Went into store to get my sons computer repaired. Rafael was a pleasure to speak with, and very knowledgeable. He had my sons computer fixed in a few days, and even took the time out of his day to explain to my son what things he should do to keep his computer working well. He also called me to explain what was wrong with the computer before he did any work on it. Reasonable pricing, and if I have any future issues, will be bringing my computer for him to work on. Me and my family have been a customer of Digimobile for years. They have always treated us well, and that’s why we always come back when we need computer help. This time, I was looking to completely upgrade my computer, and he was nothing but helpful the whole time. I called him at first with a list of parts, and he helped me decide not only if the parts were good to buy, but also researched for good replacement parts for the parts he did not think were good to buy. And he did this for free. Finally, I received all the parts and attempted to build the pc. And I built it, but there was a problem where the computer would not display anything to a monitor. He took in my pc, and after only a days work, fixed the problem, and also updated all my drivers, and also fixed the wiring in the pc as well. I think this company is very helpful with any pc troubles.

I recently had a usb midi keyboard break on me. The device fell while plugged in, causing the usb B port to become detached from the unit. I wasnt really sure where to turn. I called a couple computer repair shops in the area but none of them thought it was a repair they could do.Soon I found Digimobile. When I brought my keyboard to them, the man at the desk was very honest, he told me that that he doesnt know much about devices like this but would be happy to check it out and let me know if he could repair it. Two days later, I get a call that its repaired and it only cost me $45 dollars.Ive been using my keyboard for about 2 weeks now with no issues. Works like new. Thank you Digimobile for going the extra mile and taking a chance on this repair when nobody else would and for being kind, honest and reasonable throughout the whole experience!

I highly recommend Rafael and his business Digimobile. He was able to fix my cracked screen after it was messed by a different company. He took his time and explained everything to me. He explained to me that the reason it was breaking was because my screen wasnt being protected by the case I had on it. He charged me a lesser price to fix the screen and never tried to upsell or give me the run around. A++++

I recently used digimobile for a much needed upgrade of my 2012 MacBook Pro battery and was extremely pleased with the service. This was an awesome alternative to using the overpriced Apple store to perform a repair that the very capable people at digimobile can do. Rafael not only replaced my battery with a high quality replacement, but also tightened up the screen hinge and performed a software upgrade for me. Excellent service, would use them again.

I came in with a laptop I had at the time for five years. It was running consistently slower and slower over time and I eventually starting getting blue screens, shutting off, etc. So I looked around for some repair places and found here. Raphael was the man who assisted me with my issues. His work was consistent, and he was very cautious not to do anything I didnt want. He sent me pictures of the issues and what he planned on doing. My computer is now running good as usual for a fair price.

These people are very unprofessional and on top of that they lied to me twice. I took my laptop to get repaired at this place and when I sent my dad to pick it up they forgot to give us back the charger. My dad called them and asked for the charger and the lady told him that we had never dropped it off. I got so mad because the first thing they asked me for when I dropped off the laptop was for the charger so they could plug it in to see if it worked. I called Digimobile and told them I had obviously dropped the charger off along with the laptop. The lady told me that they did not have it, and that they always mark all laptops and chargers with the customers name and mine was not there so that meant I had not dropped it off. After days and days of texting them and calling them asking for my charger back, the lady told me she could give me another new charger for free. I did not want another charger, since my charger is universal and can be used with many different laptop models, so I told her I did not want the new charger she wanted to give me. I then got a call from the lady saying they had found my charger, claiming that her brother in law also repairs laptops and he has taken it by mistake. After all the trouble she went through to tell me they never even had it in the first place!! thats how I knew she was lying when she said they mark all laptops and chargers, because if they had done that then this would not have been an issue. I sent my parents back to the store to reclaim my charger, and the lady told them that on top of giving them my charger back, she was going to give us the new laptop charger she had told me about, free of charge. Turns out this new charger is scratched, and does not even work half the time. So there goes another lie.Honestly, save your time and go somewhere else. Or if you do decide to go here, make them give you a receipt of everything youre dropping off, all accessories included, because if not theyll lose your stuff and claim they never had it in the first place.

Had to get my iphone screen repaired only a couple weeks after I had gotten it fixed at another location. Digimobile was more than twice as fast and replaced all the missing parts the last repair person had left out. Great service!
