I went with my son in law to this place to check his truck Low -pressure sign was lit. They were very gentle and courteous and repaired (plugged and patched) the tire of my son’s Tacoma very fast. Not only was fast and professional but they made for me. I guess because my son is a local firefighter and they noticed the FD red decal in the rear window, if not, thanks a lot guys for your service.

Rented an RV for the week. Last day getting ready to pack up and my husband tweaked his back. He had a previous back injury so we know what’s the deal. Was able to pull off this exit.This company was so so so nice. They were able to put the spare on for us since my husband could bend down. I for sure couldn’t get the tire off. My wife and I while traveling through Lake Mary from out-of-state experienced a catastrophic tire failure on I-4. Realizing that we needed new tires to continue the trip, we called Shane at Action Gator Tire. He took care of us immediately, and Mike Adamson at the store made sure we got in and out and back on the road almost immediately. Its so refreshing to get such good customer service.

I was not happy with the work. I had all new front suspension installed before I took the car in to have the front tires balanced and they stripped out two of my new wheel studs and nuts. They replaced them but I wasnt happy about what happened. I wont be going back to this place again.

These guys are total lifesavers!I went to the BP next door to try to fill my tires up with air but their machine actually let out my air and left me with a flat tire!I was thankfully able to crawl over to Action Gator right before they closed. They had already let the air out of the compressors, but they refilled them and all of my tires for me. I had also apparently left my cap at the BP, so they gave me another one.The way they quickly helped me, made no complaint at my showing up less than 10 minutes before close, and even gave me a tire cap showed me that they will be great to work with.Action Gator Tire, youve just earned yourself a new customer!

Nice and trustworthy people with strong work ethics. They saved me from an unnecessary brake repair cost by providing free brake inspection and honest information about the situation of my car. They won’t take advantage of you like many others do and their pricing is very reasonable. Strongly recommended!!!More details about my experience:I took my car to Subaru North Orlando located at Sanford for a brake concern since I bought my car from there 2 MONTHS AGO with a 3 months warranty. I’ve been told that my front brake rotors and pads are wore out and they have to be changed for $719 before tax. Additionally, I was required to pay $150 for the brake inspection since it was not covered under warranty… I didn’t want to pay that extremely expensive fee for the repair so I asked a friend of mine and he recommended Action Gator Tire. After they did the inspection I’ve been told that my brake rators and pads are okay and they’ll be fine at least for 6 months depending on my driving so it’s not necessary at all to change them….They did the inspection for free and they could make some money by telling that they have to be changed but they didn’t. Thank you for your honest work and I’ll be back when they need to be changed👍🏻

I’ve been taking my cars to Action Gator Tire in Lake Mary since I was 16 and first learning to drive. My dad always told my sister and I to take our cars here because he trusted Mike, the family ownership and the rest of the Action Gator crew to be transparent in costs or any repairs needed and he knew they would do it right and safely. As a 32 yr old grown woman, I still bring my cars here and know the level of service and transparency is unparalleled. I love supporting local family run businesses but especially when they’re truly better than all their competitors!

Great place to take you’re car for work! Nick put 4 new tires on my Corolla then a couple weeks later he put my custom wheels and coilovers on my car as well and the techs really know what they’re doing they are the best in the business. Very nice and friendly and it all got done the right way and I love my custom Corolla now. Highly recommended place to get service/work done to your vehicle.

I had a flat and couldnt get my car to the store so I brought my tire in and the guys helped me right away. Had to replace the tire. It was all done in so quick from start to finish. Once I got the new tire on I drove over so they could check out my other tires. The staff was prompt, very nice and friendly.👍👍

Courteous, prompt, efficient and trustworthy. I brought a tire in with a nail in it. Patched at a VERY reasonable price and on my way in less than 30 minutes. I feel a National chain would have told me the nail was too close to the edge or something like that, and several hours and hundreds of dollars later I would have walked out with a new tire (or even two), despite the fact that it’s a brand new car with about 3,000 miles on it.Nice to do business with a company that isn’t trying to milk you for everything they can get. Action Gator has earned my business.

