Thank You Zoe!!!!!!! Amazing customer service in dealing with multiple work phones and our home office is in South Dakota. She hung on the HOURS it took to figure it out! She had a couple other people try to help, go to lunch and come back and she was still there!! In all honesty everyone who helped was great and were all trying to get it situated

Monday started with contacting Verizon to make an appointment to buy new phones. Derrick was great. Got appointment that day.Got to Verizon (Lake Jackson). Felicia was wonderful. She was professional and very helpful. She never tried to over sell us & we both appreciate that very much. There was also another young man that helped with accessories. I wish I could remember his name🙄He deserves credit.Went back today for cases. Edward was incredible! What a great guy! We loved his personality, friendliness & he was also super helpful.For the record, I HATE BUYING NEW PHONES. I told my husband when we got home that, that was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD when buying a new phone. Thank you Lake Jackson Verizon store. Yall have a great team!💯

First rep never set up an sims card sent me to have my phone repaired. Nothing was wrong with phone he simply didnt set sims card up ..which caused me to be with out service for three days. My son tested positive for cronavirus so I was stressed cause I couldnt make contact with him.😣

I have always hated going into Verizon BUT this place was great. Edward was our rep and he was a cool guy from start to finish. Dealt with my BS the entire time. Started up a new business plan and had some links in the beginning but the overall visit was nice. Not to long but a lot better then my previous visits to any cell phone store.

Very great service and best Verizon store I ever did saw. Needs to be more open to the lowerclass citizens like myself and many other. Verizon is only cell carrier that I fully trust and have been with them since I was roughly 15 years old or so. Highly recommend as well as interested in more Verizon profits, supplies and service. Need raiser ways to make one paid payments for those who sent as fortunate as others, especially those who work during yalls store hours and have no vehicle to make it out there. Our clerk was the most amazing guy ever we spent about 2hours in there getting new phones and a whole new plan. Had a few minor complications but it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a sales person. I dont remember his name but him and my boyfriend really hit it off and chatted the whole time. His beard was also amazing haha😂

My wife and I decided to upgrade our old Samsung Galaxy S3 phones at this store. She got the new Galaxy S7 and I got a Google Pixel. The salespeople were very helpful and made the whole process (including transferring apps and data from our old phones) very easy for us.

The associate (and manager on duty) were uneducated on the services they provide. I called ahead of time to ask about a pre paid data only plan, and was told that an extra gigabyte of data would be added for auto pay. Come to find out I had to waste my lunch break and head in store, only for them to tell me the extra gigabyte was for phone plans only.

This store is pretty clean and organized, the staff is really helpfull considering the amount of people entering. They have a great variety of accesories & phones, cant say to much about Verizons service but my friend change to Metro, and also cause it was to expensive for only 1 line.

Horrible customer service basically told me that when you purchase on of there phones you lose over 90% value as soon as you leave the store they are marking up the price of the device to an extent that it is worth nothing more than a paper weight once you pay it off

Done with this store it has gone downhill since the new location, they love to make you spend more money than you need to! We have been lied to several times, and if you go back in to ask them why your bill is nowhere near what you was told it would be for getting something other than what you wanted, they do not remember helping you or know why you were told this. Or why the promotion was on the 16 gig ONLY not the 32 gig you was sold instead, and now instead of half off we are stuck with a $900 phone that we didnt even want in the first place, yes we could return it, for a fee! And take it away from our son who loves it? It wasnt till our next bill that we realized we had gotten got. Today was the last straw this lady could care less about my phone not charging properly and me having to reset it daily because it freezes up.....she was more worried about talking with her coworker about another customer in the store, that seemed to know nothing! Theres so much more that was said by her that I was going to write but just changed my mind, it is not good, but I cant put it out there......just know that I am glad I have Verizon, we have been with Verizon for over 16 years now, but this store is making me want to switch. As soon as the other providers have about the same wireless cell service, we gone!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! MY PHONE STOPPED WORKING SO I TOOK IT IN TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIX IT. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE STORE NO ONE GREETED ME FOR 10 MINUTES. I WAS THEN PUT ON THE COMPUTER WAITING LIST TO GET HELP. AFTER TRYING EVERYTHING THEY WERE UNABLE TO GET MY PHONE TO WORK.THEY ORDERED ONE ONLINE AND HAD IT SHIPPED TO MY HOME WHICH I DID NOT WANT. I AM ON CALL FOR WORK AND NEED A WORKING PHONE NOW. THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A LOANER PHONE OR GIVE ME THE SAME PHONE THEY JUST ORDERED ONLINE IN STORE. THEY SAID THE ONLY THING I COULD DO WAS FIND SOMEONE WITH A OLD VERIZON PHONE AND USE IT. SINCE MY PHONE WAS STILL NOT WORKING MY HUSBAND CALLED VERIZON CORPORATE AND WAS TOLD THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO GIVE ME A PHONE. CORPORATE THEN THIS STORE WITH MY HUSBAND STILL ON THE PHONE AND THEY WERE RUDE TO THEM. CORPORATE SENT US TO THE SUGAR LAND STORE WHERE WE GOT THE HELP WE NEEDED. HOPEFULLY NOW THAT CORPORATE HAS SEND THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS STORE HAS THEY WILL CLEAN HOUSE.
