I go almost every day and i can count the tim they did a good drink i went today and i think is the last one cause the guy prepared my drink he left the drink for more then 3 min in the machine and he prepared more than 5 drinks at the time mu drink was watered un the machine i told a girl she didn’t care she said is almost ready so i told her is finish a couple min ago so finally he give me a water frapp i left cause i was so mad cause is not free i paid for my drink but instead of give me a fresh frappucino he prefer to do more drinksfor people that just order by app they didn’t been there .

I work out of town so the ordering on the app works great. But literally every time I order anything white chocolate, they mess it up. I am unsure how to make it clear that it is a white chocolate. Please READ your orders. People have jobs and order ahead for a reason. Thanks for continually making me late to work for literally ALWAYS messing up my order making me either give my drink away or drive back and become late. Thanks.

Showed up here Monday morning. Waited 15 min in the car line. I order a coffee, ham and cheese croissant, and two cake pops. They handed me the cake pops then parked me. I wait another 10 min go inside and no one has my drink or my ham and cheese. Now I have spent 25 min waiting when I have to take my kids to school. So I left. At least my kids got to have their cake pops. Sad service. Spent 15$ and received no coffee or breakfast 😒 tried to call the store twice, no answer.

Starbucks is fully open for business and is back to being jam packed again. People will not pay their electric bill to get their Starbucks fix!!! I got the mango dragon fruit drink, it was of course delicious!!!

Very clean, staff friendly, and this is my new place to study. I am there usually for hours studying getting papers done. I dont wait long when I order, the only down side is the prices. $5 for coffee is a bit much

Your standard Starbucks following a set menu.I ordered an ice coffee black with no sugar (classic syrup) but that was included perhaps by accident which is no problem, but just beware if you have an allergy by double checking.I know it can be tough to hear at the drive thru sometimes and the headset with everything going on. Service is good!

Had Americano coffee with a shot of expresso. Loved it. Not sure why I hear so many negative stuff about starbucks.

Besides the location not being that great, their employees are always friendly and very efficient.

I used to frequent this location but it the coffee is good one day & nasty the next. No consistency. I tried again for the last 2 days and it’s so gross again. It taste like I am drinking watered down milk. They are out of everything (at this point just close the location until you can restock) the only positive is the girl who is doing the drive thru on the iPad. She was very nice.

I love Starbucks, but this location has inconsistency issues. One day the drink is too sweet, another day the drink has too much milk. If I am NOT making a custom order, the drink should be done per Starbucks recipe no matter which Starbucks.

Used to frequent this StarBucks prior to it moving into its new location. Since their move the drinks have become watered down, and not cold. Forget about being able to get of those popular Starbucks hidden drinks. They do not every have any of the ingredients. I have decided to stop going to Starbucks all together. The quality of services, and quality of food/drink is 100% NOT worth the amount of money it costs you. Also if you are a points person this location has a very difficult time giving and redeeming your points appropriately, and customer service WILL NOT give you any that were missed.

Ive been a regular customer for at least 5 years. As of recently, horrible customer service. Long wait time via drive through. Consistently out of stock on standard items. Incorrect order multiple times. Will no longer receive my business. One of the worst locations I’ve encountered.

One employee knows whats going on, the rest are clueless and the one with the brain has to do everything. She should be paid 3x more, but will probably leave and management will be clueless as to why sales are down. I see this scenario repeated eveywhere

This is possibly the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It’s worth it to go to the next closest one (off of international). Every time I come to this Starbucks it takes at least 20 minutes to get my coffee…and that’s going through the drive thru!

Terrible employees with no manners. I witnessed one of them yell at a customer, for no reason, while this person was on the phone waiting for their order. The employee was so rude, I got sick to my stomach and left. I will never go to this location again. Ive been noticing rude employees at Starbucks locations everywhere. Its almost as though lack of manners is a requisite to get the job. Im done with Starbucks. I will patronize local coffee shops that respect their customers instead. I truly hope Starbucks goes out of business. They are so arrogant.

As much as I enjoy this particular location, its puzzling to me why they dont have an expeditor at the drink handoff. You can as many as a dozen drinks finished and placed on the handoff, but no one calling out to the guests standing in front of them. They appear to be well staffed, I count 10 to 12 employees, but they are not deployed well. So much lost opportunity and too many drinks dying on the counter.

This is my regular location and its usually crowded but the workers are prompt and friendly. Favorite location they always get my order perfect

Pulled into the drive thru and we waited to order and my husband was saying hello to see if anyone was there, with no answer. So we assumed maybe they were closed?! When we pulled forward there was a girl in the window. So my husband stated that he thought they were closed & the girl replied that she was just about to take our order when we pulled forward. So then my husband asked if we could just order at the window & her response was they weren’t supposed to do that, so we pulled around back into the drive thru line and when it was our turn to order the girl says through the speaker that she was just about to tell us we could have ordered at the window but we pulled away! No you actually told us you weren’t supposed to take our order at the window so we pulled back around through the drive thru.

Nothing but rude people working here. I witnessed them yelling at customers who cannot wear a mask like they were children. Very disgusting to treat loyal customers like complete trash.

This is the best starbucks in the area. The drink quality is consistent and always tastes right. The staff is friendly. The only bad thing is the parking, the drive thru gets long and you often get stuck in your parking spot until someone lets you out.

The best Starbucks location for friendly service! I like Starbucks coffee but sometimes its hard to get the service they used to have. This place has it. And the coffee is reliably good.

Starbucks is set up to help people like me, a contract worker with lots of required paperwork, but no office to complete it in.

