I wish they had a zero star rating because this place is by far the slowest place I’ve ever been to. I’m not even exaggerating. I was literally trying to pay money to get out of there. I will never go back in my entire life

Had tires balanced, didnt work. Inexperienced children. Should have known better. Had to go to Dannys in Angleton where they got it right. Kid at Walmart dogged my truck around the parking lot and smiled at me when he was done. Not cool. Terrible service.

As inconvenient as it is, you are better off going to the Auto Center if you have a question. I am sitting on hold as I type this, and was placed on hold by one rude woman. This is the second time Im trying to ask a battery question, earlier in the week I called and was placed on hold (by the same rude lady,) and was on hold over 20 minutes!!!! I had to hang up. Does it take that long to help a customer and get back to the phone for a simple question? But I did not know what she had to deal with over there, so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Now today after calling four times I got forwarded to the main Walmart line, and she transferred me back to Auto, where I got placed on hold, and here we are, its going on 18 minutes now. I will not hold much longer, I dont want to go somewhere else if I can get it at a better price here, but I may not have much of a choice.

They made me wait 30 minutes for nothing. When I went to check out no one could figure out why my ticket wasn’t ringing up. Took 3 people to figure out that they didn’t have the bit to do the oil change. So what were they doing for 30 minutes? How do you not have the parts necessary for an oil change? It’s not that difficult. And then make me wait 30 minutes for nothing? Don’t come here. It’s a waste of time.Moral of the story: don’t bring your car here if it’s a 2017 or newer model. They don’t have the tools to do anything for you.

2 and a half hours to get a just a basic oil change, there was only one car ahead of me. After they put the new oil in and check the level my car stayed in the bay for another 25 minutes. I know it’s cheap here, but it not worth my time or yours.

Two hours for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. TWO. Save your time and don’t go here!

Came twice once at 630 said they stopped taking cars at 6 came at 6 next day, told me they dont take car at the time. Also bad baaaaaad customer service. Only came because others were closed and I work late alot. They sure lost my business, Ill take it elsewhere even if I pay a little extraI dont know where the hell these 5 stars are coming from.

I preordered tires online. I confirmed order on phone. I drove to Walmart at 2 pm. They could not figure out how to do an o line order. When I got here all bays were empty except for one vehicle getting tires. I pulled straight up to the bay. After 20 minutes and three employees failing miserably to get my online tire order processed, the wrong me up and said it would be about an hour. I walked around the store slowly and che led out electronics. An hour later I check on car. The moves my car out of bay and now 4 cars ahead of mine. They now say about an hour and a half wait. My wife ordered the tires online. I would have gone elsewhere.. This place is always RUDE. The double gaskets my oil change once and failed to put the oil cap on another visit . Both times resulting in major oil loss and having to return to get them to fix there problem. I have never had a problem at Angleton or Alvin Automotive.Beware of Lake Jackson Walmart auto department.

Ive gone to the auto center 3 times for different things. Mostly everyone is great and helpful. I will call out one guy, he is pretty rude. Look out for the bigger man with really short hair and a red beard. From my perspective as a customer, each time I saw him, it seemed he wasnt happy with anyone or his job. I will continue my buisness with Walmart auto center but no longer in Lake Jackson.

One reason my shopping Wal-Mart has decreased to none. Tried call put on hold almost 20 minutes. I tried many times same thing.web sight says close 8 got there Finaly 7. Walked in rude lady kept putting me on hold said we are closed. I said web sight says 8. She said I dont care what it says we closed. I said I called several times to find out be for I drove 45 minutes get here. And I kept being put on hold . she said I did put u on hold I had customers in front of me and u were not important to me.

They surprised me !Wanted a new car battery, they started, then paged me & said I didnt need one ! They were so Southern nice -- so refreshing!

Wouldnt even change my tires, I came in before they closed and they said they have to be closed at exactly 7, as if any reasonable business forces you to close at exactly closing and would willingly turn away $160

Paid over $120 to get only two tires mounted, however the automotive center could not follow instructions correctly and did not install them properly had to be reinformed on how to do it and still messed it up. They never install brand new tires on a front axle. Theyll tell all their customers that. And when I tell them I want my old tires moved to the front and new tires mounted on the back axle they somehow cant figure that out. They replace the back tires and left the balding front tires on. I had to tell them what needed to be done. And for some reason when they go back to just mount my old tires back on the front they instead take the brand new tires off the back and put them on the front axle like they are never supposed to do. So guess who is never going back to that place again?

If you google the hours its says they close at 8pm. I walk in at 731 pm and ask what time they closed because they were closing the doors. Older woman with long gray hair was really rude and snapped saying at 7pm. Every time i come here they are rude and really slow service. They need to update the hours for this place online.

Scheduling in this entire store is the worst possible! One guy on tire and line side. Tire guy went to lunch, which everyone needs to have, but have at least two working! This is rediculous!

Worst service ever!! I spent 2 hours just waiting on a tire plug!
