Too busy to get in and out of if you have an RV or pulling a trailer. Go to the Loves on the other side of the road. The parking lot for a travel center is way to small for auto/Rv customers if you are traveling with other in 2 vehicles.

Clean shower friendly face. Food was hot no flys. Bathroom was clean and parking is there. Cold drinks if need it to be.

Absolutely the best customer service we have had in a while from a lady named Dawn. All smiles and she was super friendly. Chevron in Needles, Ca. Treated us so rudely so we moved on and gave Pilot our hard earned money and will in the future.

Great store with huge selection of items from car and trailer stuff to nick nacks and food. This place has showers, lounge and a laundry. Its right off the highway with a drive thru Wendys and good parking. You can walk your animals theres some area to walk around and the whole facility is very clean and well maintained good place to take a break.

It is a tight and busy truck stop.

Be careful when entering/exiting. This area can be quite busy and the traffic confusing for some. Have seen several accidents after the fact, and other close ones.Diesel, gasoline, propane. Wendys. Coffee, snacks, etc, as well as some whole fresh fruit. Showers, laundry machines, games, bathrooms.Womens room has plenty of stalls, even though can be busy here. Not the cleanest, but usable, and certainly not the worst.Good fuel prices. Use them most times when passing area. Almost always at least one person panhandling by road, and/or asking for gas money at tanks.Space in back for trucks, etc to usr as rest stop.

This place is fully stocked.Its like a mini Walmart. It even has showers if you need them.

Horrible experience today at this Pilot. When paying for my items, the male cashier was very rude and claimed that I threw my 20 bucks at him. So, you throw money at this company and they complain to their customers? “Throwing” is an overstatement as I actually had my hands full and it fell out of my wallet.Cashiers should never make negative comments to customers and make assumptions about them.

Smart Alec cashier. One Pepsi was about $3, but 2 for $4. After asking about it she charged $full price, said I missed the fine print. I should have ask her to cancel the credit card charge and leave the 2 pepsis with her. Only wanted one in first place, but since 2 for $4 decided to get 2nd. I knew I should have gone to Loves like usual.

I always stop at the pilot on my way into Havasu or on my way out. Great prices on gas and I always have a hot fresh bite to eat at Wendys. The bathrooms are also very clean! Happy traveling! I usually get a couple lotto tickets as well!!!

Dont come here in a RV. The whole layout of the parking/driving area is a confusing mess, much of the signage is ambiguous, and some of the signs are placed in such a way that you cant see them past the semi trucks parked and driving around.If you follow the arrow to RV island, you will come to nothing but a dead-end that was a bit of a pain to turn around in, even in our 25 motorhome. A couple entrances to the station say RV entrance only. Another says Truck enter/exit. Sounds like the RV ones are for entrance only, so we went to the Truck enter/exit, but then semi trucks and cars started exiting the RV entrance.As a side note, if they sell propane, we didnt see any.

Pilot Flying J is an evil, evil company headed by and even worse family, The Haslams. Theyve ruined everything theyve ever touched. Look at the University of Tennessee football program. Theyre the cause of that. Please consider going literally anywhere else for your gas or travel needs.

Thw women on the Truck side and the Car side were the nicest, most helpful and courteous Ive seen on thw road in a long time. Showers strong and nice and hot!

These workers are rude! A couple were nice, but most were downright rude! Went to Wendys and was trying to see what to get and the cashier lady was so impatient and got mad at us for taking so long. We werent even holding up the line we let people go in front of us. Definitely will go to loves truck stop the next time.

Stop by pilot 15 minutes to do a catscale and some one broke into truck. Called management and they seem to be not care. One thing for sure I take my business somewhere else next time.

This Pilot was clean . It had hot showers. The store was clean also . They had plenty of food items . There were fresh do nots. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Our visit was amazing and fast friendly and covid clean. Had two orders which were exactly what they were supposed to be. Last it was my birthday and ended up getting a free frosty. Thanks yall Ill be back all the time.

