What an amazing experience, was in and out with ordering at counter. Simon was so friendly and very helpful in enabling me to get stars for order. He went the extra mile... cudos. My daughter commented on how great her coffee was in comparison to one at another location. Coffee and good customer service makes for an extra special day!

Customer service at this site is ok and food is pretty good. However, everytime I order hot coffee from this location, its never hot or even warm. My wife picks it up since I work from home, and she has to heat it up after being out for only 5 minutes. This is a continual thing. Until they improve certain practices, this place is only worth 3 stars.
