Drove 6 hours to pick my boss bike up. Was told to be there between 12 and 1. Get there and nobody is there, nobody returned phone calls nothing. I sat and fell asleep in their parking lot until 7pm when he text me and gave me another excuse. Very unprofessional in text messages. So I had to book a hotel bc I wasnt returning without my property. Get another text at 11pm saying the bike is outside. Dude left my bike outside in the parking lot. I Loaded it up alone. I have all text messages saved for proof if anyone would like to see them. If you value your bike, take it somewhere else.

Had a new back tire put on! AWESOME PRICE! And the owner also showed me I was low on coolant! Took his time to show me how to remove the tank and change coolant and oil on my own! He also went out his way and gave me a few bolts I needed for free! Awesome guy, and awesome service! Strongly recommend!!!

Vinnie has went above and beyond to help me from a leaking shock at 8pm on a Saturday night, (not knowing me) to a full engine rebuild on a race bike with full transparency of parts and labor costs. He is very fair with the pricing and he is not mechanic, he is a technician. He knows how to build race bikes in every aspect of the build. I highly recommend anyone to see Vinnie, from the casual Rider to the MotoGp enthusiast.

Vinnie and I went to a private 2 track day event held by an organization in Jennings GP. With a long hiatus from tracking, I was very timid at first but Vinnie practically held my hand all the way and i became more confident after every lap. I bought a set of race takeoffs from him and the difference was night and day. I got so confident, I low sided trying to do too much (trailbraking from 130+ mph in turn 1).Went back to the pits and Vinnie went to being a nurse. I will definitely go back to him for any track oriented stuff for my motorcycle setup. Thanks Vinnie.

Being a beginner motorcycle rider who had done a lot of research in the past, I thought I knew everything. That came to an abrupt end when I realized my motorcycle tires needed changing and I hadnt a clue where to start. Pleading on Gainesville Sportbike Riders facebook page for someone to help me replace the tires I just bought, I was graciously reached by Vinnie, owner of Pro Line, and I am now the happiest guy in the world. I drove up to his shop in Lake City and man was it worth it. With a decently large amount of space, plenty of projects going, and equipt to the brim with high end tools, this shop wasnt messing around. Vinnie was so nimble to swap out the tires, and it made me realize the incredible perfectionist he claimed to be. Incredibly attentive to detail, clean, and downright a motorcycle genius, Vinnie has done above and beyond for me, and from what Ive seen and heard, all the motorcycles hes dealt with in the past. Whether youre looking for a quick motor fix or trying to get race ready, Pro Line can do it all, and instead of going to the Made in China shops where they care more about your money, Pro Line wont have you cursing your decision but thanking the world for the amazing craftmanship done to your motorcycle. Hands down Best mechanic knowledge and price wise in a 100 mile radius, he went above and beyond to help me out 2 different times. The 1st time was before we had ever done business together. Hes definitely an honest guy and will tell u like it is when it comes to what a motorcycle needs. Ive had 4 bikes over past 8 years, and everytime I take mine to him I learn something new...hes spot on. Only place Ill take my bike from now on!!!

Great guys at Pro Line Race Preparations. I bought a race tank from them. The attention to detail in packaging the tank was perfect. They really loaded it up with materials. They gave me a great deal. I would recommend these guys again and again.

Do NOT take your bike here! Im 100% confident he destroyed my bike. Unfortunately for me, there is no way I can prove it. Vincent DeVita is NOT a good person. Hell insult customers behind their backs. He openly complains about everything; his life, his shop. Look him up on Facebook to see his rants. This all should have been red flags. Ive heard rumors about his past regarding shady activity. Given my experience, I believe them all. I dont want someone to have the same nightmare experience I had. My opinion? Take it to someone else.

I had a problem with my zx10r that I could not figure out for the life of me. I called a couple different shops and was not happy with the way the phone calls went. I found proline through Facebook. I called them and explained my problem and they were the firsts one to explain in details to me what was happening to my bike and that I could drop it by at anytime. I showed up two days later with my bike. They looked it over and we talked for a while. They made me feel that my bike was and still is in good safe hands. I had a few problems with a warranty company that I bought that they helped me out with to which they didn’t have to. But they took the time to take care of it. My bike now has had the top end rebuilt to better then factor specs. The attention to details is amazing. They communicated everything to me with no problems. I would not trust my bikes to any other shop. Pro line race preparation is an outstanding professional company that I trust and no one else. They went out of their way for me to make sure my bike and myself are take care of. Thank you guys for the outstanding work. Keep it up.