Asked if there showers had enough room for 2 people to shower in. The lady himhawed screwed up her face and said umm yah was given shower 7... It was NOT a 2 person shower room ... And only one towel 🤔 clearly she needs lessons on this subject.... A @ 4x4 shower is NOT a TEAM SHOWER...... The shower room is in need of some repairs as well as the vent and fan really needs a good scrubbing, walls needs wiped down as well as All the fixtures as theres are hair, dirt and dust on them. The store itself is going through renovation and its a bit of a mess.

Took our 2018 Freightliner Cascadia here to get fuel and DEF at pump 1 tonight. This is what happened as soon as we put DEF in our truck. Now we are having to go to Kingman to get our truck repaired instead of delivering our lid on time. We take extremely good care of our truck. We expect places such as Pilot and any other fuel stop to take care of their pumps as well. Waste of time and money.

Coffee is excellent here. And I mean pilots coffee, although I have no complaints about dunkin donuts coffee, its good too. But given the choice, I would pick pilots fresh ground any day. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is the smallish parking lot. Too many reserves, and if people park in the middle its hard to get into the outer spots.

If I could give this Wendys in this pilot 0 stars I would. 1st cant make food to customers satisfaction. 2nd no change. 3rd employees dont listen to customers. Then they want to tell the customer what they didnt order. Will not be back to this pilot ever again

The Pilot are great stops when travel especially with a family. The Pilot is clean and has nice helpful employees. There is a variety of things sold there at good prices that wont break the bank. Not to mention clean warm showers for your use, which is exactly what you need when on a long family road trip with children

DO NOT USE THEIR BLEND DIESEL. IT PLUGGED UP MY WHOLE FUEL SYSTEM COSTING ME. SEVERAL100S $ AND LOST WORK TIME. DIDNT EVEN KNOW IT WAS A BLEND UNTIL TOO LATE. ILL NEVER FUEL UP THERE EVER AGAIN

This place is an absolute Cluster to get into and out of. Besides that, management wont do anything about trucks parking at the fuel island pumps while the drivers go inside to use the bathroom and order lunch... and not even pump fuel. 40 minutes... When other drivers complain... personal wont do anything about it OR back them up. I wont be back. Drive to kingsman, its only 30 miles.

We stopped at every one of them across country and these are fantastic gas stations. Well lit and clean. You feel safe there.

I got gasoline for a great price. Cashiers are always friendly & helpful. Stores selection is very good. Wendys Burgers inside is good and convenient. I go there a lot whenever Im nearby.

Great prices on gas! Separate area for trucks.Just off exit 9. There is a clean drive through or dine in Wendys open 24 hours. The store has pretty much anything a traveler could need or want. Lots of gifts as well. Fast food, snacks, fruit, myriad selection of drinks both hit and cold. The rest rooms are spacious, clean, and well stocked. Super staff, very cheerful and helpful

I always stop here at the Pilot Truck Stop every time I visit my daughter who is in school in Flagstaff. Can’t beat the gas prices so I always stop here and fill up, they have a Wendy’s and its usually warm here so I can stop and get a frosty and double stack. They have lots of snacks and a large selection of beef jerky and sausages which I love. Very clean restrooms every time I’ve stopped here.

The truck area doesnt have enough room! The fuel islands are ALWAYS 3 deep to get fuel! You have people crossing the cat scale to bypass the cluster! Yall need more parking and a bigger drive area! I HATE coming here, but I am forced too!

I always stop here on my way to California. The gas is the best price for miles. The store is kept clean and has a lot of items to choose from. Theres a Wendys restaurant attached to it. Its a nice quick bit to eat for the road trip ahead. The bathrooms here are kept nice and orderly so its comfortable to use it.

I like this pilot, its clean and I can always find parking.. but Id be hard pressed to name one with less friendly employees. Maybe theyre jaded, but sorry if Im not even worth a glance and half a smile at.

Good light- lunch deals. I took advantage of the salads at 1/2 price. They also had good sandwich choices marked down. Plenty of coffee options and coffee refills were about$1.20.

The store is currently being renovated. Convenience store is nearly complete, showers are still old school. The QSR is a Wendys, and had good service and friendly staff. Not sure if this Wendys does breakfast, but you know the Pilot probably offers their spongy ham, egg and cheese muffins at a reasonable price. Parking lot is a bit tight, but looks like it holds 60 trucks. Ive stopped here before, and will likely stop here again.

