I called 27 different Home Depot’s around me to find the exact item I needed and unfortunately every store was sold out. This store however, particularly Logan at this store took the time to check on the item and see if he had any more coming in. He took time out of his shift to help me and made sure I got one and kept me up to date every step of the way! Thank you so much Logan you have no idea how happy you made me and my wife. Nate was also very helpful when I came to pick the item up as Logan was off when I got in. Nate was very friendly and helped me get my item and talked to me for a minute and was a great guy! Thanks you two keep up the great work!!
Today I arrived at curbside to pick up a vanity I ordered. Terry came out very upset that she couldn’t locate the vanity. I came inside to the customer service desk and Jen was there to assist me stating that possibly their inventory was off and that they couldn’t locate the one that had been ordered. While disappointing, this is understandable due to manufacturing and issues with production during these times. However, what I really want to say was how wonderful both Terri and Jen were. Professional, concerned, solution oriented! They took great care of my situation and Jen had a another store ship product directly to job site! Kudos to these great associates at the Lake Mary store!!!
Always helpful, but their parking lot is a bear. Every business in the parking lot struggles with it. Not sure that there is an answer to the madness. Irregardless they’re always a great option for my home and business needs.

There are always ample staff members at checkout, and in stock items are easier to find here compared to other stores. Sometimes locating department staff can be difficult, but with the app, it helps a lot. This is my go to location, and even when I’m out in a different area, I try to get my stuff from here.

They have everything you need from Lumber to tools to Plumbing basically anything you need to upgrade your house or do a project and sometimes they will even help you load your cart and unload it in the vehicle if its a bunch of stuff very friendly and courtesy and great prices I go quite often always find what I need

I visited Home Depot for indoor plants. Lots of lively collections with good explanations in brief.The quality of the saplings are good and strong enough to stay rooted and flower for the whole seaon.
Diana, Sierra and crew should be fired from Home Depot store #0264. Incompetent, lack of leadership and customer service skills just to name a few. People like these are the ones who complain about their life, yet they never realize that they fail the test from the man upstairs. Do good when there is nothing in it for you and when no one is looking, that’s the test. Sad state of affairs in the world, because of people like them. Folks stay away from HD, buy from a local store, a bit more humanity there. Horrible treatment from HD after spending hundreds of $$$. Call corporate, complain, their items aren’t for free, these people are getting paid to provide a service. Don’t order delivery from them, they “Uber” orders to “independent drivers” I made a transaction with HD not with Joe from the block. Useless is a nice term to describe
Absolutely terrible. Asked for info on cabinets, Maria said, hes in the bathroom . Over 10 minutes find out Ben was talking to a friend behind a wall. Then I asked to get a price on cabinets, he couldnt provide the info because he needed measurements from side wall to drain pipe and water feed (plumber would drill holes upon installation), I had all the needed measurements in hand. To top it off, when leaving he said I need an appointment when I return, guess so he can plan his conversations. Finally, nobody there while I waited. Thanks Ben and Maria for showing how much better Lowes employees are.
Today I was very disappointed. We are in need of milkweed for our butterfly garden. I called this location to make sure they had it in stock before going. A female answered and very quickly said that yes, they have it in stock. I drove up and asked an elderly gentleman where it would be. He didnt bother to get off of his stool, but gestured that they would be either outside, or somewhere in the middle section. After 10 min of looking I went back to the man and asked for clarification. He then just said, Well I dont know where they are. Obviously the correct answer is they dont have any and I was just given the run around. I will make sure to let people know to just skip buying plants here and go to the real plant professionals at LUKAS NURSERY.
Website showed they had 50 items of what I wanted in inventory. When I got to the store they did not have any. So I ordered it online for curbside pickup. They called me to tell me that they did not have any. Asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I asked if they could get it or ship it from another store. He said he would check with his manager and call me back.
As a veteran I would recommend Lowes because they have better service and also give us a 10% discount whereas home Depot only gets 5% and the customer service is not what I would expect from a home improvement store.
I went to Home Depot to purchase a generator to save on the Florida tax holiday. When I got to the cash register the cashier had no means of taking the tax off my purchase. They made no effort to look up for a way to withhold the tax. I even called the 800 number to see if they had a procedure and got no results. So..... I went to Lowes and bought the same generator at the same price with no hassles!
We decided to start a pergola project at our Markham Woods area home. Signed a contract and sent my wife to pay at the store with our Home Depot card. The project was $12K+, my wife took the lower limit card (we have 2) by mistake. According to my wife, the customer service rep expressed doubt that she could have such a higher credit limit on her card. She felt that her Spanish accent did not help her. She went back home and picked the right card, went back to the store and paid in full.We went later together in the evening because I wanted to insure that we were getting the 24 months deferred interest financing. We have done over $120,000 projects with Home Depot in the last 4 years and have had to get the store (Altamonte back then) to intervene sometimes with Citicard. We seemed to have caught the lady in customer service in a very low mood. This in spite that there were no other customers waiting in line. She wanted to brush me off to call Citicard myself, but her tone of voice and her facial expression/body language looked angry, annoyed, condescending and plainly rude. Begrudgingly, she called Citicard, and then I offered to take the phone myself, Citicard told that they needed approval from the manager. I did not think she did our bidding. I asked to talk to the manager but he or she was not available for me and learned through this unprofessional customer rep that that pergola did not have any promotion. I could not even cancel the project because I had to go through the vendor (a first for me). I tried my luck later myself with Citicard and bingo! I was able to get the 24 month deal.This is probably the last project we will do with Home Depot. We have done kitchens, floors, fences, doors, appliances, etc, and the only project on time and with no glitches was the fencing. Currently we have a door project paid last year, that is not finished yet. It will be one year the contract was signed on Sept 19.
Always use this store. Best in customer service and their employees are always professional and go the extra mile to help in every way.
This is one of the better locations. They actually have staff there to help you. The paint location is in the front of the store which is new to me. Most items I need are in stock at this location. Only trouble is a bit of a pain getting out of the stores parking lot to go left.
I had a great experience today. Candice Crane hunted down the grill I wanted when it wasnt below the display. Her and another associate quickly got the pallet down and I was able to get in and out. Thanks!
Khaleed, the paint department manager went above and beyond to help us. We have to finish a job painting the outside of a house in order to be paid.. We were unable to do so because of the product not being available. Without any hesitation, he offered to make things right and help us. Im so thankful. We will not be giving our busy to anybody else but Lake Mary Home Depot.
We just bought a new home and I’ve been trying to get carpet installed. I’ve been to many Home Depot’s but the lake Mary Home Depot has been beyond what I expected. Miryam in the floor department has gone out of her way to help me find the best deal and best carpet! I will always go to this Home Depot no doubt. Thank you for all your hard work!

