FRIENDLY STAFF AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!

I will never buy from GNC again. I purchased a new workout powder, in fact purchased two. I opened one and hated it and tried to return the unopened one. In the interim they initiated a no return policy. I do understand, but what about items purchased prior and unopened? I have been a GNC member for four years and will not renew that yearly membership and will now look elsewhere for my workout needs.

Staff is friendly and helpful although the product we went there to purchase was sold out, so the associate kindly told us what th next bestseller was so we settled for the product in stock and tried our luck, only to be dissatisfied with what was recommended to my husband and I. The associate is in no way at fault just to be clear. We just wish such high priced items actually did what they advertised🙄😪

Good products, the store has been in town for a long time, very bland inside. The girl that was in there when I was inside needs to calm down a bit, she was going on about her coworkers moving things, management, and was putting so much effort into showing me products that I already told her not to worry about that I felt guilty for not getting them. Theyre one of 3 places in town that sell Bang energy drinks though, so I know Im going to keep going back.

They are not well stocked! So business must be good! They cannot order what is needed. They send whatever they think the stores need. It is disappointing.

Overpriced but friendly and helpful. Sometimes they have specials that make it worthwhile. If a better deal is what you are seeking, you will typically find it shopping online and not in this store.