Usually has decent fuel prices. Bathrooms are clean. Lots of great, unhealthy food to fill your belly. Id go here more if they had healthier food choices, especially low carb food.

Typical truck stop. Spaces are limited and place is busy. Typical fast food only options. Wish truck stops would offer better food choices. Fax services available but price was ridiculous; needed oversized California permit; 6 pages cost $16. Place was clean enough and staff was friendly.

Great place to shop & get gas. Their mini mart has such tasty treats to buy. Also they have mini electronic items you may need while traveling.

Conveniently located at the HWY 95 / I-40 off ramp for Lake Havasu, they have an RV island and a Wendys. It can get pretty busy during holiday weekends. Clean restrooms, plenty of beverage and coffee varieties. Easy handicap access. Not much else to say about a gas station. Enjoy

Bathrooms need servicing, but before I even left the bathroom to tell anyone, I heard over the loudspeaker for a courtesy check for them to be serviced! Great! The two employees were very polite, friendly, professional and helpful. One even went out of his way to help me find an item. Very nicest pilot Ive stopped at get this trip.

Cant Express enough. Showers and restroom is super clean. The showers are awesome. They had towels and soap which was a plus for us. My wife just simply love the peppermint candy at the sink.

U love stopping here before crossing into Ca. The price of gas is SO much cheaper. The only problem I had this last time that I stopped here, was that there were people PARKED at the pumps blocking them so nobody could use them, making everyone else wait in line until they were done shopping or using the restroom or eating. SO rude! But, most other times that Ive stopped there hasnt been any problems.

I always love these truck stops. They try to keep local prices fair and theres always a lot to see. Ive even bought a coat from there for only $20.00. I travel all over the country and its always nice to stop there.

Upset today regarding the purchase of an item, walked outside and realized that it was the wrong item... Walked back in and they wouldnt exchange the item for the right one... In the end I paid again for the item and left the other item sitting on the counter... I can understand policy but it would be nice if a little common sense was used in a situation like this... Im sure Ill be there tomorrow just like I was yesterday... So theres my gripe about the corporate drones...

Stopped here on my way to New Mexico and on my way back from New Mexico. Filling my gas both times, but the on the way back. I had to buy a new car charger.

21 years of stopping here and it continues to be the nastiest Pilot location I visit. The bathroom stalls always look like they havent been cleaned in weeks and the floors months. On a positive note - The Wendys always seems clean and the food is hot.

This is one of the nicer Pilots that I have been to. What I like is that a lot of the travel centers are laid out the same so its easier to find stuff. There is a Wendys at location as well so decent food. Would recommend stopping here.

This is the first convenient station to purchase gasoline after leaving California on Interstate Route 40 East; along with the nearby Loves travel center just down the road. In Los Angeles I buy or make sure I have just twelve gallons of expensive Cali gas. Thats enough to get me here where I can fill up my tank at prices on average of 80 cents per gallon cheaper.Disclaimer: dont try this unless you know your vehicles miles-per-gallon well.

Pretty decent pilot it was easy to find a spot mid afternoon 2 days before blitz 2016. The staff is polite and the showers were clean. My only real complaint is that according to the guy behind the counter they recently switched over to city water from well which explains that lack of consistent cold water while showering. Thats my only real complaint about the place but if its triple digit temps the city water lines arent going to be as cool as well water a couple hundred feet below the desert

Store was very clean and well stocked. Extremely busy but the cashier named Kellie kept the line moving. She should be commended on her outstanding work, courtesy and smile to each customer.

The staff is friendly, and the prices are great. However, this place seems to be in a constant state of construction. It disrupts, or does away completely, with the meager amount of parking that there was. It seems as though, this is a project, that is neverending. If not for that, Id give 5 stars.

It is a clean and nice place to stop while driving and get what you need to keep going. You will find good food, drinks, and the necessary supplies when moving from one place to another. It is well taken care of. There is usually a parking spot here.

Location at the exit is perfect. Quick in and quick out. The store has a very good inventory of all the accessories a traveler or truck driver could need.

The gas was over .50 cents cheaper than CA. It was clean and well stocked. Staff was quick and efficient. The bathroom was very clean. Always look for them when traveling.
