Great looking store. Young man at the cash register was very friendly, helpful and polite. This was in contrast to the mature fellow, stocking shelves in the floral section, who walked by me several times, going out of his way to not speak or, let alone, acknowledge my presence. Probably feared hed be asked a question.

This location always seems empty, Im not sure if its because the store is big or what. But you can walk around for quite awhile and it takes time before you run into another customer or usually park very close to the entrance. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stopped in at the Hobby Lobby what a great store. They have everything you need for arts and crafts and. Always fully stocked the associates are always fast and friendly. We love shopping at all the Hobby Lobbys and like Chick fil closed on Sunday. God Bless you Frankie Robinson

Nice store, friendly help; but very busy with only 1 cashier. More than 15m wait in line.

Clean well organized store however they never have enough cashiers. There is always a long line to checkout. During myadt visit the manager came up and I thought he was going to cash people out but he just looked at all of us in line and walked away.

Decent size location, I thought they had an awesome selection of blank shirts/jackets compared to other locations Ive been to. Very clean, friendly staff.

I love they they always have a good selection of inexpensive home decor and furniture. I went in originally for embroidery needles, but the giant wall of candles sucked me in. The scents were amazing, the jars were all so cute and different, and the prices were very reasonable. My only complaint was that I couldnt find anyone working the floor. There were 2 ladies on registers, both with multiple people in line so it took a bit to check out. Otherwise a great experience as always!

Love this place for my home decor needs. The prices on clearance items was wonderful. I paid $7 for this beautiful heavy glass seahorse. Also a great place if youre looking for drawer knobs. Got these wings knobs on clearance for a dollar a piece

Got everything I needed for a project.

Big, well lit, easy to find and navigate. Very organized and clean. It had more things than I expected. . First time in Hobby Lobby. . I spent more than expected $$. I would have liked more choices in the beads, suead and leather corlds section. 😜. All in all Ill go back for my crafty needs.

Hobby lobby always has what Im looking for and the prices are reasonable (especially with 40% off coupons) but checking out takes forever. Typically theres only 1 register open, sometimes 2.

Hobby Lobby... best place to wander while it whispers to you what you need!

I truly love Hobby Lobby, but this store seems to lack in personnel for customer support. Very rarely does one find employees around the store for support and, at times, getting someone to help in the fabric area seems eternal. Lines can get extended super fast and it takes them a while to send support to open additional registers. Aside from this, their merchandise variety is excellent for crafters and decorators!

Seems like there is never any help around when you need it and check out lines always have a wait. The employees I have dealt with to unlock the marker cases seemed to be annoyed every time I come in to ask. I have to shop here frequently for art supplies, I try not but in a pinch it’s close to the house. The prices are high unless you use the 40% off coupon which is available online.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. They keep good inventory on products. Prices are comparable, if not better, than other retailers. I dont think Ive ever left the store in disappointment.

Always a pleasure to go to Hobby Lobby! I was getting some fabric this time but the fabric had stains in different places (from the manufacturer). The manager took a look at it and promptly GAVE me 3.25 yards for the price of 2! They had an Amazing amount of needlework for 90% off! I LOVE my Hobby Lobby!

Clean store. It is huge and you can get lost looking through all of the aisles. The sales they run are excellent. The staff are always helpful and with search with you if you cant find what you are looking for or will give suggestions of things to try if you are facing a problem with something you are making.

They have excellent art supplies as well as crafting supplies, but they seem to carry a skeleton crew when it isnt a holiday time. The staff that is there is awesome, but both nights I was there this week, the only manager on duty couldnt come to the register to help with returns because he had been sidelined by a guest, which left a long line of people waiting at the only register open. We all waited several minutes for him to cut fabric for a guest and come to the front for a return, before the rest of us could begin checking out. Management should be thankful that their crew is so personable and sweet, or it could have easily become a big line of angry guests, because it wasnt people waiting just a few minutes. It was people waiting 15, 20, 25 min without moving.

It was ok, not much customer service. Walked in two employees up front. They both looked at me but no greeting at all not even a smile. I was looking for lettering stickers asked an employee which she looked like the manager. She was very nice and took me the aisle all the stickers were located.
