Called to place an over the phone order. I do not shop there often but I am an established owner which they can verify through information that is asked when making an account. She (management) would not do an over the phone order because who doesnt know who I am! Verify my information was never asked Ive been a hairstylist for 22 years never have I been told I cant do this. They have my state license, my drivers license number, Salon name which Im the owner! You lost bussiness Reminder You need us Stylist to remain open!!! Customer service is very important. Reason for not being able to get it from my shop or the Corpus Christi location is Im traveling from Colorado.

I will never go back to this place again. I have done hair for 20 years and have never came across a company whose employees are so rude uninformed of the products they sell and are not clear upfront about the return policies. The shelves and the place in general was unkept cluttered and not clean. The owner of the franchise has little disregard for her customers and only after complaining to corporate did my complaint get handled. And after several visits to the store did I finely talk to the owner to discussing my complaints with her employees because she was never available when the employees said she would be in the store. When I finally got to talk to the owner she was rude disrespectful did not acknowledge all the time that I had reached out to have her contact me. And never once tried to call me back. This is not a company anybody should do business with I will never go to this business again
