I went in to the Lake City store get a assistance with an online order. When I approached the customer service desk the manager was verbally having a fit while throwing teems of documents into a trash can. As is stood there waiting she goes to the computer and starts a verbal trade about someone messing with her screen. She finally stops and just looks at me as if to say “And why are you bothering me”? I have not experienced such harshness from a store manager. Someone needs to answer as to why this person is in charge of a store. I have heard her verbally abuse her employees in front of customers and completely ignore customers trying to talk to her.I will not shop at this store any longer unless management is changed.

Staff was very knowledgeable was able to get what I needed when I went there they were also very friendly some very cute girls work there too which was a plus LOL

I usually go here with my husband to get stuff for the cows and horses. Dog food, cow blocks, sweet feed, pellets, wormer, flea killer, shots for the animals. Pretty much, whatever we need to keep our animals in good health.

The worst experience! Horrible customer service by one employee who doesnt know how to correctly tell customers that they were closing for the day. I get Sorry we are closed I was kind of shocked as I looked around and seen people standing in the check out and a couple down an isle. As I was walking towards the door I told him they were open when I entered the store and he said again, Yeah but we are now closed I felt as though I was singled out on my appearance as Im a butch lesbian. He clearly didnt approach anyone and tell them they were closed and walked them to the door.. he also hung up on me 3 times when I called to speak to a manager and one excuse was that the manager was still checking ppl out. smh to whoever hired him as hes letting money walk out your door and makes them not want to come back.P.s the customer care # is a joke as for some reason there call volume is high.. to many complaints???

Great store for farm, ranch and even some home yard supplies. They also have friendly answers to your questions. Busy place! Be sure to wear your mask because, like too many other stores, the shelf stockers are not wearing a mask!

The store is usually very busy & sometimes can take a little bit to get through the check-out line. Overall, clean store with helpful employees. Their 4Health brand grain-free dog food is very high quality for the price you pay & great for my dogs.

Nice size store with plenty of options, and helpful staff. I buy some feed from here but if they dont have what you are looking for they can point you to a feed store that does have it. I buy rabbit feed from them, you have to get the good kind in the back from the feed room instead of the section with rabbit stuff. I love being able to do store pickup here as well, just know that if you need to look something up on your phone, your best bet is to do it outside the store. At least my phone (Verizon) wont work very well in the store.

This place was clean and organized! Their prices actual beat Lowes too! If you are looking for something for your farm, you have to come here. They have feed, mowers and parts for the mowers. Truck boxes are here and great gun safes. Everyone was helpful to me.

Young lady met me at the door and handled my core return with no problem and encouraged me to go on in and shop around. Very friendly and competent. And what a nicely arranged sales floor. Something to appeal to everyone.

This is a great store! It has everything you need, and things you wouldnt expect to find at a tractor supply/feed store. The prices are very good, the store is clean, and has friendly helpful staff. I got a 55 lb bag of Retriever dog food 5 bucks cheaper than the 30 in bag of Alpo at Family Dollar. It came highly recommended, so if my dog likes it, I will shop no where except Tractor Supply Stores for all my pet needs.

Went to purchase feed. No one approached us to offer any help, only 4 employees. None of them knew were to find it because there was freight in the aisles blocking the ability to search. Several people were waiting to be helped at the chicks. My husband is a former employee and felt bad. He was asked by a few of the customers to help them find their products because they recognized by them. After searching for our grain, the store did not have any on hand. We had to go to Lake City which was 22 miles away from the Live Oak store we were at. This should not be happening. Customers are important.

Bought a $18000 side by side only got one ignition key, called manufacturer and cant get another one.

I went in looking for a chicken coop that was advertised on sale. The website said they were not available in the store, but I wanted to check in person, just in case... Dennis helped me find the very last one that was in the back lot and helped me unbox it and load it in my car in the blazing heat. He went out of his way to help me when he was under no obligation to do so. I appreciate that kind of customer service. The inside sales people were also very friendly. Thanks guys!!