What is happening in these stores? Employees are hanging out talking but offer little to no help. This is the 2nd experience recently in a Home Depot where I’ve had to call the store to receive help on an aisle!

My dad is a veteran and has been working on a garden project. I have taken him several times this week to the garden center to buy materials and he has always received a veteran discount as he should. Today my husband took him to get more things and the cashier wouldn’t accept his veteran ID “apparently it was not the wrong documentation.” When I heard what happened, I was in Awww! I called the store and the manager I spoke to, totally sided with his employee and brushed me off. He could have saved @$10.00 but the money is not what is bothering me, it’s the Disrespect toward him!
Purchased appliances in April and was told they would hold for 6 months. Our home is being built, and as all new construction it is having delays so we made sure to ask. Now they are canceling our delivery since they wont hold past August 2nd. We got a great deal and now they jusy want to cancel the order to make sure we dont get the deal we got.. Customer service was horrible and unwilling to help, just didnt care at all. We had been loyal customers for years but after this never buying again, they lied to us to make the purchase and their customer service was horrible. We made sure to send an email to the presidents office for their horrible treatment of their customers. We got our tree here last year, and was so excited! We went in to get our ornaments, and came out to our tree being gone! Given to someone else. My heart was broken! We wanted to give you guys another try, so we just got our tree today. We told the taller gentleman that helped us what happened. He was super friendly, and made the experience amazing! I wish the garden area was larger. I come here a lot to get flowers and plants, but the potting options are not varied enough, especially for hanging off the side of rails. There are mostly cheap plastic options. It’s still a well taken care of place though.
5/9/21–Their curbside is lacking big time. Called the store while I was sitting out in the parking lot at curbside with the app not working and I had to go inside. No one ever answered the phone two times. When I get inside, at least four customer service reps are standing there chatting with no one in line. Young man found my order had me go to another door at end of store to pick up where it clearly said no parking. Pickup took appx 15-18 min total wait time when it should’ve taken 5.

