I called and left a message for a callback. When I received the call back, I told them I had just been in their store and not one person even acknowledged by presence. Two people were there on their computers and they had to know I entered the store, since it is very small and I was the only other person there. I couldn’t believe it. So strange to enter a place of business and not even be acknowledged when the people there were close enough that I could’ve touched them. I walked around the very small store and exited, shocked! Apparently they don’t need business. And to add to the insult, he Hung up on me when I told him I had just been in the store and had been ignored. Very strange business!!!

I really liked working with the team at Signature Kitchens. I was really impressed with their flexibility and their willingness to listen to what I wanted to do. They werent the first place we went to but I wish they were, I wasted a lot of time going to some of the other people in town. You can tell that Julie and Andrew really love what they do and are really passionate about kitchens.

My project included a new kitchen (including 2 new appliances), a laundry room and a large work room. I enjoyed working with the design team who had great ideas, offered good advice and worked patiently with me. The install team was professional, organized and always kept the job site very clean. I am very pleased with the cabinet quality and the design/layout of each room. If I ever have to remodel, I would certainly look forward to working with Signature Kitchen again.
