Awesome products and amazing customer experience! Lydia, Craig, and the whole team are just fantastic!

Lydia is NOT a very nice person and really needs to work on her customer service skills if she is going to continue working with the public. I did however give 2 stars because they do have good products and a variety to choose from with good prices. Also, my interactions with Craig have always been pleasant, he was always very kind and helpful with any questions I had.

Top rate Customer Service. We are a print shop and do a good bit of volume. However, there are times when I need just 1 piece of vinyl and they have it ready to go. Also, got into a bind with product shortage and Covid delaying our shipping from our normal supplier and Lydia saved the day. Thank you guys for being awesome.

The only real benefit to this company was the ability to go in and see the product to insure I was getting the colors I needed. The fact that they no longer allow anyone to shop in store and require everything to be an online transaction means Ill be taking my business back to other, less expensive, more courteous and professional retailers. The customer service wasnt great to start with, but with the convenience gone, there is no longer any reason for me to shop here.
