Very easy to work with after the death of our mom. Charles made a stone with our moms info on it to go over get ashes. Reasonable price and great office staff. No hesitation in using Charles memorial again

When I brought my project to Charles Custom Memorials, I was overwhelmed with disappointment from the experience I had with the previous Memorial Service I had chosen. From the start, Charlie was compassionate in considering my loss and dedicated his time to making sure I would not be disappointed again. He was patient in the process of several revisions and I could tell that he wanted the memorial to be as perfect as he could make it. It turned out to be everything I had hoped for.