Long wait times for check in with no set priority given.Waited for a axel to be ordered and then replaced in 91 degree weather, promised in 2 hours. Walked by 3 hours later still sitting in the same spot even though the full parking lot was empty. Left without part replaced. Oil change sticker not present.New tires put on with glue all over them.Not desperate enough to ever go here again.No stars for this place.Fair warning.

Left my car to have air conditioner fixed, a tire plugged and check why ignition wouldn’t turn over after driving for a bit.Left for 3 weeks. They did none of the repairs at all. Just said they couldn’t duplicate the problem. Brought it home. Turned it off and it wouldn’t start. Hm Still no air conditioning and have a nail in my tire too. 3 weeks sitting on lot. Bought $1,400 worth of tires for another vehicle. Will not be returning. Lost 3 weeks for nothing to be repaired.

I made a 2 PM appointment for an alignment that was going to take 45-60 minutes. I dropped of my car and walked around for an hour and when I got back my car hadn’t been touched. I asked what was going on and was told I was second in line. Two and a half hours later my car was finally done. The alignment itself seems to be a little off center, but I’m no expert. Overall pretty good service, just annoyed that there was a two hour wait for a scheduled appointment.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!I CAME HERE WITH AN AUDI A7 AND ASKED FOR FRONT ROTOR PAD REPLACEMENT. IN LESS THAN A MONTH AN A HALF I GOT VIBRATION AND OTHER BRAKING ISSUES. WHEN I CALLED TO INFORM THEM OF THE PROBLEMS THEY REALLY DIDNT COMMIT TO MAKING SURE I WAS GOOD. THIS IS AFTER I DROPPED LIKE SEVERAL HUNDRED$$. I REALIZED BY THEIR HESITANCY IT WAS A WAIST OF TIME. AUDI LATER TOLD ME THAT EVEN THEIR BOLTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE CHANGED. THE ROTOR WAS WARPED.. AND I EVENTUALLY HAD EVERYTHING TAKEN OFF AND RE-DONE. BE WARNED. THEY MAY BE GOOD FOR TYPICAL CARS BUT ID THINK TWICE. IF I KNEW WHAT I KNOW NOW I WOULD HAVE NEVER GONE HEAR. JUST DONT DO IT.

This place is amazing. My son had a flat and Shane took care of him to the “T”. We brought it in on its spare and we were prepared to purchase 2 new tires however they were able to plug it in less than 30 mins. When we went to pay they refused and said it was on the house. We have never used this location before but after today’s interaction I will be telling everyone I know in the central Florida area to go see them. They clearly are a family centric company and the customer service was above and beyond. Regardless that we paid or not they were super professional and honest from the beginning. What a nice refreshing garage to use, especially when garages sometimes have bad wraps for being shady about vehicle repairs.

The only thing preventing a five-star review is the time it took to finally fix the problem. BUT... I have to give them a lot of credit for ultimately doing what was right for me. I cannot say enough about how well Nick took care of me. It was a very long time to fix a rear end noise but they finally got it done. The problem ended up being poor workmanship on the rear end from their supplier, so no fault of theirs. Thanks Nick and crew!

These guys insisted i bring my jeep to them after i installed a lift kit, and being hosed by 4WP on Colonial(an hour n 10mins away from my house) who told me to be there at 9am so they could do my alignment, tire wheel n tpms install, and adjust my lift… i show up at 8:45 for them to tell me sorry we are down 2 guys so cant get ya in!!! Luckily my jeep buddy recommended Action! I called a couple other places they just laughed at me like yeah no way good luck getting that done within a week… LK Mary Action told me “get it to me today and we will have it all set today! They did!!! And they was super busy but still did all of the above stuff AND installed my rear sway bars for me(had to disconnect em to run my stock rims/tires)… the price ya think would be obnoxious for immediate service but it wasnt AT ALL!!! As a matter a fact i asked the guy twice ya sure thats all??? Great customer service, awesome tech, awesome work!!! All my vehicles will be going to them from now on… but i promise i wont rush em again!! Haha. Action Gator Lk Mary, on point!

I received fantastic customer service, quick in and out and the prices are unbeatable.

