Good service but probably doesnt have parts to sale, repairs cost to high.

I have been calling frequently for the past week or so inquiring about a riding mower repair. I sent them a request through their website and got no response. I left a voice mail explaining the riding mower problem, model, and left a return call number. I heard nothing back. Ive called twice today and gotten no response yet again.Well be taking our business elsewhere.

This was a pleasure to visit. I needed the parts for my weed eater. They checked their inventory, they was out. I asked. Any used parts to get me back going. I anticipated a No. His response let me check the shop. Most places would straight up tell you no. He checked and there were no compatible parts but the effort was given and that makes me want to handle my business here. Thanks guys for ordering my parts. Ill see you soon.

As most times I come in ..it was excellent service . Weed eater was repaired / serviced in 6 days. Asking for a quote before servicing is not a problem with them..this is the time of the season where people get their service done...dont wait!

I took my mowing deck and lawn tractor to them for a oil seal install ( I gave them the new oil seal) lawn tractor was to get a tune up. After talking to the people behind the desk at length, they told me no problem, filled out necessary paperwork and unloaded the tractor. Three weeks later when I stopped by to get a update, I was told, (they wouldnt work on the bolen tractor because it was to old. Never got a phone call. They apparently only work on newer stihl equipment and the newer commercial grade lawnmowers

They have a good availability of common parts the service was great the only drawback is only one person is at the counter and you could wait for 30 to 45 minutes to get waited on.

They are good place for mower repairs, but dont be in a hurry as they take there time on repairs.

I rented a tractor. When I went to pick it up, they decided to look for the trailer and then informed me that it did not come with a trailer.2 weeks later, I rented another tractor from them. This time I brought my trailer. However, the tractor wouldnt run after the first day and I still have not heard anything back from them. Its been 5 weeks.

I spoke with a young lad who was very helpful ( except his FSU hat) I Placed a big order for some new chains and sprockets and bars from them, they got them all in for me in record time and they also sharpen all of my chains now and do an amazing job!Excellent buisness.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Had a saw in there for 3 weeks and it still not fixed. But yet they charged us $20 dollars for a estimate fee I will never give them any of my buisness again.

Took my riding lawn mower twice there for the same issue, $350 and over a month later I still can’t mow my lawn! They replace parts that have already been replaced and you tell them not to change out the part they still do and try to charge you. However the staff is very friendly just don’t trust the mechanic!

Rented equipment from here and it worked great.

Beware of owner. He will mislead you to sell his product. Drove 3 hours round trip to find out equipment did not work properly.

This vendor failed to execute a parts order on multiple occasions. I am disappointed in their customer service. I will not do business with them again.

Watch out if you want to rent a chipper the small one was difficult to get anything they did give us put refund but it was 3 hours to go there, home and then return them back home.
