I was searching for a place to repair my iPhone 7 Plus that had a shattered screen and LCD damage when I stumbled upon this hidden gem in Eagle Ridge Mall. They only charged $55 for the repair and $10 for a tempered glass screen protector. The competition wanted to charge me $80-$100! E-Cell City finished repairing my phone within 30 minutes! Yes! Am I satisfied...yes! Why? The vendor uses OEM parts...the manufacturers original parts (not the discounted, wholesale knockoffs from overseas). No bulk orders. Parts are ordered as needed. So you may have to wait a few days. But the end result is worth the wait! Highly recommended.

I purchased an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ (March 2021) after owning the phone 3 months the battery is damaged! I have to pay $100 to have my battery replaced (uBreakiFix) after I was sold this phone the owner said Dont break the glass, very expensive! I paid $650 because it had NO cracks in screen as he said... I didnt noticed until I got home with lights on that the bottom left corner has a chip! I didnt notice because it felt smooth and was unnoticeable in his dark shop. I went back within days and mentioned the camera felt loose, he said its fine probably manufacturers defect! Samsung build and sales quality 👌(uBreakiFix) said its missing the piece that goes around the camera! Thats why my camera is loose..

Most honest place I have been in! I thought I had a broken screen on my iPhone, took it to get repairs somewhere else...they quoted $89 nd said I would need to leave phone. I couldnt do that so to the mall we went when we stopped here at E Cell City, they said $50 and it would take about 45 minutes. Less than a minute the young lady said it was only a damaged protection cover! We had her remove and replace, $10. Go here for your cellphone needs. Keith and staff are honest and low price leaders.

Bought a pair of ear phones, saw that they were crimped, but still in packaging. Took them back, owner resistant to wanting to change them. Exchanged them only because I bought a 2nd pair for wife, despite them being less than 5 days old.

Summary: Owner broke my phone, had horrible customer service, and wouldnt reimburse me for the damage after he acknowledged that it was his faultTook my iPhone 7 to get my cracked screen replaced. The owner didnt even have the decency to look up and ask me what I needed when I entered the store and instead I waited 5 min in silence as he was working on something else. After he finally examined my phone he told me he could take care of it and to come back after an hour. When i come back, the screen is horribly cracked with glass literally coming out and my home button stopped working. After telling him this, he examines my phone, acknowledges its his fault, and starts trying to fix it. After 45 minutes of him messing with my phone in the back, he comes to tell me he couldnt fix it and only Apple could. So I take it to apple and they tell me there was clearly tampering with the device before I took it to them so I had to pay to get a new iPhone. Well that sucked.

Very professional, fair, helpful and responsible, my nieces phone was not working after an employee fixed the screen and the owner replaced the phone (same phone) with no extra charge, thank you!!

Took our iPhone to get fixed because the charging port was broken. I dropped the phone off and picked it up for 48 dollars. I was told the phone was fixed. Next day the phone is not charging the same exact way. Took it to another place. They open up the phone and the guy says whoever did this, did a horrible job. There was glue inside the phone and the replaced port wasnt even the right one. This is a scam.