I had 6 pieces plywood to be cut and the young lady and two other gentleman were very helpful and polite! It was a lot of work and they all helped each other and had great attitudes...I’m going to this Home Depot for sure😁

The customer service was fair as my boyfriend and I were trying to find a power drill. But when looking for a stud finder, the team member didnt know what it was so we had to explain until another team member came by to tell us exactly where it was.
I cannot believe the experience that I just had at Home Depot in Lake Mary, FL. I pre ordered cabinets and received the email on Friday that everything is ready. I arrive on Sunday to pick it up and had the displeasure of working with a woman named Eena (not sure if that’s proper spelling). Long story short, she couldn’t find my order, left me waiting for an hour with zero communication and had an attitude when I asked her what was going on. After waiting so long I asked the guy at the next register (Steve) what was going on. He got on the phone and in 15-20 minutes all was solved and my items were located.The worst part becomes that Eena was supposed to come back to ring me up. This woman full on disappeared and took her lunch without informing me or her teammates that she was leaving. So here I am still standing around waiting. Again Steve and another woman named Emily to the rescue. How dare she leave me waiting for so long, abandon her teammates when the lines for pickup and returns were slammed on top of my 1 hour wait. I cannot begin to explain how incredibly disrespected I felt. That has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am completely baffled as I write this.I’m thankful for Steve and Emily but saddened that their co-worker is able to treat her teammates and customers so terribly.
The greatest store in the world. I tend to go here for one to two things and leave with an entire cart of plants, building materials or a freezer. Customer service is usually pretty good and they have everything I want and more.

I have never written a bad review before but here goes. I was in the Lake Mary store today trying to get a key made this morning. No one was in aisle 12 to make it. I went to aisle 10 and asked the guy if he could do it, ( Nope ) I asked if he could call someone. Nope, he didnt have a radio. Met up with another home depot worker at the end of Aisle 11, and well the same thing happened. Went to Aisle 13 and spoke to yet another employee. He told me to go to Aisle 12. I told him no one was in Aisle 12 and that this was the 3rd person I had spoken with. At this point I was done. On a good note I purchased a plant outside and Suzanne was awesome, we spoke about the weather, traffic in Atlanta etc. I am a very outgoing person and love talking with people and being friendly. Moving forward the Home Depot in Casselberry is where I will continue to shop. I have be using that one for over 10 years, never again will I go to the Lake Mary H.D.

When i went to check out in the garden center I asked for loading paper to put everything in my car. They then had me walk to each section across the entire store to find out the are all out. Why is a large Corp not able to keep minor things in stock.. please explain

Went to buy appliances and with out even checking the guy just told me it was out of stock. So I spent 7k online with Best Buy for the exact same fridge, cook top and dishwasher while he was still rambling about nothing. Had he even bothered to look I would not have been frustrated.
So I was here earlier today and literally a group of about 6 employees were gathered talking around the appliance area. Me and my husband were looking to purchase today and when I told you no one came to help... Guess Im going to take my business elsewhere...

ATTN All Veteransvand veteran supporters.. I never leave reviews but will today.. Ive never felt more ashamed of being a disabled vet. Presented my VA card for military discount. Was asked to represent and what my service connection disability was. I left all items at counter and walked out. Lowes will receive my full attention from here on out.
I was in and out in 20 minutes! Ron assisted me with a GE Dehumidifier. He was very friendly by engaging in conversation about my day. He closed off all areas for safty measures, because he had to used a lift machine to retrieve my item. Theres Lots of parking spaces amd very clean and well stocked. I will shop here again.

I know its a day before a holiday but if I am going to spend my hard earn money I would like to get good service . The first home depot agent I spoke to was more eager to leave for home to party than to help me . Just answered one of many questions i had and told me Edwin would help keep out because he needs to go home and start the party . The only reason you guys are getting a one star is because Edwin that works in the wood area was really helpful and went above and beyond. Once I got all the material that I needed I headed to customer desk to rent a truck . Once I got their the lady straight lied to my face and said we dont have any vehicles available but she was wrong . There was actually 2 vehicles outside with the sign rent me .

We went to buy a fridge and there were so many people waiting to ask questions and make purchases but there were only 2 employees there and they were with people writing up purchases so you had to wait for a long, long time and if they didnt see you standing in front of there desk they went on to help someone else. They needed to pull from another dept when they get overwhelmed like that. We left as did other people and came back on Sunday.
I had an awkward load in my hands coming up to the self-checkout. The Home Depot associate was very kind and observant. She stepped right in and she rang up my order for me. Really helpful. Thank you

Not a great experience today, my husband went in to get 14 boxes of flooring. He walked away for a moment and a worker ended up taking the cart my husband was using (which already had some flooring on) and once she was told and asked if he could have it back he was then told there are more around the store and that he could go look for another one. Once that was sorted he was loading the flooring to the cart again and there were 3 workers just staring and not even offering to help. Just a very bizarre experience all at once.

Excellent customer service. Was helped by 2 gentlemen on the floor with advice and they even walked me to the product I needed. Emily in the paint department was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable about the various paint products and helped find the right color for my driveway.
Waited 15 minutes for paint department to even acknowledge me. They never did so I left. Nobody in line in front of me but the employees could care less. Amazing. The customer service in this store has really gone downhill. I’ll be shopping at another store for now on.