Had what I needed, always have the odd stuff. Staff was nice and helpful. Store was bigger than what I am used to. But definitely a good thing. My visit was during a very busy time, had one cashier and a fairly long line that she delt with well.

This place is so neat... Dont kid yourself that its only for people with tractors LOL! They have fun clothes, interesting gadgets tools toys... So much stuff you could hang out there all day and never see everything. People are friendly the place is clean... Just love this place.

Prices were okay. The sales clerk was very helpful. However, the ladies restroom was very unsatisfactory. The door lock is broken so they put a piece of paper on the door to knock first, this should have been fixed first. Especially since its the ladies room. Second there are spider webs all over the walls. There werent any paper towels or forthat fact, the hand dryer didnt work either. For some this might not be a big deal, but definitely not sanitary. Very disappointed.

Been to lots of Tractor Supplies but this store is hands down the best for product and customer service. The manager is awesome and goes over and above to help and make sure the experience is great. Could not ask for more!

Went for to fill my Propane tanks took about 20 minutes for someone to come amd take care of me and another customer. That was also waiting when i arrived they are normally pretty fast though

My wife went in for corn, they said its in the back. She found it on her own and my 110lb wife loaded 50lb bags of corn on her own to the register where they asked did you find it? and then watched her drag it outside and load it on her own as 4 of them watched. No offer for assistance or anything else. Its kinda like a Best Buy, tone of employees ignoring customers and making them feel stupid. So, we will drive out of our way to avoid this store. If anyone needs to be treated like a human being and wants farm supplies or hardware, the Spar on 44 is what youre after. If you want to be treated like a terrorist after 9/11 go to Tractor Supply!

They always have my horse feed in stock. I have to come from Live Oak to get it here because the TSC in Live Oak never has it in stock. The people that work here are always pleasant and very helpful.

Bought a impact gun that was to little had to return it and they took the money off my card instantly when i bought it but its been 48 hrs and my money had not hit my card yet im not very happy

I can only attest to the Lake City and Gainesville locations but I think the LC location is much better in all areas. The staff are always very nice and helpful and the store is very clean. I didnt give 5 stars due to the fact that most every time I go in, the shelves are either not stocked well or I have to search for a price tag because the item isnt in the correct spot. Also, I have left the store before due to waiting in line for over 20 mins because they only had one cashier working on a busy weekend. However, I have noticed some improvement in the check-out process. All-in-all I love this Tractor Supply and visit weekly.

Helpful employees but as usual out of several things I needed. Empty places on the shelf where products should have been. They seem to have difficulty keeping a decent level of common parts in stock. I am frustrated I had to go to several stores to get the items that tractor supply should have. As it happens, tractor parts.

Usually enjoy this store but today i wanted to look inside of a gun cabinet and all were locked...workers do not know combination to unlock. Lost a sell!!

We like TSC very much. However weve bought items, expensive items that turned into junk. Most employees are very helpful. A yearly sidewalk sale, to get rid of things, would be nice.

The Lake City Tractor Supply needs to seriously get their act together. Without fail, it is a terrible experience every single time I come here. The reps ALWAYS have a nasty attitude, especially if you need assistance with getting propane tanks refilled, or really anything else for that matter. They always act like youre hugely inconveniencing them by making them do their job. The wait time getting propane, or even just checking out is unbelievable. I just waited 20 minutes to get the propane, along with another gentleman who had been waiting 10 minutes prior to me arriving. Then I head in to pay for it and horse food and theres at least 8 people waiting in line to pay. Theres only one cashier every time I come in, every one of the cashiers Ive dealt with is slow as can be, and then to top it off Ive actually heard one complaining to her friend about how much she hates working here, how terrible it is, and cant stand being in Customer Service in front of all the customers. This place seriously needs new management, and a completely new staff. I dread coming every time, and would go ANYWHERE else if I had an option.

Propane refills $2.99 a gallon. Thats $14.05 for a full 20 lb. tank. Best price in town. Exchange places only give you 15 lbs.

After a year of having some issues they have recently the store with wonderful managers and cashiers. so I really have to step up my day only complaint is they need to keep the selves shocked a little better.
