I went to the store and met this very nice guy. His name was Sunny the Store manager. He got us this amazing deal where I got 3 I phones 13s and two iPads. I recommend this store. Sunny is very patient and he explains everything over and over again. He is one of the best manager I’ve experienced in all Verizon stores in Long Island NY. Highly recommended store guys.

Amazing customer service. I had an issue with my billing cycle and a promotion I received which was all just a confusion. Sunny took the time to explain everything to me again to make sure I understood everything and happy with everything! Would definitely highly recommend this store.

One of the best customer service I have gotten so far. I went in to get an accessory and Gul helped me out even though I am not a Verizon customer. She was very patient and informative. I’m thinking about switching just because of how good the rep was.

I love this Verizon store! Ive gone to this location several years ago with my previous upgrade, and I still hold to the fact that theyre awesome! Ans Saeed and Anees were extremely professional, polite and friendly. They offered great options for upgrading without being pushy. This is the location you want to go to - so glad we chose them again. 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝!!
