Can’t say enough good things about Al at the Benjamin Moore paint store in Lake Mary Florida! His customer Service is outstanding! Not only did he help me choose exterior paint colors, but he always had the paint mixed and ready to go when I had to order extra and he always helped me load it into the car. It is sooo much better having a consistent person helping with a big paint job then trying to deal with the crowds and often in knowledgeable people in the big box stores.

I wouldnt say Im a great painter by any stretch of the imagination, but I do know a thing or two. I painted the interior of my grandmothers 1100sf home one summer when I was 12yrs old. I came to Benjamin Moore because Ive been told its the best paint. Ive often said whatever to these claims and just went to Home Depot or Lowes. However, this time I was working on a special project for my home and I said in going to give this special paint a try. I met Sam, and he explained the benefits of using their Advanced High Gloss. He didnt try to oversell or upsell me just gave me info to make an informed decision. He even tried to save me some money, by telling me I would be good with a qt instead of a gallon for my project. All I can say is this paint is AMAAAAAZZZZIIINNNNGG!!! Thanks a lot Sam. Great product great service

All i can say is Al is top notch! He went beyond out of his way to mix a difficult paint for me at another store and brought it back to Lake Mary, to have it here for me to pick up! Thank you for excellent customer service!

Excellent service good products.This was a great experience. The person serving us tried hard to answer all of our questions. He invited us in back so my kids could see how the paint is mixed.They were able to offer the right product at the right price. It was much better than the hardware store where we had to fight for service and they werent able to match our project to a suitable product.

I have always heard Benjamin Moore paint was the way to go for kitchen cabinets. Knowing they’re a big undertaking for home improvement newcomers, we asked advice of the man in the store working. He was very knowledge and helpful. He went step by step through the process with us and helped us get the paint and primer we needed. We both are in love with the way our cabinets turned out!

Finally, a Benjamin Moore store near home. We just had our house replumbed and 40 holes had to be patched. Big Mike (sorry, I hope you dont mind) gave me great guidance before I made costly mistakes. We were able to match 3 different paint colors from when I had the house painted some years ago. (Which also goes to show that Benjamin Moore paint stays true for many, many years.)So, instead of totally repainting 7 rooms, I only need to spot paint. Thank you and love your location!

This is my 2 nd visit to this store. I normally like to support mom and pop stores, but my experience is the reason so many fail to compete. I had a old can of Ben Moore paint from 2001. The young man who greeted immediately suggested I would not be able to get the paint or the formula because of tbe age. Made no attempt to even look into it. Indtead made a phone call to someone, and even in his conversation about my situation, sounded as if I was bothering him, and how could I ever expect to match this paint from 2001. He got off the phone with a nothing I can do for you. I immediately went to the ACE hardware store, so 15 minutes further. The young man there explained it would be newer type paint but it should be fine. The challenge would be to match the color with the old formula . We found the name of the cor, we mixed it up. I came home and it matched perfectly. So because this store would not take the time to at least attempt to solve my issue, they get 1 star and lose a customer
