ASM wouldnt take my GS gift card even though I used the same exact gift card at this exact location days ago, when a different associate took it.

The employee who checked me out today was very irritated at the fact I was asking if they had any GameCube controllers in the back or if they had any adapters. The way he replied me was the fake nice people will do when they want too get someone delt with, I was the only customer in the building. He acted as if I didnt know what I was talking about, that I didnt know the differences between wireless, Switch style or GameCube style controlers. This guy has been working there for years, an I a customer for just as long. I dont go in often and certainly now have no reason to return.

The lady that was suppose to help me, didnt. And I had my husband with me and as hes heading to go out the door, while Im standing at the counter for her to help me. Needless to say she turned me down at every angle of help. This was my first time at GameStop. Turns out that my husband knew her and her mother in-law, due to having a relationship with her several years ago. It wasnt professional.

The employees that work here are among retails finest, I understand a lot of the challenges they face when it comes to meeting goals from corporate, yet they always make each customer feel welcomed and every visit pleasant. They continually go above and beyond, I truly believe the employees are what continue to make GameStop the only lasting name in the game when it comes to otherwise a niche market.

Very nice. I mean its not bad. Just seems like they shove it down your throat if you dont have it. Like yes I do not want it turns into a five minute conversation that goes no where lol. Very good service though

THIS IS IT!!! I have been to several GameStop Stores over the past 10 plus years. However..... There is a Legitimate Reason why I consider this particular GAMESTOP to be considered my HOME STORE. From the Stores Manager on down to every employee. I have considered each & every one of them like family...... I know for sure & without certainty I certainly feel way towards them. Keep up the awesome job you guys are maintaining!!!

I’ve grown such a connection with the employees here, they’re amazing, they laugh at my jokes (even the not so funny ones) they always make sure we’re helped, they’re super quick, but thorough and really helpful!

The clerk helped me with my controller problem. She tested it for me and was able to deduce that it was a problem with the battery. For now I purchased a USB cord for it. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was in and out quickly. I will definitely be going back

Will never shop here again.James is definitely a punk with a attitude slamming down the checkout scanner. No wonder the store is going downhill, with management like that. If he acts like that infront of customers Id hate to see how he treats staff. I will save my money from now on and check out other businesses.Was highly considering purchasing the force fx dooku lightsaber for 214$ but his attitude changed it.

They always try to be as helpful as possible and make sure you know the good deals that are happening or coming up.

90% of the times Ive been in this store it has been a complete nightmare of an experience. Trying to return things is harder than trying to stop a contract with homeadvisor, and I can stand there clueless looking at games for 30 minutes and not a soul will stop and ask if I need help. Other than the black dude with the best attitude Ive ever seen from a retailer store worker, the staff sucks. Its no wonder Gamestops stocks just lost half a billion dollars.

Gamestop is my one stop shop for my gaming and other electronics. I know the holidays bring a bunch of business but these guys are working their tails off to keep up! I had the opportunity to speak to some of the new staff there and hear about some amazing deals. After hearing about the pro card and that power credit card I am set for life! The employees there make it so easy and smooth, on top of being friendly and knowledgeable! I walked out of the store with all kinds of bonuses and the best bang for my buck because of these guys!!

It’s very spacious compared to other GameStop’s however the cashierRonald tried to put a disk warranty on a game I was buying and normally they ask if you want it but he tried to put it on my bill and asked if I was “ok” with the warranty after he put on my bill and I told him no. Everywhere else always ask if you want a warranty rather than putting on your bill and asking you if you are “ok” with it. Now because of this I will go to elsewhere to buy my video games.

Its a nice store for the games and consoles BUT DO NOT TRADE IN GAMES AT GAMESTOP. Theyll give you pennies for games that are selling for $5-10+ online

Went in with the plan of getting two games on Pro Day. Hanniel was gonna help me out with the purchase, but I had question about an inconsistency with my points. He helped me with that first and showed me I also had 3 coupons available to me that I could combine to get a couple of games I had my eyes on and save a little money. He was very friendly and helpful. The store usually has people just as helpful as Hanniel and tends to gave a great availability of games for the latest consoles. I would recommend people to always go to the gamestop if your looking for games or just little gaming knick knacks and merch.

They didnt have my mortal kombat X kollectors edition when I went to go pick it up It had been shipped to the wrong store. But they went above and beyond!!! Stefan delivered it to my house with some Doritos and mountain dew the same day. These are the kind of people that are genuinely great people. I appreciate everyone for helping me out. They should never get anything less than a 5 star rating!! Gamestop needs more people like them on their team. Thanks Christopher as well for getting in touch with the right people to help me out.

If i could give it a less than 1 star i would. They must take customer service classes from Comcast. Came in to pick up a game, cash in my pocket. 3 customers in the store including myself, all in line. lady in first makes her purchase and goes. no problem. Guy in front of me walks up with his shopping bags full of games and says yeah, i d like to trade all of these in. Sure no problem, got some time to burn dont mind waiting a bit. normally in my past exchanges if the trade in takes some time, they ask the next person in line if they have something simple to be done, and ask the tradee if they wouldnt mind holding on a bit. not this time, after about 6-7 minutes of trying to figure out what name his account is listed under they find it, about this time another sales associate arrives to start his shift. So i think, hey cool not much longer, no biggie. So guy goes to do his thing to get ready and comes back a few minutes later and takes over the trade. At this point I havent been spoken to, or much looked at. The original associate takes off and does some more busy work behind the counter, my self still waiting. So at this point i turn and walk out. No one says a word, lets the sale walk right out the door. Terrible business sense they give these guys. So just gave my money to microsoft and got the digital download, since they actually want my money and business at least.