They were EXTREMELY helpful in ordering my tires and installing them the same day.The only thing I would say though is NO ONE was wearing a mask. Not the staff in the store, not the mechanics, not any of the customers waiting in the lobby. It definitely made me leave and come back later instead of wait.

Shane was awesome here. But everyone else I talked to was great too. Nice people. Great communication. Fast quality service. Great price. What more could you ask for? This was the first time I used this company. In the past I had not been drawn to this company as they had been not so friendly and more expensive at the Oviedo location. However, my experience was quite the opposite with the Lake Mary location. Not only was the services I needed less expensive than the dealership and tires plus, but ever person I talked to was helpful and they also allowed me to pay on the phone, so I didn’t have to go inside. My car was dropped off but I could have easily waited for it. It was completely fast. The only thing was when I arrived to get my car I still ended up having to go inside because my keys and bill weren’t in my car, but I think he just didn’t know I was coming up so soon. I will definitely go back to this location.

I have visited twice in the past several years to get tire plugs for slow leaks and they have never charged for it. The service is fast and friendly. No appt needed. Just not much parking available.

Driving on I-4, I swerved to miss but still ran over a rake that fell off the back of somebody’s work truck, which popped my front right tire. I was able to make the Lake Mary exit, and called action gator tire. They were able to get me in right away to patch my tire in order for me to make it to work on time. My RAM 1500 needed four new tires. The good tires for this truck are not inexpensive. I shopped around and decided that Action Gator Tire had reasonable prices. Beyond that they are a local central Florida company. I gave them a try. That were far more reasonable in price than I expected. They told me about some rebates that I wasn’t aware of. The best was to watch their professionalism and the excellent way that they treated their customers. Their customers clearly trust them. They have won my future business for more than tire needs. They are full service mechanics with the latest equipment.

I had a nail in my tire which caused a slow leak. I went to Action Gator twice to have them look at my tires and put air in the leaking one, before I knew which tire it was and that I had run over a nail. Each time they took me without an appointment checked all my tires, filled them, and within 15 minutes I was out of there. When I knew for sure I had run over something and which tire it was, I called for an appointment to ask if they would remove the object and patch the tire. I was told I didn’t need an appointment - just come in. I went in later that afternoon. They took me in about 30 minutes, and in the next 15 minutes the nail was out of my tire and the tire patched. There was NO CHARGE for these services. Thank you so much, Action Gator.

I called on a Friday as I was needing new tires they were out of stock so they ordered a new set. The tires were in on Monday and I was back driving around after I got off work on Tuesday. I got off close to their closing time and they still put my tires on and had me on my way in about 30 minutes. They even had a coloring book and crayons to keep my 3 year old entertained.

They are always awesome - very professional and quality work.

We went in on a busy Saturday. They were able to squeeze our car in for an oil change. Done within 30 min. Amazing and courteous service.

Second time using Action Gator. The first time they patched my tire for free and had it done in under 20 mins. This time I ran over a large screw and it needed to be replaced. I went in Sunday afternoon to see about getting it replaced- they didn’t have any in stock in my size but were able to have one ordered /delivered the next morning. Monday morning I went in at 12:30 and by 1:15pm I was driving home. Fast service, friendly, and very affordable.

Nick is super helpful and was very knowledgeable. I am happy to get my work done at this Gator Tire store. They even installed a leveling kit on my truck plus wheel spacers and did a fenomenal job. They even asked me to come back after 100 miles free of charge to re-torque my wheel spacers and ensilure that they stayed at proper torque. They have good people working in this store.

Went to Gator tire this morning for my AC I have owned my car for 5 years and it has never overheated after leaving there now its overheating Im pretty sure they messed with something while they were in there supposedly doing an AC check so if youre going for just tires probably no problem at all but I wouldnt go there for anything else just saying

Went to do a nitrogen fill for my motorcycle tires. They were busy, but made room to take care of it right away. Tech was on the ground to get to my tire valves and was helpful the entire time. First class service all the way!!!!! If you have a motorcycle and want to do nitrogen, $5 per tire and awesome service.
