I had a good experience with the customer service counter as I returned an item that I had lost the receipt to. They gave me a card with the balance of the item that I returned and it would allow me to shop the same day

Purchase Appliances at Lowe’s. Fact - Purchased a fridge from this store. Fact - delivery scheduled for weekend delivery was rescheduled a week later than paperwork without notification. Fact - canceled Home Depot Order…Purchased the same product From RSM Lowe’s and received it the same day. Poor customer service from Home Depot.

Do not ever order anything online from any Home Depot. Went to pickup any area rug that was in stock ready for pickup and of course nothing is available after I paid and had a pickup receipt. People were nice enough to call other stores in the area that had 5 and 8 but of course when I asked them to confirm, nothing. They even put their own co-employees on hold for 20 minutes, just comical.Doesnt make sense why their inventory system isnt aligned with their POS system. If it gets bought then it gets taken out of inventory, not rocket science.

We ordered an appliance this morning with delivery supposedly occurring by 8pm from the local store. I checked my email all day and never received anything stating the appliance was being shipped. I never received a call. Our cameras show no delivery vehicles coming by. Yet, the store rep had the audacity to flat-out lie about our order, saying they had attempted to drop it off at noon. We don’t shop at stores that lie to us or about us and our orders. Peace out, Home Depot.

Going to Home Depot is better than going to Costco. You can get everything that you need for your household and be out in less than 10 minutes at similar or better prices. Plus you can always pick up another tool or something for the house that is essential to keep it operating properly. Home Depot has Superior Products and Superior Service as well...

The store was clean, employees were helpful (for the couple I spoke to), and self check out was speedy as usual.It didnt seen to be too busy compared to a month or so ago. This trip in has no complaints as I only needed a few small items.

With this recent heatwave, I had no choice but to look for ceiling fans for the house. I Was looking for something that looked nice with the house decoration but wasnt very expensive. I went to this home depot and as soon as I walked in the staff was willing to help me find the fans, they pointed me in the right direction and I ended up picking up a new fan, with 20% discount, and in stock. Fan runs amazing and the family couldnt be happier. This home depot is always clean and stocked up.

They care less about customer service; went to buy some lights (not just a couple of lightbulbs) walked around for assistance and no one to be found; went to the cashiers see if they could ask somebody to go there; they told me to wait at aisle 5 and somebody would be there … waited … waited … ⏱nothingThey obviously care less about my businessLeft to give my business to Lowe’s

They fluff the shelf space with duplicate boxes to appear full and presentable and the missing item fails to get restocked because they dont see a hole or empty bin, the customer service people are always 5 star though,

Very clean and organized. Everything is labeled, what i needed was easy to find. Most importantly staff was very friendly and readily available to help me, if I needed it. Everyone wore their masks and kept a good distance

Normally this store is alright. Lately there are fewer and fewer store clerks that want to help. I tried to buy a sample piece of tile today to show a client but they couldnt sell it to me. They were in an open box, like they were for sale, but no register code so they cant sell them. Why have the box cut open if they cant be sold individually? I could buy the whole stock for my 2000 sq ft job, but I need the sample first. Kind of frustrating. Already sent a text picture to client. Now I got to switch to something else similar. Dont want to buy their stock and have to return it if client says no. Will go to my tile store and get a sample there. Maybe they arent that setup for contractors?

Tools do not have all the parts or blades that says on the box and their prices are different from the app. Kind of disappointed. Seems like home depot is lucky that Lowes is worse than they are.

Clean, large selection - I typically go to check out plants. I like that they have a separate greenhouse for part of their collection of indoor plants.

They used to clean the self checkout and the pads where you have to sign between customers. Well they dont care about your health anymore. The staff I asked about it replied it depends. Wow ok. Ill change my rating once they care enough to do whats best for their customers.

Always good service and good product at this Home Depot. They have all the services to assist people with the construction jobs. Residential and commercial services are exemplary. Went to paint they color matched, Dunn Edwards paint perfectly. Two thumbs up!!

Some people need to got to this Home Depot because its the closest to their house. I choose to go here because its the cleanest, the best stocked and they have the friendliest workers of any around Orange County. I drive out of my way to shop there. One guy in particular, named Tom as well, admittedly said he didnt know everything about what I needed, but he took me to the things that I was shopping for and when he didnt know, found another worker who did. What a great attitude this guy had. No one at Lowes ever did that for me. Ill always drive the extra miles to come here!!!

This store is a hidden gem of Home Depots. The store is not a giant of HDs in the area, it is a bit compact. But it has a big heart, staff is friendly, stock fits the local market and they are willing to work with you to locate an item.

This is in general a pretty good store. It is a smaller store and as such the choices are somewhat limited at times but the people that work there are top notch.

The employees working the Returns desk are SO NICE, and this is true across several visits. Helpful and friendly employees in the aisles too. Good pricing on the things Ive needed lately.

This is by far my favorite Home Depot. I had a drop in blood pressure and was hanging onto my cart in order to stay up. Cynthia came over to help me. She got me comfortably seated with a drink of Vitamin Water. She offered to call paramedics (which I declined). She stayed with me until she was satisfied that I would be alright. The manager even came to make sure I was well taken care of. Their concern was sincere and much appreciated. Also, Penny in Kitchens, went out of her way to make sure I could find a product that wasnt in stock. She made me feel like she was actually happy to help me. I really like this store.

This is the 2nd best home depot in all of Orange County! The 1st is still the one on El Toro road, but only because it has more stuff in store with a massive garden center.

Very helpful and friendly staff when I went there to pick up an order for a customer and had to return that same order not long after due to damages.

Had a different solution to a project that I am working on, but it requires an adhesive and its not clear that what they have is suitable. On return visit spoke to helpful associate in paint department and received useful information on adhesives. Looking forward to a successful completion.

Exactly like every other Home Depot youve been to. Some people are helpful, others are not. Some are nice, some are rude. They might have what you need, unless its expert advice. You already know what to expect.
