about 60% full and needed to be stocked. The shopping was fast easy and the people working in the store very helpful and even cared for each customer in the store. That made shopping enjoyable from the parking lot to the store wheelchair ramps, clean, and buggies to baskets available for customer use. Nice shopping at the Dollar Tree.👍👍👍👍👍☺

Was a mess. Had to blow up my balloons why one of the staff was on a personal call. Line was backed up and the lady on the register couldnt get help either.

I love going to the dollar tree. In Lake City Fla the Bradford highway store they are not so helpful or friendly . The one in Willston, Fla is awesome

The store was messy a while back but i went in yesterday and its like a whole new store. Shelves are full and organized. Floors clear. No more clutter everywhere. The service has always been great but the store was messy but big change. Keep up the good work. The cashier Janice is always so sweet and a manager Jake or Jay? Always super nice and helpful. Managers seem to have great chemistry. Jay and Shay are friendly and always helpful. This store has made a complete transformation from a year ago.

Trash on the floor all over the store. Merchandise on the floor as well with employees not even bothering to pick it up just walking around. Not a very clean store. Would not recommend this store to anyone!!

The service was great. Store was still messy and a vitamin I purchased was opened already when I got home. Will attempt to take it back today.

Its always packed with boxes everywhere especially in the isles and some of the workers are rude.

I Love Dollar Tree, they have a great variety of $1 items that most of us use or can use. Its great for seasonal decorating, crafts, storage items, party supplies, gift wrapping & odds & ends! I cant get out of there without spending $20. One of my favorite places to shop!! I give it 2 thumbs up!!! 💚💚💚

This place may be cheap and it certainly reflects that. There was unopen product lining the floors on each aisle making it hard to walk around and find anything on the bottom shelves. It maybe cheap but Ill be visiting general dollar. At least there i can see and find what Im looking for.

Staff failed to communicate with customers. Store clean and well stocked, so staffing issues able to be over looked.

Its amazing what all you can find there. From gift wrapping, to daily needs, kitchenware, office supplies, food and drinks. You can even order on-line and have it shipped free to the store.

They deserve no stars. Their store is cramped up with boxes and there is only 1 register open while there is a line and the manager not coming out of her office and help. This is the worst place!!

Lake City has 2 Dollar Tree store. Im so disappointed in the lack of cleanliness, neatness, and shelves not being organized. Shipments are all over the stores. Im told they have no overnight stocking crew, which has been a big problem for well over a year now. Dollar Tree should be ashamed of themselves for running ghetto looking stores. I do not recommend customers waste their time stopping to shop at these stores. A law suit waiting to happen with boxes and merchandise laying all over the floors.

Every time I go to this store it is well stocked. Sometimes the stock is in aisles.The company needs to get someone to help put up stock. You cannot put up stock and wait on customers when you have so many customers wanting to be checked out.

The store is a mess, boxes and u-boats everywhere. The freezer wasnt filled and merchandise all over the floors.

Staff is always smiling! Every time I go in the store its always a wonderful experience!

Worst dollar tree Ive ever been in. They got shipment in and had store so piled up you had to walk single file. A small box was stuck out and didnt see it and tripped. What makes it worse no-one was putting stuff on shelves.

It seems like everytime I go there the employees seem to have an attitude dont know why maybe they just dont like working around people and the store is always overstocked with all the wrong things boxes in the aisle you have to move them to get the stuff behind them so overall the store could use a lot of work in many different ways

Parking lot dirty trash everywhere. Store crowded with boxes all in the aisles. Looks like they could hire some more people there to get them caught up on stocking shelves.

Well it was real busy they were like seven or eight people in line one lady running one register another lady bit over at the register putting stuff on the shelf, hello open another Line, you know you see all these people backed up, the store was a hot mess,I mean you couldnt go down some of the isles because they had the racks filled with the items blocking it where you couldnt even get down on it, not sure whats going on maybe they need some new management, today is November 10th 2020 I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting on somebody to come up just for them to shut the light off with a full buggy of stuff I had the lady in the office didnt even care this place is going to s***
