The staff over at the printing services, Leslie, is very helpful and friendly. She assisted us in printing our posters efficiently. We definitely liked how the posters turned out.

If there is no one in line there should be no need to waste your time figuring out what to text to where or how just to get a few copies done. Oh wait just use the copy machine that you have to enter your credit card into to use. Nope not interested just go to a UPS store it is as convenient as office depot used to be. I have been a customer for many years and now I am no longer.

Never order shipping because they use a shipping company that is a joke when it comes to shipping. They are quick in taking your money plus shipping but slow on following through!!! I placed an order at the beginning of December and have yet received the desk I ordered. The most recent delivery date was for December 21 and still have not received this desk (which is supposed to be a Christmas gift). So I received an email today which stated, she is gone till after Christmas. So where is my package which was originally to be delivered over a week ago. If you happen to order on line with shipping, just be aware that the shipping company they use is a JOKE! Very poor customer service is all I can say!!

Manger Kim lacks the ability to manage a location nor is she capable of providing satisfactory (at bare minimum) customer service. Visit if you’re not in a rush and like to be assisted by staff NOT wearing masks.

Micah in printing dept needs to be promoted. Great in handling time critical documents. Fast service at great value.

The main staff is normally very friendly, all the way from the checkout to the overall customer service. The low review is due to the customer service at the print shop. I dont mind waiting, but the print shop staff is very rigid and rude. They seem to treat customers and print jobs as a burden and nuisance. Today, they were even more rude than normal, prompting the review. I dont expect people to be overly courteous, but the print shop workers actually seem to dislike their job. Im glad to hear new print shops are opening up in town soon because Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

This place is like the DMV. Super slow and horrible customer service. Only go there if you have to. Lately they’ve been quicker. I’ll upgrade to 2 stars and hope for better.Update. I’m upgrading it to 4 stars. They have gotten much faster and now have an easy pick-up location for online print jobs. Print jobs are also getting finished faster.

You walk in and the girl at the main register is cheerful & upbeat with her greeting, now you get to the print shop and the girl is so cold you ask her a question she don’t really look at you, I finally asked do you ever smile are nice to customers, her response ummmm yea WOW, this isn’t the first time dealing with her! Better customer service needed in that department!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻

Robert, Caleb, Aliyah, helped me out till after the store was closed. Literally did everything possible to help me by printing my daughters book that she really needed. Saved me from a headache. Thank you guys!

As always super helpful and friendly. Everyone always asks if Ive found everything or help me find it if I havent. The printer counter girl is always super great and always ready to take care of my orders

I needed a desk calendar for a 4 yr period. The young man used my thumb drive and printed it right then. In a few minutes my calendar was stapled and I was walking out the door. The price was great too.

My experience at this store is just weird. The service on the floor is fantastic. There are always people offering to help and theyre very helpful when you need them. But when its time to check out, its like being at a different store. There has been a time when I was waiting in line and the cashier took the customer behind me first with no explanation. When I asked to see a manager, he came up and stood behind the cashier as she checked out my items, but he ever said a word. Today, the cashier just looked at me when she saw the items in my basket. She needed me to lift the heavy item from the top to get to the box of paper underneath, but she didnt say anything. She just looked at me until I asked her what was happening. Another time, my purchase required an override but the cashier said nothing, we just stood there until someone walked by who could help. Once, I asked about the availability of a product. The cashier volunteered to check on it but didnt. She instead walked off and began talking with another customer as I stood there wondering if I should wait or leave. I left. Id love to give this store a higher rating, but theres something missing on that front end.

All staff super friendly at this place, all willing to help you. Sam on the floor was great with me! I have no gripes about this place.

Today, Dec. 4, 2017 I send 3 pics to print on 8.5×11 paper. I did it so many time at different locations. Last 2 week I came here, they just printed it while Im waiting. Today, I come back to do the same thing and the lady ( I forgot to ask her name) told me that they short hand and the person who know how to do this is not here. So to print this I have to come back 2,3 days later to pick up the order. I pointed to the girl who did it for me last time stand next to her and said she did it for me last time. By the way, nobody waiting after me. Before me is only 1 person. So just me and 1 more person at the printing shop and there is 2 person working there. Also, the way she talk to me is not nice at all. 1 ☆ because Google dont have 0☆

A very friendly and helpful employee. She helped us get the best price on printing invitations. But while waiting on my prints, which were very fast, another employee seemed annoyed when asked to help other customers and was unfriendly when she did help others in line. If I was helped by the other employee I think my experience would have been very different.

I went in to this store with the intention to purchase a laptop. After looking for a while I decided which one I wanted. Since no one came into the department to ask if I needed help my son actually shouted out if someone worked there. After a couple of minutes a girl walks up. She asked what we wanted, I said I wanted this laptop. She smirked, laughed and said someone would be there in a bit. Then walked away. We waited 10 more minutes and no one and I mean no one even appeared to be working there. We walked out and I told the cashier who was sulking around they lost a sell and all he could say was sorry. No offer to help, nothing. I went home and ordered one to be shipped to me from Best Buy rather than EVER go back in to this store. This is not the first time I have had horrible service but will be the last because I will not darken the door of this poorly run store. This place is a horrible example of customer service. Until management changes and customer service skills are taught it will continue to suck. Dont waste your time going there.

The Copy, Print, and Reproduction Section is often slow and understaffed. Frequently, there are other idle employees standing around even when the Copy, Print, and Reproduction Section is backlogged.

I stopped by the Lake Jackson, TX store to purchase a replacement label cartridge for a Brother PT-D210 label maker. I paid $25.99 for a TZe-231 OEM Brother cartridge with black print on white tape (12mm x 8 meter roll). Afterwards, I learned that the same single cartridge tape sales for around $13 dollars by most sellers and that the double cartridge packs sale for $24.98, less than I paid for the single cartridge. Sadly, I had already opened the package and loaded the cartridge in the label maker. Ive never felt so cheated by a seller in my life. It was a good life-lesson though, always know the valve/cost of the products you buy.