I see the diversity training did no good! I waited for what seemed like 10 minutes for my drinks. then after watching people who got their drinks I finally looked and saw mine was the wrong name my name is Johnnie not Tommie and because everyone else got a carrier for their drinks but the girl wouldnt give me one she pushed my drinks towards me oh here you go but treated everyone else with courtesy and good customer service but me I got treated like s*** Ill never come there again.

I just have to say that the barista named Chandra took all 6 of my orders with a smile. She was patient and kind with me through multiple payment arrangements. I just want to say she made STARBUCKS look so well. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love my Pumpkin Spice latte but you have to make sure the barista doesnt fill your cup with a bunch a foam in which I always say no foam, no whip. Why? I want the drink not foam. You can tell its more foam than drink as soon as you pick up the cup, the weight is different. Its lighter when theres a bunch of foam. So I let them know and the barista kindly remade it, correctly. For the price, make my drink properly.

I absolutely love love this location. I am definitely a Starbucks lover but this location is usually on point. My drinks are made as requested or will remake them if asked. The staff are helpful, friendly and enjoy making my experience positive. I have been to this location at various points, morning, evenings, weekend afternoons and while all employees are busy, there is a good selection of parking and the drive thru can be busy! Keep it up, Starbucks Lake Mary!

Ordered through the app at 9:02 am and when I got to the speaker at 9:10 I was scolded by some kid for showing up too soon for my order! I was told next time I need to place my order earlier. I said, “I don’t understand. How is it any different than ordering at the speaker?” I gave them extra time to prepare my order but was fussed at for showing up! I pulled up to the window and waited...I could hear them talking about my drinks. Suddenly I was told to go park (after being called “darlin”) and they would “bring it right out”. I was not happy and wish I’d asked for my money back. I sat there for ten minutes at least and finally went inside to cancel my order. Either they’d been talking about me or I had a look on my face because the girl knew who I was as she handed my order over and said she was just on her way out to my car.I hate that this place is the closest to my house because I’m done with them. On to Longwood! They appreciate my in-app orders and ALWAYS greet me with a smile!

Great coffee although the drive thru is awful everytime no matter what the time was off the day it is.

Overpriced burnt coffee. Pick up only.The Starbucks experience is the coffee, the music, the baristas interaction, and have a nice sit down with your laptop or with friends. All of that is gone. Now it’s just bitter burnt coffee served by unhappy employees and to top it off you have to walk out with it.No wonder they are closing down these coffee shops. I recommend Zaza or Boba Cakes for a great cup of coffee and a great selection of edibles.

This is a good Starbucks. There is just so much seating! However, if you order inside, be prepared to wait, because drive through goes first and that line is always long.In the drive through though, it always goes pretty quick. The employees are super nice.

I’ve been going here for 3 years every day and none of the same people are there anymore, drinks don’t taste the same anymore. Today at 4 I waited for coffee for 25 minutes but realized I was going to be late for work. I asked the lady for a refund to go to the longwood one, I didn’t want to be rude and ask where my order was, maybe they didn’t print it or whatever maybe it was a bad day, no biggie, and she said “Yeah no sorry” so I just walked out, Starbucks won’t lose me as a customer but that location will. It’s 3 minutes away from my house so I’ll drive 10 now to get my coffee. The staff isn’t good at all anymore, I work in the industry and only write this because this is the 7th time I’ve waited 20+ plus on coffee with Mobile and in store. I wish the staff was better. I love that location.

This is a great Starbucks. I’ve been a card carrying customer for years and have been to several dozen SB’s over the years. These guys stand out. Efficient, friendly, attentive, etc. They get everything right 👍🏿

I am so sorry, but the fact that i order a venti light ice and i receive the amount of coffee that would fit a 6oz SIPPY CUP is completely unacceptable. I have been to this location multiple times and I’ve been continuously disappointed with the fact that my coffee does not even reach the top of the lid. If i ask for light ice does that mean that I get less beverage?? it is far too overpriced for the amount of coffee I’m receiving and this has been at least the third time I’ve had the same problem at this location. please get it together people truly makes me furious.

Worst customer service ever. Walked in waited in line for the girl to walk by several times before saying be right with you. Another person came in and they let cut right in front. It then took 20 mins for a coffee and cold drink. Worst service in the world. Will not be back

Almost every time I’ve gone in something has been wrong about my order, whether it be wrong size drink or wrong food. A lot of the times I’m on my way to school so I don’t have time to have them fix it. It would be nice if the employees were more concerned about order accuracy than making drinks as quickly as possible. Personally, I would rather wait a little extra and have my drink made correctly or rang up correctly than them rush me to where I end up getting the wrong thing.

There is a very small parking lot serviceing 3 stores, in addition this parking lot also has many Verizon Customer Only Reserved spaces adding to the problem. But this store is a very good and clean one, it is pretty new and that makes it better in its cleanliness. Only thing is (like any Starbucks) the plugs are loose because of too much use.

Got a pineapple Matcha with light ice it was pretty good. The service was great.

This is one of my favorite starbucks locations! My order is always right and the line is never too long. I usually get served by Kristina and she is amazing at customer service, along with all the other baristas!

I have visited Starbucks cafes all over the United States and find them to be very consistent with their service and quality of food. This one in lake Mary was great with the exception of the parking. They seem to share parking with several other buildings on an extremely busy road. Once in the parking lot there were no spots are they actually just used the drive-thru

I believe Europe has the best coffee! Starbucks is everywhere in Europe.. so Starbucks has perfected coffee! Seriously, I can’t find a better coffee anywhere else!
