Very upset. Angelica sold me a combo (cell phone, protector, case and charger $248.95). And when I got home I saw that instead of a charger there was only a usb-c to usb-c cable, I claimed my charger and they told me that they not have it in stock so she only replaced it with a cable that is not useful to me. I am very upset. Cricket Lake Jackson you should be better.

They were very rude and would not answer my questions. All she said was I dont know I am not logged in. How hard is it to log in. She logged in I handed over 140 for my bill. Do not go to the Lake Jackson store. They are so freaking rude to their customers....

They r a horrible company, my husband and I were given 1 month free mobile hotspot. After that month we decided to pay the extra a month for mobile hotspot. It worked for 3-4 months then 3 days ago from today our hotspot started saying our phones rnt compatible. We called them up and they sat there and said neither of our phones were ever compatible with hotspot. So I argued saying that u r obviously lying to me and r also thrives. We played 45$ extra a month for this hotspot just for it not to work is not only stealing but cheating money outta us as well. Plz I implore u all do not go for this service. They lie, steal, and more from u and refuse service to loyal customers. Not only that but they lied to my grandmother and stole money from her promising her their service will work out were she lives just for her to waste money on a phone company that doesnt work out there.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, YOU ARE WARNEDI recently went to this store the start a new line and bought a phone. When I was interested in spending money the staff was very attentive and answered questions, but once they get your money they treat you like garbage. They do not care about customer service here. I spent almost 500 dollars there and needed a case for my new phone. Due to their limited stock I was forced to buy an overpriced and subpar case while waiting for the manager (Tisha) to order me an otter box. The case was so cheap it broke when taking my phone out of it. I went back 2 days later because they were closed Easter and they would not refund the case. It was a cheap plastic Chinese case that their store only payed likely 5 dollars for. I sent 400+ dollars and even made sure that Tisha received credit for the sale yet she would not refund it due to ‘store policy’. Carie, the district manager was no help either. Terrible customer service. Name one other company with a return policy this bad! They management was rude and disrespectful and I will be returning my phone soon. I was going to add a line and buy a second phone but because of Tisha and Carie I will be going with another provider. This store makes the Cricket company look bad!

So I bought the galaxy s7 and a case for it which ended up being about $760. I told the guy Jay (Im sure thats not his real name) to add insurance but come to find out he never did. I didnt realize until phone bill was due. Never again will I go to this store Im in houston all the time !!!!!
