I had a few codes come up on my vehicle with a check engine light. I used my reader to view the codes and sent it to this shop. He made some minor fixes and charged me $700. I was happy with the price and brought the car home the next day. The next morning I drove the car to ocoee and it was smoking. All of the oil was gone from the car. Whatever damage caused on that trip has turned this car into a disaster. Mechanic steam rolled my wife on the phone so I had to call myself. He told me he doesn’t work on turbos. Feel free to use this guy if you want a mechanic that doesn’t know his way around cars.

The service was complimentary despite the fact that the price for the replacement of an alternator was unexpectedly overpriced at $970. I am from Miami and not a foreigner of the automotive labor and equipment involved for such a job. Nevertheless when an emergency arise the cost obviously can not be the main setback. I needed it done and the service was delivered.

As a woman we already know when we go to a mechanic shop we are bound to be talked down to and be charged astronomic prices. Well, this place really takes the cake. I have never been talked to so rudely and disrespectfully in my life. If you are a woman, go somewhere else.

HA! What a joke. If I wanted my car more broken than when I brought it in, I would have driven it off a bridge. This guy is a HACK! HACK with all caps. Dont trust this guy to even out air in your tires. Sorry CANT RECOMMEND! BUIYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

This shop is a joke. He took full advantage of my elderly Mom. Shameful, dishonest business practices. If you want to pay $1000 for a minor repair job and then have your car break down again then this is the shop for you.

Gets the job done. Dont want to work on older vehicles. I took a 1995 Doge Ram in with open check book. Bob did do what asked but wouldnt trouble shoot problems. Ok shop for newer. Dont recommend fir older vehicles. I guess mechanic not able to understand older engines

As their motto goes, finally an honest mechanic. They proved that to be true. I brought my vehicle in expecting to spend hundreds of dollars. They diagnosed and fixed the issue for less than 100. They easily could have attempted to take advantage but didnt. Highly recommend.

Lake Mary Automotive is, by far, the best place to take your vehicle. I first found out about them by shopping around, the quote was accurate, and the price was $100-$200 cheaper than any other place in the area. They replaced my air suspension with shocks in about two hours, much faster than any of the other places. This was 5 years ago, my whole family has been bringing their cars here since then, and they never disappoint.

As a person thats mechanically incline as myself Im always skeptical to whos working on my vehicle. I grew up around car lots and have turned many of wrenches so working on my own vehicle has always been the norm, however theres some jobs that have to be done by professionals.....i strongly suggest that you give Bob and his team a ring! These guys are honest, and their pricing is superb....depending on the issue/issues your vehicle is having. Grade A workmanship, very fast on getting back on the road with a safe vehicle to drive! Fixed my jeep and its still running 8 months later thanks bob!! Prices were as expected, staff was good not overly friendly until you get to know them a bit more after that they are great!! they definitely know the business and have been doing this a long time so I understand the get it done attitude without all the fluff and theatrics! Paid $65 for the owner to tell me it was going to cost $2000 to get my 2003 Chevy Malibu fixed. My friend replaced rotors and brakes for not even $150 and now my cars been running fine for the past 7 months. Waste of money and lied saying that my car would not be able to drive ever again/be safe unless i got everything fixed that they said needed fixed.

I self diagnosed my problem to be a stater. I called Bob, and told him its probably a starter. He said, bring her in! I never met Bob ot taken a car to Lake Mary Auto. I was worried for the bill for a new starter. Bon called me and told me i had a battery terminal problem. Thanks for being honest Bob! You are now my mechanic and i will refer my friends to you!
