I use to have a negative attitude about Walmart for NO real reason at all? Dont know why but, since I started using the app to order EVERYTHING I can IMAGINE, I absolutely LOVE Walmart! Lol I dont get in the store much, but when I do I use the app to LOCATE specific ITEMS in the store, as opposed to tracking someone down. If you have to ask an ASSOCIATE for the location of your items, they ALL some how seem to know where EVERYTHING is! Sorcery I guess? (🤷Lol) I usually go straight to the YOGURT and get my FAVORITE great value brand of toasted coconut vanilla (two kinds but GV is best on TASTE and PRICE). Than I meticulously hunt down my LIST and PURCHASE my provisions. FRIENDLY associates GREET you otw in, and ✅your receipt otw out (only if you have items OUTSIDE a Walmart bag, not sure if they ✅ personal bags?🤷). My experience is ALWAYS POSITIVE and I will CONTINUE to shop there, especially on the APP! I havent used AMAZON in YEARS! HAPPY SHOPPING! 😀

Great costumer service... Always very friendly and polite. And even with there usually being a long line they always do there best to get what u need and have u on your way.

Ira I believe is the guys name. Just called up to ask if they take my insurance and he placed me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Sat in the parking lot with a throbbing earache waiting on this jerk to pick up the phone. You will not be getting my business, I’m going to Publix to pay for my prescription. Thanks for being so considerate of a patient.

I love Wal-Mart pharmacy! Everyone is professional, courteous and friendly. They all know me and treat me with the utmost respect. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Jennifer was so helpful and patient with me! I couldnt find my prescription card because of a recent divorce. But she immediately got on the phone and went to work for me. See I had just had a molar extracted because my wisdom tooth was growing into it and split it. So obviously she could see that I was in a lot of pain. She was awesome!! If she hadnt helped me sort it all out with the insurance company the cost out of my pocket would have been $48. Total cost with her help was $5.08. I dont know about you but I think that is pretty awesome!! Excellent customer service and support. Thank you Jennifer for being a professional and going above and beyond what you are expected to.Very satisfied with my Wal-Mart Pharmacy and Jennifer!!...Robert Pinkerton...

Terrible customer service, and the highest prices in town on prescriptions.

Called to speak with pharmacy and Debbie took the call she was short, unprofessional and rude. She asked repeated questions because she would not listen and abruptly put me on hold without notice multi times. Hope these calls are recorded Ira!!

Personnel are friendly and get your order done quickly. It is best Ive found to call your order in before you go.The recording tells you when your order will be ready or if you need it earlier they arrange it for you.

Prescription refills are usually pretty quick and easy, but any new scripts or dosage changes are ridiculous. Given an expexted wait time of an hour, come back and they need more time. 30 minutes later, need more time. Multiple experiences where a script change or add on has taken 2.5-3 hours to fill from drop off/call in. Pharmacy needs more hours so they can get more staff on.

Treat you as a number! Horrible customer service. Dincriminating ways! Especially Ira!! Never helpful,never ready when they say, also of they dont get done in time they add hours to your original wait time & say you come early. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Literally will leave you waiting for hours!!!

Worst place ever... they never have my prescription ready have to wait days, I once had to cancel a chemo treatment because they couldnt get me my drugs on time, didnt even notify me of the problem, the second time it happened i raised holy hell till they found a pharmacy that could get me the drugs i needed. this pharmacy is about useless.

Every time you go to this walmart there clearance stuff never rings up right and they always double charge you for stuff well this happen to me tonight I was trying to catch it but you cant always because you have to load the belt and reload the cart and if you have kids that makes it even harder so when I got to the car and realized I was over charged by 25-35 $ I went back and I know it was late but the manager on duty said there was nothing she could do witch is Bull all she had to do was put it on a gift card or something simple but she said Im busy and customer service is closed well then I said this is Bull shot really load then left this is not fair for people that live 30 to 45 min away from the store because by the time you drive home and drive back to town to get the money you work your but off for its almost not worth it but I hear this happens to 4 out of 5 customers in this store.And I really dont understand why u only have one lane open all the times when you got to wait 45-60 min to check out you are already frustrated.I hope a Manger will take care of this problem because this is so so frustrating!

Customer service is horrible. Employee that was working the drop off window was a very rude person. Never been treated so poorly in my life.

The number above 0463 is not the number to WalMart, its to the Pharmacy. The lady Violet who answered the phone wouldnt transfer me to any department outside of hers. The number is 755 2427 FYI
