I love this place! Shelby is always a huge help when I’m having a hard time deciding on a product. I do wish they had more baby products though!

Great selection of herbs and vitamins. They have a small food section including allergy friendly items. Shelby is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I normally do not post but this lady should not be working retail. This is a very very rude and inappropriate Manager. The young girl is wonderful. There should be a manager who is of a better example than this employee. She would be fired from any organization I have been a part of. With our current world today we need to be extra kind even when we say no. This experience I will use to train what NOT to do to a customerI have been with Macys Corporate, Marriott and a District Mgr in Denver for Starbucks and have had many of my own businesses. I went to return an item (that I had purchased a few days prior. I accidentally selected the wrong vitamin, B Vit instead of Biotin as I was tired and it had been a long day. My receipt showed I also purchased a multi which I loved but it already had B Vit in it) in the store. As I did not fully read my receipt disclaimer on the bottom, that was my fault but it was tiny and I honestly did not see it. Well, there is a NO RETURN POLICY. That is fine...however it is the way this manager said it, addressed me and tried me. First she offered to let me do an exchange. This was before she pointed out the policy, so at this point I am not aware if a problem of my return. When I mentioned that I did not need the exchange as I purchased my needed item somewhere else the day before as I live more than 30 minutes away. (It was more convenient for me) she began with the attitude immediately. She stated that because of COVID I may have infected or someone in my car may have infected the wrapped bottle, so no return. (was still sealed shut) so if she took it back, I would cost her money (She actually said Instead of wasting YOUR money I will waste mine! Who says that to a customer!) I just stood there looking at her blankly. Shocked. Which then, when I did not respond she quicly looks at me with a sarcastic smile and says, How can I make you happy what is fair? Im still not getting it, so she continues with her nonsense.And she now says... why should I lose money when you went with somewhere else. ( For a purchase)Here is a newsflash: As a customer I can shop wherever I want.Then she tells me if I exchange it the bottle it would sit 2 days and then be put back out. (Yet if I returned it they would throw it away...Now I am confused....)When I brought that to her attention (as why would an exchange be different from a return if it was COVID related) she said, No I am going to throw it away and stick to the policy so you cannot even do an exchange) ..I will waste my money. (Me: Ok, so if I point out your statement does not make sense...you get angry and say no...you now cannot exchange...like a child).I was in shock of how incredibly rude and how little she cared of losing me as a potential future customer. Not smart for an $11.00 purchase. I would be fine with the policy... however I do remember coming here once before a few yrs ago and hearing another customer being told no return as they are a small store...it is all coming back to me now...and that customer was upset too. She also threw that in of they are a small store so no returns...which is fine. it is inconvenient for a customer who makes a wrong purchase but it is what it is. However dont give the COVID excuse.Again it was the way she tried to belittle me. She placed me on the defensive to need to explain myself on #1...making a purchase somewhere else and honestly not realizing the no return policy. As a result of her behavior I will tell everyone I know of my experience. How sad she was not thinking of good customer service. I left with my $11.00 bottle and I respect the policy. However will NEVER shop here again. I was a sales rep for Whole Foods and natural medicine lines in Denver for 10 yrs. What a shame that she was not trained properly. I would say drive to Gainsville for Fresh Market...or JAX for Sprouts or North Floida Pharmacy. People it is worth the drive. And the owner should listen to this feedback. You have a real problem on your hands with this gal. She is not who you want representing you.
I used to enjoy shopping at this store until a new lady began working there. She has been rude to me 3 times, and today was my last visit there. If she doesn’t have time to be nice, I don’t have time to shop there. I like to shop local, but it won’t be at this location.
It was incredibly clean friendly staff very helpful the bathroom is in immaculate I just fell in love with the store

Very helpful, great service at a fair price. I went in today for some natural ear drops. The lady working took me right to them, and I had a choice of 4 different varieties. I am very satisfied with the service and the product I chose.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean andcomfortable store. Carried brandof what was prescribed for me, andgot a good certain percent off of each bottle purchased. Recomendtrying it first before the others in town.
