I would like to say this is the worse customer service I have ever had. Charged us for stuff we can not even use because of them. They gave me a dvd remote with no back or batteries for our TV. They promised up and down they would be here Wednesday to fix the issue with the TV never showed or called. Call today and had excuses. Then told us our bill and was more then the original price. We told them to just come pick the TV up and cancel the rest of the order and a refund. They have refused to give refund even tho we havent used any of there products because the TV doesnt even work without the remote. They even told us on the phone that yes we got product we couldnt use and they cant do a refund. All in just 3 days. If I could I would give zero stars.

This place i would recommend to every one! This workers in this place are very very plight! & friendly! & if u dont understand something they bend over backwards to help u understand!Bottom line! I love this place!!!!

My washer has been broken for 2 weeks now, we have had 4 different pick up dates for them to fix or replace the washer. We have only had it for about 4 months. Very difficult to deal with and still have to make your payment for something that is broken.

Rates were waaay to high! got a quote from them for 340 a month! Went to RENTCO and picked out same things and paying 272 a month and after 6 months its payed off!
