I called them for a last minute request for a memento for a retirement party that was occurring the next day. They worked with me to find the right gift that they had in stock. They personalized it for me and even didnt charge me the full rush fee. Great customer service!

I have used Park Place for soccer uniforms and plaques. The customer service was top notch and the quality of work was as well. Im not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from, as I have never once witnessed anything below an exceptional standard from them. I actually live in Houston, but work frequently come to Lake Jackson for work. I make it a point to bring all my needs to Park Place because their service & quality are unparalleled.

I have found that the staff is helpful, friendly and eager to have our business. I have had several items embroidered there from year to year. The quality is good, accurate, and on time.

I spent $600 getting yeti cups laser engraved and ALL of the emblems came off after being hand washed once. I was literally wiping the emblem off in front of them with my finger. I was told thebestthey could do was bring all of them back in to be redone. They were gifts and I told them it was absolutely impossible to get them all back in. They refused to do anything else to make it right(I asked for a refund on them). I WAS a big advocate for them. Never again.

Have used them 2 times for parent t-shirts & uniforms. Uniforms have always came back perfect. BUT the parent shirts are always misspelled OR the name & numbers were never put on the shirts. That part has always been disastrous.

Ok so I will NEVER EVER EVER be doing business with Park Place in Clute. I just called and asked if I would be able to order 3 shirts by Thursday. I wanted the thin blue line shirt with proud wife & proud daughter. I had her on speaker phone and my husband and daughter both heard her say that....... They would not be getting involved in that movement and I said do what again she said that they would not be involved because of the political nature. I said alright well I guess I will NOT be doing business ever again with you.

WARNING Lake Jackson: DO NOT use PARK PLACE for shirts, trophies, or ANYTHING! They have AWFUL (or NO) service (didnt get what I needed done & its too late now to go anywhere else), & TERRIBLE customer relations (NO communication & broken guarantees). To top it all off the OWNER didnt care, didnt apologize, & was rude! Come to find out, Im not the only one who has had BAD business dealings with them! Wish I wouldve known before!

We use Park Place 3 or 4 times a year. Always great product and service!
