The store is very clean. The selection is okay. Not a horrible store, just not a great selection of brand name items. Not bad for last minute, pick up a few items kind of shopping. I cant wait til they finish the remodeling! However, the cashier (Shelly B) was excellent. She was friendly, quick, smiled and asked if my shopping experience was ok. Shes probably the best cashier Ive encountered at HEB.

HEB is my go-to grocery. Even though they are going through a store enlargment they always have everything on my list.

Always a great selection even if they dont have working bathrooms inside right now . They do have restroom trailers

I want to thank the Bakery Department and especially the cake decorators. After a rocky order, they delivered an absolutely beautiful Barbie Belle cake! It totally made my granddaughters 8th birthday! She was sooo happy. The cake was also delicious to boot! I will continue to use this HEB bakery and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Loved it. Couldnt be more happy, thanks to the app I found everything I needed in a timely fashion. As always they have good prices and a nice variety of products. Even thow it was late the staff were still super sweet.

Very helpful and nice employees good selection in produce and usually has most of what Im looking for when shopping for groceries love their flower selection and the price on flowers I havent found to be beatableHowever curbside is packed waited more than 15 minutes to get a parking spot to wait for my groceries and then waited some more my last order I had a refund for items they ran out of and my refund wasnt added back to my card infact more came out I emailed about it and got no response later I received another email asking if the problem was resolved I said no and never heard back from them. I have more unavailable items I hope its really refunded.

New to shoping at HEB, it was busy. Took more time than normal for us, as we had to look more. Overall it was good.

HEB delivery and pickup makes it easy to stay isolated. However, I went in recently because I wanted the weekly buy this - get that free. There was an entire family shopping without masks (many store employees walked right by them and did nothing) so I wont be shopping in person again. It would be great if the specials were available online.

Geez! I went to Lake Jackson (Texas) today because I needed a new kitchen faucet; bought it at Lowes. Then I decided to go to the HEB over there. (I dont live in that town) By that time I needed to pee - hahaha! They had a port-a-potty trailer set up outside of the store. Really??? The port-a-potty had no hand soap to wash my hands and no paper towels to dry them. Really???When I checked out my basket (14 items) the total cost was over $94 dollars! The poor little girl thought that she had made a mistake! No honey, not your fault! Dont think I shall return...

HEB is the greatest! I love most of their store brand products that equal the name brand products. Even with pandemic going on,products are usually on the shelf(Im looking at you,Lysol). Staff are helpful if youre trying fomd something...and no,its My HEB,not yours...get away..

Well stocked store. But they where out of two of three things went for. Corn tortillas and Sugar free A&W Root Beer.

Had one incident when we first started using this store from one individual, it got corrected and I got a call with apology. Any other time excellent services and the cleanliness has definitely improved, I like clean check out belts. All in all really great store. Helpful staff.

Curbside experience is absolutely horrible. Schedule your time but get there an hour early because you’re going to wait that long before you’re even seen. Extremely slow so don’t make plans after your scheduled pickup time, you won’t make it to your plans. Seriously, plan to spend at least an hour waiting.

Such a great store with awesome prices. I love how well kept it always is and the layout actually makes sense.

My favorite grocery store. The deli cant be beaten. The selection is top notch. The crew is friendly. The wine and beer section beats most liquor stores.
